avoid day time sleep. avoid tea, coffee in late evening and after. avoid stress. take regular walk for 30 min daily it will help you..

I am 74 years young lady working as Adjunct prof after retirement. I hav been having Back pain for the last 40 yrs. Recently for six months I got knee pain also only on the left where I have back pain for the last many years. Recently in June I had strained for full two days of work of cleaning the entire house from top roof to down using ladder for going up and down. My knee got strained and swelling was there. I had consulted Ortho and took Xray and took tab for swelling pain and all for 20 days. In spite of that the swelling has not come down. I do few simple exercises taught by him/physio just once in a day for 15 mts. Swelling is still there and pain is also while walking but bearable .Now I am not sure whether to walk for 20 mts-long distances and move the leg frequently or whether it wd worsen the situation.. I prepare my food where certain movement or walk is to be done as fridge is outside the kitchen Dr. said that xray is ok and certain degeneration due to age. And asked me not to bother about swelling as it wd go after some time. Can it be due to uric acid which is high in my case as 9.1 .little chlorestrol Trigly, is higher I have started taking febustat Cd you suggest any herbal natural medicine. I stopped all tablets of pain killers and swelling killers. I put Mahanarayan oil on knee and give fomentation but not on regular basis. Please go to a foot doctor- Podiatrist doctor who is a foot specialist or to a dermatologist if you think it is a skin problem.In the meantime soak both your feet in warm water for 20 minutes to which Epsom salt has been added.

Take homoeopathic medicine belladonna 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the morning and arsenic album 30 at hourly interval 3 times in the evening for 4 days. Take light and easily digestible food and complete rest. Drink lots of water to hydrate and eliminate toxins from your body.

Yoga poses for cutting belly fat

Eating junk, bad lifestyle, having a baby, too much stress and the daily hustle bustle are some of the common reasons why people develop a pot belly. Apart from making you look unglamorous, a flabby belly can increase your risk of developing heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and other problems. That’s why, you should embark on a better diet and lower your risk while following these yoga asanas or poses, which cut right through the wider abdomen areas and helps reduce that fat for good.

1) Surya-Namaskar - It is very effective in attacking the belly fat and increases overall health. This confluence of 12 yoga positions has forward and backward bends, a move called downward dog and a plank with lunges. So, it targets all body parts.

2) Boat Pose - Like a boat, when the legs stretch out, toes face the ceiling and arms move closer towards the legs, you power up your spine and contract your abdominal region. This is one of the power poses that allow maximum and most rapid belly fat loss.

3) Raised Foot Pose - Uttanpadasana is the posture that can help in reducing belly fat, particularly when it lurks at the lower abdomen (love handles, weight after pregnancy). It is an effective way to eliminate the flab. Just raise your foot and bring the toes to the ceiling. You can also lower them down slowly for increased effect.

4) Cobra Pose - The good old cobra pose is great for strengthening your back muscles and also help in alleviating back and stomach pains. The backward bend and the stretch relieves the pressure from your stomach.

I'm having couple of keloids on my chest since last 10 years. It inches a lot since last few months, do we have any cure to get rid of it. As earlier doctors told me it's incurable.

Hell as correctly told to you by other doctors, keloids are incurable. If you try to remove it surgically, it will come back with twice the intensity. You can however reduce the itching by applying sofradex cream twice a day.

May be you re suffering from constipation which leads to pain in stomach and loss of appetite. Do the following things to solve your problem- Drink plenty of water. Take fibrous diet like- green vegetables, whole fruits, wholegrain food items, sprouted gram etc. Avoid maida, fried food items, red chili, fast food etc. Do exercise daily. Go to bed early and at fixed time and wake up early. Remain active Take homeopathic medicine which provide permanent cure.

Frequent food, less spicy and less oily foods are good for you. Prefer soft normal home food instead of ready to eat fast foods. Avoid fasting or skipping meals.
