You need to take stock of where you are, think about where you want to go, get yourself in the right mindset for your journey, and commit yourself to starting it and staying with it. In preparing for your journey, do these five things: Look at What You've Already Achieved Think about your life so far, and list the ten best things you've achieved in an "Achievement Log. Perhaps you came top in an important test or exam, played a key role in an important team, produced the best sales figures in a period, did something that made a key difference in someone else’s life, or delivered a project that meant a lot for your business. Put these into a smartly formatted document, which you can look at often. And then spend a few minutes each week enjoying the success you’ve already had! Think About Your Strengths Next, use a technique like SWOT Analysis Add to My Personal Learning Plan to take a look at who and where you are. Looking at your Achievement Log, and reflecting on your recent life, think about what your friends would consider to be your strengths and weaknesses. From these, think about the opportunities and threats you face. Make sure that you enjoy a few minutes reflecting on your strengths! Think About What's Important to You, and Where you Want to Go Next, think about the things that are really important to you, and what you want to achieve with your life. Setting and achieving goals is a key part of this, and real confidence comes from this. Goal setting is the process you use to set yourself targets, and measure your successful hitting of those targets. Hello lybrate-user scrub your feet n apply cold cream or boroplus or you can apply krack heel of patanjali but the most important thing is wear socks. Winters r really dry so keep your feet moist n covered. U can ask for further assistance.

Its a fake news of zica virus, so that people start purchasing antibiotics, its a milliion dollar fake news. Be aware, its a gud thing. These pharmaceutical companies can create hoax like they did for ebola. I am not saying that these viruses are not there, yes it is there but not so deadly as shown in media. The infection, known as zika fever, often causes no or only mild symptoms, similar to a mild form of dengue fever. Its dangerous for europeon countries because they lack in sun light, in india very less viruses live long because they are killed even before they are born, sun is a great protector for we indians.

Take soft diet eg khichdi, dali ya, buttermilk, curd, coconut water. Probiotics will be helpful. Drink plenty of liquids to maintain hydration. Hope this helps u.

Chronic stress is a by product of hour life style in today's modern times. Stress could have various effect on our body. It effects almost all of our system, anxiety is also one of it. I would like you to try following things on a regular basis. To begin with doing guided progressive muscular relaxation before sleeping will help you relax. You could download an audio file. I would also suggest you to take a multiple small break to take 3 nice and deep breath while keeping your eyes closed. You could do this while sitting or standing or while even walking or climbing stairs (keep your eyes open in that case). When you take a nice and deep break there is actual physiological change in your body. Thus will help you to activate parasympathetic nervous system which promotes relaxation and helps you calm down and think more clearly. This will also actually improve your performance in your work. Along with this exercise is one of the best way to relive stress and stay fit. Engage in any kind of physical activity at least 4 times a week. This also helps in stress reduction. Along with this some relaxation exercises as well as engaging in joyful activities such as music, singing, dancing, reading, being in nature, gardening, talking with friends or anything which you enjoy will help reducing stress and rejuvenation of your mind and body. Have good routine for sleep and eating. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Hello. Hair problem is common now a days. Due to stress and busy life. Take full sleep. Drink planty water. Have fruits. Take. Acid hydrofluoric 30.2 tds x 30 days. And revert. Use arnica mon q 30 ml + your oil 100 ml mix. Twice a week at night and wash.

Juice of potato for controlling hair fall lack of vitamins and minerals can cause dry and brittle hairs which can trigger hair fall. Potato can be a good remedy to control hair fall in this case. Potato is rich in vitamin b6, vitamin c, manganese, phosphorus, copper and niacin which can be helpful for boosting hair growth. Crush some cleaned potato and squeeze out the juice. Now apply this fresh juice directly onto your scalp and hairs. Leave on for 30 minutes to an hour but do not let the pack get dry. Wash off with plenty of water.

All children do get cold due to viral infection 2-4 times a year. If the child is well in between and progressing well, nothing to be worried upon. Treat as per symptoms. Antibiotics are also not required.

Please check that you are not using a thick pillow while sleeping. As it may make a wrong posture which in turn can lead to various signs of pain in neck are shoulders, one of the best natural remedy to cure your problem is to start doing surya namaskar in morning.

Dear lybrateuser, -Get your blood pressure checked, also get hemoglobin & blood sugar investigations done -have more of fruits & green leafy vegetables in diet, have 2-3 litres of water a day -do walking, jogging for half an hour in the morning -if your above investigations are normal then you may be having vasovagal syncope, in which blood supply to the brain deceases leading to collapse -do foot exercises, increase salt intake in diet, avoid prolonged standing in hot, crowded places & drink plenty of fluids.

Keep yourself warm, drink plenty of fluid, take a protein rich diet with fruits and vegetables, add multivitamin like zincovit for couple of months, make sure you cover your nose while walking/driving through bushy areas/dusty roads and practice yoga and meditation are few tips I suggest to my patients.

Dear burning in food pipe occurs due to acidity ....try the tips to cure acidity they will help to cure it:: 1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care. 10. Take 2 tsf mucain gel 10 min before meals thrice a day / 10 days. it will help u.
