Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report coz herbal medicines for removing stones can be given according to size and number and location of stones.

Hello, Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! It not only depends upon the amount of food you consume daily, but also about eating Sensibly, depends upon your genes, your body's proper metabolism, assimilation and absorption, the levels of stress/ tension in your life, and any underlying medical condition you have! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points (if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. Both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 3 months. Revert.

For your information, shampoo will not control hair fall. Shampoo will cleanse. By considering your age hair fall might be due to hormone changes, anemia, nutritional deficiency. Hormone changes will get corrected normally on its own at certain age. For anemia and nutritional deficiency you should concentrate on iron and protein rich foods. But it takes at least 1 month to control your hair fall. Wait patiently.

hello. get relax from or during work. at night forget all stress.avoid it. bath at night before bed. take dinner on time.take salaad in dinner,fiber meal, low fatty/oily foods. green veg.,take low diet at dinner. massage you head and body. it reduced stress of whole day. take 1 glass of water before bed. THESE acitvity may be reduced stress and you can sleep proper way.

Hello, you r suffering from acidity due to junk food, being served in your hostel. Tk, plenty of water to accelerate your metabolism. Your diet be simple, non-irritant, easily digestible on time. u have a problem of receding hairline and hairfall. for receding hairline you can massage the hair line with onion juice or garlic juice leave it overnight and wash off next day .sulphur present in these veggies help in hair regrowth. for hairfall u can apply MAHABRINGARAJ TAIL regularly. apply egg white mixed with olive oil or coconut oil and lemon juice ,keep it for 30 mins and wash with mild shampoo .do this once a week for 3 months for effective results .

Follow the tips 1. Cleanse your face twice a day using lukewarm water to dissolve oil. 2. Avoid touching your face with your hands as this germs to your facial skin, making it to breakouts. 3. Ensure that you drink10-12 glasses of water daily. 4. Avoid fried and spicy food. 5.Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. 6.Avoid harsh skin products. Hi, Please follow these tips: - Avoid all whites like rice, sugar, maida,etc. - Eat in small quantities 4-5 servings per day. - Walk daily for 1 hour. - Avoid intake of oil fried food and sweets. - Take medicines prescribed by the doctor regularly. - Visit your doctor regularly for follow up check-ups. - Get your sugar levels checked once in a month and try to keep it under control. - Get rid of mental tensions and worries. - Be active always and avoid sedentary life style. - Perform yoga and meditation to keep your mind calm. - Consume lot of fiber in your diet which lowers your cholesterol levels .

Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. There are a number of homoeopathic medicines, which treat the root cause behind the body’s inability to gain weight or bulk up. 1. Take alfalfa tonic(wsi), 2 – 2 tsp. Thrice a day, half an hour before meals. 2. Calcarea phos 200, 5 drops , once in aweek , morning empty stomach for 2 weeks. 3. Hi lybrate-user, the first step to getting back the colour of your lips is to stop smoking. Quitting can have some really amazing and immediate effects on your body. Apart from that, drinking enough water and keeping your lips well moisturised is an essential part of getting back their colour. Another great way to help your lips regain their colour is to exfoliate them regularly and avoid licking your lips (as this will only make them drier and tend to cause a change in their colour). Home remedies to lighten lips naturally toothbrush exfoliation: this is an extremely simple way to exfoliate your lips. All you need is to apply some petroleum jelly or olive oil on your lips and use a soft tooth brush to gently exfoliate them. Run the brush over your lips in gentle circular motions for about three to four minutes. Then wash your lips with some warm water and apply some desi ghee on them to keep them moisturised. Sugar and lemon exfoliation: this is another method to exfoliate your lips. Take a teaspoon of sugar, add a few drops of olive oil and lemon to the mix. Now take this paste and apply it on your lips. Gently massage your lips with this paste using soft circular motions to exfoliate them. Once all the sugar has dissolved or fallen off, wash away the excess with normal water. Lip packs lemon and honey pack: this is a great bleaching and moisturising pack. The lemon helps to change the colour of your lips and the honey nourishes the lips, making them soft and supple. To make this pack, take equal quantities of the juice of a lemon and honey. Mix it well and apply this on your lips. Allow it to stay for about twenty to thirty minutes and wash it off with normal water. Honey is great for supple and soft skin, know more here. Glycerine and lemon pack: again, a great natural bleaching and moisturising pack, this pack is best used just before you go to bed. Mix equal quantities of glycerine and lemon and apply this to your lips and allow it to stay overnight. Wash it off the next morning with normal water. Know other beauty benefits of glycerine here. Almond oil and honey pack: this pack uses the goodness of almonds and honey to change the colour of your lips. Mix some almond oil with honey in equal quantities and apply it to your lips. Now allow this mixture to stay for about thirty minutes and wash it off with plain water. Apply this pack three to four times a day for best results. Rose petals and milk pack: roses have amazing effect on the lips. Not only does it lend them a pinkish hue, but it also nourishes the skin. This pack is especially good to exfoliate your lips and make them look fuller. To make this pack, crush some fresh rose petals and add milk cream (malai) and honey to the paste. Now mix it well and apply the paste to your lips. Allow it to stay for fifteen to twenty minutes and then wash it off first with milk and then with water. Here are some beauty benefits of raw milk. Beetroot pack: beetroots have been used for centuries by women to make their lips look healthy, pink and plumper. But apart from the colour that beetroot lends to the lip, s it also adds to the overall health of the skin. Grate a little fresh beetroot and add some lemon and milk cream (malai) to the mix. Apply this paste on your lips and wash off after fifteen to twenty minutes. Turmeric and lemon pack: this pack employs the healing properties of turmeric and the bleaching effect of lemon to make it a great pack for lighter lips. Take a teaspoonful of turmeric and add the juice of half a lemon to it. Now mix well and apply this paste on your lips. Leave it on for about ten minutes and then wash off with water. Turmeric or haldi ensures glowing skin, know more about it here. Pomegranate and malai pack: the coarseness of pomegranate seeds and the colour it imparts is a very effective tool to change the colour of your lips from an unattractive blackish blue to healthy pink. To make this pack, grind a few pomegranate seeds into a coarse paste. Now, add some milk cream or malai to the paste and apply it on your lips. Allow it to stay for a few minutes and wash it off with normal water. For all these home remedies to work, it is essential that you moisturise your lips well after you wash off the pack. Remember that these are home remedies, they will give results only after prolonged use. So, just follow any one of the tips and watch your lips go back to their original colour. No it will not cause any problem in your married life. As with any health concern, especially leading up to pregnancy or after conception, discuss all concerns with your healthcare provider. Hypertension (high blood pressure) can cause problems with erection, either directly or as a side effect of medication, as some medications used to treat hypertension in men can lead to decreased fertility. Spironolactone, which is found in several medications for high blood pressure, is believed to interfere with sperm production. Other blood pressure medicines can interfere with the sperm's ability to fertilize an egg. There are a number of things that you can do to help preserve and promote your fertility. Eat a healthy, balanced diet. Take regular exercise. Try to maintain your weight in the ideal range. Don't smoke & quit alcohol consumption. Don't use recreational drugs. Try to reduce stress.

U should avoid bending forwards and lifting heavy weights. Do back and core strengthenin exercise as recommended by a good physiotherapist. Take a diet rich in calcium and vitamin d. Hope this helps.

I am getting up at 7am. I will have a coffee and start exercising at 7: 30. Is this a correct procedure? Can I exercise in empty stomach? I do abs workout and other warm up exercises.

while exercise your stomach have to be empty. especially your doing abs exercise then after taking food 5hrs later and water or any liquid intake 2hr later you do exercise. it's better to do exercise in empty stomach.
