Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Recently i'm experiencing pain in my knees and legs Even some of the times I hear cracking sound of bones Is it due to calcium deficiency?

It might be of various reasons due to muscle weakness or of pathological reasons do take strengthening of quadriceps and hamstring muscles exercise from physiotherapist and follow regularly best wishes.

The pain in my back and side was so bad that I scheduled a doctor's appt. After speaking with a nurse and determining it may be gas, I cancelled apt and purchased GAS-X. The gas moved around and that is it! The pain is amazing. GAS-X provided NO relief as of yet. What should i do now?

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

I am having cervical spondylosis . My right hand is paining seriously . Tell me proper medicine that can cure it . I am diabetic . Doctor has prescribed me to check (MRI of cervical spine with screening of brain ) is it necessary to check it. REMARKS OF MY MRI SCAN REPORT The C6/7 disc shows an asymmetric left bulge with prominent left paracentral and posture-lateral and foramina components indenting the ventral thecal sac and causing severe left and causing severe left and along with the uncovertebral hypertrophy causing severe left exit foramina narrowing impinging on the existing left C7 nerve root The C5/6 disc shows an asymmetric right bulge with prominent uncovertebral hypertrophy contributing to severe right exit foramina narrowing and impinging on the existing right C6 nerve root Milder changes at C3/4 and C4/5 Any serious problem tell me any options and Dr. told me to be admitted to hospital is it needed for me let me know and any other medicine needed tell me.

I have lower back pain and I see a orthopedic surgeon after diagnosing my spine xray he said that there is a partial slip on disc (L4) due lifting weights in the gym. Is there any treatment regarding to restore the disc back .do I want to continue bodybuilding. And which doctor to see to correct it or any Ayurveda treatment?

Exercise is the only way to re leave pressure over lower back. Exercise should include moderate walk and leg raising exercises by lying on back. Avoid bending forward and lifting heavy weight as it increases the pressure over back causing more problem. Consult privately for any other query.

My dad recently had a muscle pull which lead to muscle tear and internal bleeding occurred which caused red patched on his skin. He is 48 years old he got this injury while he was pushing innova. It was critical before but curing slowly red patches are going but it pains alot. Any advice aur suggestion for fast treatment or better advice that can be followed up?

Requires detail examination and investigation investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Hi looking to the age of your wife the knee pain could b because of arthritis nd as she doesnot get periods so she must be having osteoporosis also. So she need to take calcium along with vit d for osteoporosis. And for arthritis you can take some medicines for which you need to consult me privately. And if the arthritis is sever than you have to undergo knee replacement.

I am facing too much of back pain during working hour. What should I exercise to reduce it?

If the pain is only during working and not there otherwise then maybe its just because of weakness in muscles. If your x ray and other investigations are normal then you should srart exercising your back. Specially the core muscles.

I am a 24 year old male. I recently pulled a hamstring (or tore it, I am not sure) while playing football. Its been 4 weeks now and I have been doing the usual movement exercise instructed by my physician. I have been taking a calcium tablet also. But It seems like not working as the pain keeps on coming back and I am still walking with a limp. Anything I can do to recover quickly?
