You need a mri cervical spine and lumbar spine. Maintain proper posture. Do not lift heavy objects. Change your profession if it gives stress to your back. Avoid riding bike for long. Avoid bending. If you donot get relief then you will require medicines and surgery can also be done for major problem.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. I can advise you regarding your issues with back pain, for stomach pain and head ache you will have to actually consult respective doctors. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Hi, Apply Rumalaya liniment and massage for 10 mins and give hot water fomentation. This can be done thrice daily. If the pain is severe, take tab. Yogaraja guggulu 1-1-1 with hot water after food. Use soft medium sized pillow while sleeping. Perform neck exercises for 10 mins in the morning and evening regularly.

Hmm don't worry take muscle relaxant medicine and do heat fermentation twice a day with rest after 2 days start stretching exercise and strength exercise of legs other wise take physiotherapy treatment for immediate relief happy now.

This is quite a common condition rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow under the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Goodmorning sir I would suggest that you could do a cold water fermentation. What would also help you is too elevate your leg when your sleeping or lying down. If pain persists you could do tens treatment. This will reduce your pain.

I am 42 Yrs old female. I met with an accident in March 16 and got ligament injury on my right foot (just below right knee). Right now I am not taking any medicine for that. But Pain is still there. I am not even able to fold my right leg 100%. As I am working, I can't even take leaves. Pl. Advise how much time it will take to recover completely. Should I take some medicine or do some exercises to recover early? Kindly reply asap.

Hello miss, you tell me you have an accident and after that you have pain. It shows that fracture or starches mussels. So first clear it by taking x-rays of leg then you take better advice. But still now you take ambah haldi powder 1 tea spoon at night with milk. And take heat on legs where you feel pain.

i think your posture may be the problem. check your posture: *both shoulders are at level. *both elbows are at level. *your hip curves at level. *the gap between your hanging upper limb and hip curves are equal. *your knees at level. * your ankle joint is at level. * your feet placed properly at ground with V shape. it should be done before mirror. then monitor your walking style: * bending to one side. *placing irregular steps with irregular length. if not try to correct the wrong segment. if everything is correct, consult a qualified physiotherapist for more findings.

Hello lybrate user tell your mom to take regular massage with bala taila before warm bath. Dashamularista 15 ml with equal water 2tms a/m. Tab yogaraj guggulu 2-0-2 a/m for 8wks. Balanced diet should be taken regularly.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I have more back bone pains and I feel more tiredness. So what can I do and what kind of food I can take?
Give yourself about 2 to 3 weeks to make some lifestyle changes: get more sleep, trim your social calendar, eat more wholesome foods, drink more fluids, take a multivitamin, and cut back on caffeine. If you're still feeling the symptoms of tiredness after those changes, then you need professional help. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief.

Your father might be have suffered stroke (cause-Hypertenstion or Ischaemia ),due to which he have developed hemiplegia. Its an emergency condition ,you should attend your nearest hospital's Emergency department. Meanwhile ,keep check on your father's Blood pressure. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.
