Hi doc My gums are receding day by day .even after proper brushing and oral care .consulted dentist he suggested some toothpaste , that too didn't worked . I am worried a lot .now just using vitamin c and folic acid tablets. Help .

Red spots on my forehead, shoulders and legs comes and goes. What is could be? Pic attached. They are non itchy. Just red spots which comes sometimes and goes. This is first time I noticed on my forehead. It used to be on legs and shoulders only. Please advise.
Could you please suggest a remedy for dandruff for my son who is 20 years old. He is getting patches in his scalp and nose. Skin peals in that area. There are flakes all over head. Using oil, vinegar and anti dandruff shampoos makes the his scalp clean and he gets it again the 2nd day. When used daily its a bit clean and reappears again on stopping. Please do suggest a remedy ?
