Applying mahabhringraj oil on your scalp and massage, finish the process by giving hot water fomentation. Mahabhringraj is a herbal oil used for treatment of hair related problems. You can put 1 drop of cow ghee in both nostrils before going to bed. You can take pranacharya allergen capsule twice a day. Increase the intake of proteins such as soybean, egg white and pulses and avoid foods that are junk, fried, spicy or fermented. It is also advisable to avoid tea and coffee.

Papain is most concentrated while the papaya is still green, but you can use riper fruit as well. Peel and remove the seeds from a papaya, and try one of the following treatments: 1. Slice a piece off of the papaya, and lay or hold it on the dark spots that you want to get rid of. Hold it there for 20-30 minutes. Repeat twice a day for best results. 2.Make a papaya facial mask. Cut the papaya into chunks, then use a blender or food processor to blend the fruit into a smooth paste. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave it on for about 30 minutes, then rinse well.

No this is not the only sign of depression. Feeling low, crying without reason, not interested in activities, lethargy, decreased sleep, appetite. Theses are some of the signs of depression.

No relation of diet n PCOS, PCOS is related with Hypopituitary Ovarian Axis and insulin etc. If you avoid fast food, junk food and have fully organic vegetables n grain it's better.

I am 56 years old and have high cholestrol and tri-gliceroiid levels which are being controlled by taking atorva t/g tablet once at night daily. I have been taking this medication for last two years. What are it's side effects and whether I can continue it's use regularly? is there any other way to control cholestrol and trigliceroid levels which does not have any side effects. Thanks.

Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines . Cap. Ecosprin gold-10 at night daily.

एक अच्छी नेत्र देखभाल सही आहार से शुरू होती है। विटामिन सी और ई, जस्ता, ल्यूटिन, ओमेगा -3 फैटी एसिड और एंटीऑक्सिडेंट में समृद्ध आहार आपकी आंखों के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद है और आयु से संबंधित आंख की समस्याओं से बचने में मदद कर सकता है। अपने नियमित आहार में गाजर, चुकंदर, संतरे और हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों जैसे खाद्य पदार्थों को शामिल करें। ओमेगा -3 फैटी एसिड में समृद्ध भोजन जैसे कि सैल्मन और ट्यूना खतरनाक धब्बेदार अध: पतन को कम करने में बहुत प्रभावी हैं। एंटीऑक्सिडेंट मोतियाबिंद के जोखिम को कम कर सकते हैं।
2. यूवी प्रकाश से संरक्षण:
धूप का चश्मा रेटिना क्षति को रोकता है। वे झुर्रियों और त्वचा के कैंसर को रोकने के लिए पलक की नाजुक त्वचा की रक्षा भी करते हैं। वे आंख से संबंधित समस्याओं जैसे कि मोतियाबिंद, पिंग्यूक्लुला और चकत्तेदार अध: पतन के जोखिम को कम करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। अच्छी गुणवत्ता वाले धूप का चश्मा पहनें जो कि यूवी किरणों को 99-100% तक ब्लॉक करता है। 
3. धूम्रपान छोड़ें:
तंबाकू धूम्रपान सीधे नेत्र समस्याओं सहित कई प्रतिकूल स्वास्थ्य प्रभावों से जुड़ा हुआ है। धूम्रपान करने वालों मोतियाबिंद और धब्बेदार अध: पतन के विकास का उच्च जोखिम भी होता है। इससे ऑप्टिक तंत्रिका क्षति हो सकती है, जिससे अंधापन भी हो सकता है।
4. अपनी आंखों को उचित आराम दें:
आपकी आँखों को भी आपके जैसे आराम की ज़रूरत है। कंप्यूटर या फोन स्क्रीन पर बहुत लंबे समय तक घूरना जैसे ज़ोरदार गतिविधियों से बचें या कम करें। यह आपकी आंखों में तनाव पैदा कर सकता है और धुंधली दृष्टि, शुष्क आँखें, सिरदर्द आदि जैसी समस्याएं पैदा कर सकता है।
इसके अलावा, आप घरेलू उपचार, जैसे आंखों पर ककड़ी के स्लाइस रखना, का उपयोग विश्राम करने की प्रक्रिया को बढ़ाने के लिए कर सकते हैं।
5. नियमित आंखों की जांच कराएँ:
यह सुनिश्चित करने के अलावा कि चश्मा या कॉन्टैक्ट लेन्स के लिए आपका दवा का पचा॔ अद्यतन हैं, नेत्र स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने के लिए नियमित रूप से आंखों की जांच आवश्यक है। मोतियाबिंद और ए.एम.डी जैसे गंभीर नेत्र परिस्थितियों में से अधिकांश का इलाज आसानी से और सफलतापूर्वक किया जा सकता है, अगर निदान और इलाज जल्दी से किया जाता है। यदि बिना-इलाज छोड़ा जाता है, तो इन रोगों से गंभीर दृष्टि हानि और अंधापन हो सकता है। 
इसके अलावा, आंख की पुतली को फैलाने सहित एक व्यापक आंखों की परीक्षा, आंखों के रोग, जो अक्सर कोई चेतावनी नहीं देते हैं, जैसे ग्लोकोमा और उम्र से संबंधित धब्बेदार अध: पतन का पता लगाने में मदद कर सकती है।"

1. Do not wash your hair daily. 2. Give you head hot oil massage - mix of olive, almond, coconut and sesame oil. 3. Eat food rich in proteins 4. Apply some natural herbs like bringraj, amla and shikakai 5. You can apply raw amla juice daily 6. Use apple cider vinegar to maintain ph levels of scalp 7. Keep your head covered in sun and pollution.

Hye. You cannot only concentrate on a single body part. You have to work on overall weight gain. With overall weight gain you will gain weight on legs as well.

You can apply analgesic (pain-killer) dental gel (e. G. Ultigel) on ulcer, 15 minutes before meals. Also, increase water intake, reduce stress, add vitamin c and vitamin b complex to your diet, quit smoking like habit if any.

Hair fall may be attributed to different reasons like using artificial colors, hair styling, chemicals etc. It may be due to some internal weakness also. Please go for herbal neem shampoo. Use shikakai and amla as conditioner (soak amla and shikakai in water overnight and boil a little in morning). Apply it on hairs. Keep for half an hour and then wash. It will condition the hairs.

The symptoms are 1. From endemic area or recent travel to endemic area 2. Enlarged spleen, 3. Fever, 4. Low platelets 5. High serum bilirubin 6. Normal wbc.
