Exercise daily for 45 minutes a day brisk walk daily at a speed not less then 5.1 km /hr daily for 15 minutes eat low salt food add fibres to you diet reduce your weight don't take ghee or butter use saffola or olive oil instead. Take low fat food avoid dairy produ1. No alcohol 2. Reduce body wt 3. No smoking/ tobacco 4. Diet - no ghee/ butter, have mix of vegetable oils - mustard, til, ground nut, olive oil, have more green vegetables and fruits, have whole grain atta, no fried. Fast. Spicy / processed/ junk food. Less sugar, potato, rice 5. 30 mts brisk walk daily 6. Deep breathing exercise for 10 mts daily 7. Meditation daily for 10 mts. 6-8 hrs of sleep at night 8. Expose your body to sun for 15-20 mts daily after some oil massage to get vit d. 9. Take more watercts.

Your BP Needs to be monitored with the help of medicines which are safe and do not lead to 'low BP' , medicines belonging to beta blocker group do bring down pulse rate and there is nothing to worry.

For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg with rantac and take Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months

Heart Attack - Can The Damage Caused By It Be Reversed?

A heart attack occurs when the flow of blood to the heart is blocked, often by a buildup of fat, cholesterol, and other substances, forming a plaque in the arteries. If blood flow is not restored quickly, the section of heart muscle begins to die, starving for oxygen. This causes a heart attack. A heart attack can also be caused by the rupture of the coronary artery. During a coronary rupture, the coronary arteries get restricted, reducing blood supply to the heart muscle.

Each coronary artery supplies blood to a region of the heart muscle.

Extent of damage to the heart muscle depends on the area supplied by the blocked artery and time between injury and treatment. Making some changes in your diet; how consistently you exercise; how much you weigh and how you manage stress can help you to recover from a heart disease quickly.

You can undo some, but probably not all of the damage, if you're willing to make big and lasting changes to your lifestyle. To reverse the impairments caused by a heart attack/disease you can become a vegetarian. Filling your platter with fruits and vegetables, whole grains, soy products, non-fat dairy and egg whites while avoiding fat, refined sugar and processed carbs is a sure-shot way of keeping your heart healthy and preventing future attacks. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a cardiologist.

It's normal for heart rate to go up during exercise. As you continue your work outs regularly, your heart rate will settle down to lower levels during work out. So just chill and carry on with your work outs. All the best.

It means that there is decreased blood supply to the heart and hence I will suggest you to go for coronary angiogram and follow up with reports.

Whenever you do breathing in and out you will feel pain in the upper back, middle back and also the pain will radiate upwards until the shoulder and also up to the chest. You might feel chest congestion and tightness and that be due to gastric trouble. Kindly do breathing exercises which might help you to get reduced with pain in the back and shoulder. Drink hot water to reduce the gastric trouble. Kindly consult gastroenterologist if you doesn’t improve.

From past month, I am facing some heart breathing related problem. Mean I can't eat very hot and chilly spices or even lemon soda added idling, handavo or even phudina charming or sour pickle anymore. Just feeling in heart more excitement allergy without relaxing comfort.

First of all you need to change your eating habits and life style. Do not eat spicy, fried, fatty, high protein and junk foods. Avoid eating anything atleast two hours before you  sleep. Eat lots of high Fibre diet like salad. For acute problem you can take tab pantocid DSR 40 daily empty stomach till you get relieved. You can also take gelusil syrup after food if you feel burning sensation in your stomach area.

Take regular salt not exceeding 5 gm/ day. That is not in excess of 150_200 gms in a month. Jaggery may have slight advantage. But the quantity matters always.

Catching pain on deep breathing is usually not cardiac. If the pain is tolerable then you can ignore it. Else take a mild pain killer like paracetamol.

My mom takes glycomet gp2 tablet daily 2 weeks ago her blood glucose level was 340 Doctor proscribed her a tablet named as jalra after 2 days her sugar level drops to 160 But still doctor ask him to take jalra medicine So my question is how much days she has continue to take jalra medicine also she takes glycomet gp2 tablet daily.

After taking Jalra, the sugar levels have improved quite substantially and this shows that the medicine has suited the patient well. The dose of medicine and choice of medicines are always based on the current conditions of the patients. As such, predictability of how long a medicine would be given to a particular patient is highly dependant on the patient's condition and not on the decision of the doctor!

1. Eat a diet higher in salt. 2. Drink lots of nonalcoholic fluids/ especially salty drink e. G. Salty lassi, salty lemon water, et. C. 3. Limit alcoholic beverages. 4. Drink more fluids during hot weather and while sick with a viral illness, such as a cold or the flu. 5. Get regular exercise to promote blood flow. 6. Be careful when rising from lying down or sitting. To help improve circulation, pump your feet and ankles a few times before standing up. Then proceed slowly. When getting out of bed, sit upright on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before standing. 7. Elevate the head of your bed at night by placing bricks or blocks under the head of bed. 8. Avoid heavy lifting. 9. Avoid straining while on the toilet. 10. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot water, such as hot showers and spas. If you get dizzy, sit down. It may be helpful to keep a chair or stool in the shower in case you need to sit; to help prevent injury, use a nonslip chair or stool designed for use in showers and bath tubs. 11. To avoid problems with low blood pressure and lessen episodes of dizziness after meals, try eating smaller, more frequent meals. Cut back on carbohydrates. Rest after eating. Avoid taking drugs to lower blood pressure before meals. 12. If needed, use elastic support (compression) stockings that cover the calf and thigh. These may help restrict blood flow to the legs, thus keeping more blood in the upper body.

Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain foods, Use GARLIC in foods daily ,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . one important that is take 1 glass of water before bed at night. Because it protect from heart fail during sleep at night.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation twice a day - avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids, tea, coffee, milk, soup - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - take tablet Sinarest, 1 tablet three times a day after meals - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - have a well balanced diet with more if fruits & vegetables, whole grains & protein foods to boost your immunity - do x- ray chest to rule out any other problem, consult a doctor.
