Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.

For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: Here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: Keep your bedroom cool and dark Put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime Stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends Stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals Skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: Take Schwabe's Bacopa Monierri 1x/ thrice daily and Kali Phos./ once daily at night for 1month.

Hi lybrate-user Weight gain is a big problem now a day. U are gaining weight due to hormone and metabolic imbalance in body. Hormonal imbalance can be treated with right food and supplement. U avoid high carbohyrdate food exm. Chapati, rice, bread. U can use high protein diet exm. Pannier, egg, pannier. Taking some dietary supplements helps in weight loss as well. Sample diet plan:- a) breakfast - Russian salad with boiled eggs. B) lunch - cooked vegetable + 1 chapatti +salad +curd. C) dinner - paneer tikka or chicken tikka with green chutney d) snacks - dry fruits and nuts with green tea or lemonade. I have just comes from a long journey from hills. I drove car for good 6 hours continuously today. Feeling numbness in fingers of both hands. Not able to find the reason. I have taken nice - 100 mg tablet. Also to mention, I was on vacation where I had good drinking sessions for 2 days. Drinks I consumed wine, whisky, white rum and Champaign.

Alcohol causes deficiency of some vitamins, as a result you experience peripheral neuropathy which is tingling and numbness in fingers and toes. Treatment for this is vitamin supplement. Any multivitamin will cure your symptoms but be careful from next time. Too much alcohol is bad for health.

1. Do warm saline gurgling 3-4 times daily 2. Take Viscodyne D syrup 2tsf thrice daily if it is a dry cough or viscodyne syrup if cough is associated with sputum 3. You may have to take antibiotic along with it if no relief 4.Avoid smoking if you smoke 5. consult doctor for further advice

More than 100 different viruses can cause a cold, only influenza virus types A, B, and C cause the flu. For prevention, Get the flu vaccine. Wash your hands often, especially before eating . Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigment spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark pigment spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark pigment spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week. 4. Almonds 1. Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight. 2. Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning. 3. Now, add one teaspoon sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon honey in it. 4. Mix them to make a fine paste. 5. Apply it on your face. 6. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off. 5. Sandalwood Sandalwood is another effective option. 1. Make a thick paste of sandalwood powder, glycerin and rose water. (If you don’t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.) 2. Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water. 3. Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely. 6. Potato Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes can be applied in one of the two ways: • Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water. • You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey.
