First you need to under stand some thing that the height a person attains is mostly decided right from the time a person is born, by his genetics. Height is mostly hereditary and a persons height is determined by the height of the father or mother. Still some inches of growth is possible by taking some healthy steps which you should always try. Try taking a healthy food and never skip a break fast. Sleep adequately. Growth hormone is released at night in sleep and you should give sufficient time to sleep. Do regular exercise. Preferably stretching exercises like skipping, hanging from the bar or standing tall on ones toes. Also sports such as badminton and basketball also increases the height. Adequate weight control is essential to divert your energy to increase in height. You can try all of them regularly and just hope for the best. Don't fall for all the super natural remedies claiming to increase height in 2-3 weeks.

I am a regularly irregular badminton player. During the recent about of the game, I developed a pain in my right knee. The pain isn't there when I am walking of sitting or even running. However, when I squat or sit for long hours and stretch the pain comes in. The pain is sharp and lasting for couple of seconds.

Hello, it is not advisable to loose 15kgs in 2 months, but by natural and good ways you can reduce 10 to 12 kgs, you need a specific diet chart, exercise schedule and a will power for that.

That depends upon climate in india or saudi. It's possible that you may be feeling well in clear and hot climate. And you may catch cold due to dust allergy. Here the climate is also variable, some times humid that may cause cold and allergy. So take proper care to prevent the allergy. Cover your nose while going in dusty are. Eat plenty of orange lemon guava and amla, all very rich source of vitamins that provide us immunity.

Six meals actually means six Mini Meals. Instead of eating three big meals its better to eat six small meals. This is best for hunger management and helpful in diabetes control. Example. 7.00 am --Fruit 8.30 --Poha + Milk 11.30 -- Sprouts 1.30 -- 2 Roti + Sabji 4.00 -- Fruit Salad 6.00 -- Soup + Almonds 8.30 --1 Roti + Veg Salad + Dal This way you will eat less, yet will not feel hungry during the day. This is based on 7 minimeals. Overall its better way to reduce weight instead of three meal diet.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal.  · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake : Increase your protein intake e.g. milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts ( soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad.  · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

Hi. Blood pressure of 120/80 mm hg is considered normal. Anything less than that is considered optimal (even better than normal). So you do not have to do anything to increase your bp. Drink lot of fruit juices, soups etc, eat well so that you do not feel weak. Feeling weak has nothing to do with your bp. Take care.

1. Avocados two avocado halves, top ten foods for fertility by healthista. ComAvocados are nutritional powerhouses packed with minerals, vitamins, essential fats, protein, carbohydrate and fibre. They are a fantastic source of vitamin E which studies have shown can be beneficial in improving endometrial lining (the lining of your uterus) and can also help with embryo implantation which is how a fertilised egg becomes a pregnancy. Avocados are also an excellent source of folate so are an important fertility food and also great during pregnancy as consuming foods high in folate as well as taking a folic acid supplement can help prevent spina bifida. Top Tip: Choose carefully as a ripe avocado is nectar — sliced onto wholemeal or rye toast, topped with cherry tomatoes, basil and a drizzle of peppery extra virgin olive oil makes a nutritious and delicious breakfast. 2. Butternut Squash Butternut squash is one of the most nutritious and healthy vegetables you can eat, with a rich array of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as well as significant amounts of digestible fibre. Rich in beta-carotene which is known to help boost production of the hormone progesterone and increase sperm quality and count, the latter according to a study published in the medical journal Fertility and Sterility in November 2013. Top Tip: Butternut squash is hugely versatile — it’s delicious roasted with garlic, thyme and black pepper, or spice it up in a warming curry or soup. 3. Ideally it should be wild or organic in order to avoid unnecessary pesticides, fungicides and excessive omega 6 consumption found in conventionally farmed fish. Top Tip: Salmon works beautifully with oriental flavours — try it grilled with a teriyaki glaze and a crunchy vegetable stir-fry 5. Eggs Eggs are among the most nutritious foods you can eat — after all, they contain the nutrients to turn a single cell into a baby chicken! They are rich in choline, which studies have shown can have significant positive effects on foetal development that may have a long lasting influence into adult life, according to a study at Cornel University. Eggs are also rich in many different vitamins and minerals as well as essential fats and of course are an excellent source of protein. Not only this, they are good value and have a multitude of uses. Top Tip: When time and inclination are in short supply, why not top a wholemeal English muffin with wilted spinach, a poached egg and some black pepper for highly nutritious simple supper. 6. Walnuts bowl of walnuts, top ten foods for fertility by healthista. ComWalnuts are packed with health giving nutrients which include cancer fighting properties (they’re known to reduce prostate and breast cancer risk). They can be beneficial for sperm quality, are excellent sources of omega 3 fats and vitamin E which is great for endometrial health as well as B vitamins and protein. The Mediterranean diet is widely recommended for optimal fertility being rich in vegetable proteins, and quinoa makes the perfect addition as it goes without saying protein requirements are raised when trying to conceive and during pregnancy. Top Tip: Quinoa cooks like rice, top with vegetables roasted with plenty of garlic and herbs, drizzle with fruity olive oil and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts for a Mediterranean treat. 8. Watercress Watercress is a member of the cruciferous vegetable family and is rich in many nutrients including vitamin C, vitamin K, calcium, beta-carotene, iron and iodine — which is often lacking in the Western diets of today. Watercress is well known to be a superfood, rich in age defying antioxidants that may help to prevent or slow the oxidative stress induced by free radical damage. Several studies have found watercress has significant anti-cancer properties and can help repair DNA damage. Top Tip: What a crime to use just as a garnish — make it the main attraction in soups and salads. 9. Pomegranates pomegranates, top ten foods for fertility by healthista. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... Hello,, Weight gain is a gradual process,its not only protein which is needed but overall nutrient intake also matters. Strength training along with the diet loaded with complex carbohydrates ,first class proteins and vital vitamins will facilitate healthy weight gain.

Does drinking water increase body fat, will body fat increase with consumption of alcohol, my muscles r loose even though I regularly exercise.

Hye. No, drinking water will not increase body fat. Alcohol consumption will lead to increase in unwanted fat. It's empty calories. If your diet i'd not right, chances are that you are breaking down muscle mass and hence exercise is not making you look toned.
