You should take breakfast like sprouts/ poha /sprouted parantha + I glass of milk with almond n anjeer. Don't skip breakfast. In lunch take dal n vegetables more. In snacks take sattu + milk or soyabeans and its products. Before sleeping take 1 glass of milk.

Get investigated for cough ,x ray and blood tests to rule out TB, increase in heart beat,headache,chest pain are related , get investigated and get back here with reports. We are doing testings to rule out , not to label you . Remember the ad by Amitabh Bachan on TV, any cough for more than 2 weeks should be investigated.

Gain Back Strength - 5 Physiotherapy Exercises For it!

You probably spend a whole day working at your office when your back remains in the same position. Then when you come back from work, you complain about your back pain, put some medicine and hope it goes away the next day. However, in such cases there are chances that the pain might return after a few days. You may not be aware of the fact, but there are certain fairly simple exercises you can do to strengthen your back and prevent back pain. Here are some of them.

1.Opposite arm leg raises
Lie on your stomach with one arm in the air as your starting position. Then finish the exercise by slowly lifting your leg. Hold this position for two seconds and then repeat this for the other arm and leg as well.

2. Prone hold
Hold a posture where you are holding your entire body weight on just your toes and your elbows for as long as it is pain-free.

3. Supermans
Lie on your belly with your arms above your head. Slowly lift your arms and legs from this position as far as possible and then put it down again. Repeat this as many times as you can do it in a pain free way. Once again, it is imperative to not do this when it is painful as you may get injured.

4. Side holds
To do this, you have to be on your side putting your entire body weight on the side of your foot and your elbow. Hold it for as long as you can maintain the correct posture and it is pain free for you.

5. Resistance band rotation
Stand straight up or on your knees with your back straight up. Then using a resistance band rotate your body back and forth. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a physiotherapist and ask a free question.

Take pranacharya diabeto capsule and shilajeet capsule 1-1 twice a day. Avoid sugar. Sweets. Potatoes. Rice. Tea. Drink bitter gourd juice. And walk for atleast 1 hr in a day. Do light exercise. And do pranayama early morning. Avoid alcohol consumption.

GREAT FOOD FOR DIABETES - Fenugreek Seeds
Take fenugreek seed's powder 3 teaspoon twice a day with lunch and dinner or soak around 15 gm fenugreek seeds twice daily in water for around 6 hours and eat it, do not throw it's water.

It will control your blood sugar very soon and will lower your need of anti-diabetic medicines and it is very good to reduce cholesterol and good for digestion also.

Hairfall can be due to many reasons, like excessive pitta in the body or sinus problem or loss of asthi dhatu. So proper treatment is necessary according to symptoms. 1) start taking 1 amla everyday. 2) apply paste of trifla, bhringraj & methi seeds on head before washing & wash after 1 hr. 3) increase the qty of milk & ghee in your diet. 4) have a good sleep. 5) go for shirodhara, a panchakarma treatment for reduced stress & better hair growth.

5 Reasons You Will See Blood in Urine

The condition in which blood appears in the urine is known as hematuria. The loss of blood in this condition could be gross or microscopic depending on the cause of the condition. There are several causes why blood may appear in the urine. Whatever the cause may be, hematuria is mostly indicative of a serious medical condition.

Here are 5 reasons that cause blood to appear in the urine.

1.Infection

Infections like urethritis, pyelonephritis, cystitis or infection in any other body organ along the urinary tract is one of the most common causes of hematuria. Such bacterial infection in the urethra can also infect the kidneys and the urinary bladder. It results in the urge to urinate frequently and also causes blood to appear in the urine.

2. Kidney stones and bladder stones

Another reason that can cause blood to appear in the urine is the presence of stones in the kidney or bladder. These stones are crystallized minerals that are formed in the kidney or the bladder but fail to pass through the urinary tract. They cause blockage and pain and result in hematuria.

3. An enlarged prostate

An enlarged prostate is a common cause of appearance of blood in the urine in men who are in their middle ages or older. Enlargement of the prostate gland causes the urethra to be compressed. This prevents the urethra from getting fully emptied while urination.

4. Polycystic Kidney Disease

PKD is a kidney disorder in which cysts filled with fluid form in the kidneys and impair the kidneys, causing them to fail entirely at times. It is an inherited disease and causes blood to appear in the urine.

In children who are between 6-10 years of age, kidney disorder after streptococcal glomerulonephritis can be a possible cause of hematuria.

5. Cancer

A cancerous kidney, bladder or prostate gland can also cause blood to appear in the urine. It is another major cause of hematuria but usually occurs in older patients.

Research has suggested a relationship may exist between diet and the growth of uterine fibroids. First of all, you have too many myths about your health. Calm down a bit. Now, baking soda won't increase your weight. I am listing down some very basic tips for weight gain for you. Please follow it religiously, if you are serious about weight gain. Start exercising. If you’re a beginner, focus on bodyweight exercises like push up, pull up and squat.  The basic push up and chin up are invaluable exercises you can do with very little equipment. Increase their difficulty by adding reps or affixing weights to your legs. Consume a balanced diet. It's important to eat big meals to fuel muscle growth while you're training. You’ll need to eat healthy, whole foods that will nourish and restore your muscles. Consume all types of fruits, vegetables, grains, oils and dairy products. Take adequate rest. Many people take this step lightly, but it's absolutely essential when it comes to gain strength. That means you won't be able to work out as hard or lift as much as you otherwise would, not to mention you'll be more prone to injury if you're feeling sleepy. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night, possibly more depending on your individual needs, during heavy workout periods. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Chicken breast, egg whites, fish, pulses provide you all the protein you need without containing any unnecessary fat. Focus on compound movements. Compound movements are those which engages more than one muscle group. Exercises like bench press, squat, dead lift are great examples of compound exercises to gain strength quickly. Lift heavy. If your main aim is to gain strength, you’ll need to lift heavy weights in the gym and thus, lower the repetitions of your sets. Moderate-rep sets are important when training for muscle size. However, to build strength, you're going to have to train with heavier weights, meaning you'll do fewer reps. Limit cardio to once or twice per week. Cardio exercises like running, swimming, and biking are great ways to keep your endurance good and your circulation healthy. However, they aren't the best exercises you can do if your goal is to gain strength. Weight training requires loads of energy, and if yours has already been used up by a long run or bike ride, you won't have enough left over to give weight training your best shot. Limit cardio to once or twice per week so your energy reserves are ready to expend on building strength.

Female infertility is not really a rare condition, it happens to one out of six couples. Infertility is a condition in which a woman is unable to conceive despite efforts. There can be a number of causes for female infertility, including problems with ovulation, uterus, fallopian tubes or ovaries. Age can also be a contributing factor to infertility. Following are the reasons that might be responsible for female infertility

  1. Ovulatory problems
    • Cysts in the ovaries
    • Hormonal imbalance
    • Excessive alcohol or drug usage
    • Eating disorders like bulimia or anorexia
    • Excessive weight
    • Enormous stress and pressure
    • Thyroid gland issues
    • Very brief menstrual cycles
  2. Damage of organs of reproductive system
  3. Pelvic inflammatory disease
  4. Scar tissues or adhesions of some sort
  5. Presence of polyps in the uterus
  6. A previous serious infection in the fallopian tubes or uterus
  7. Chronic medical illness relating to the reproductive system
  8. A previous ectopic pregnancy
  9. A birth defect in the uterus or fallopian tube
  10. The DES syndrome where in the infertility can occur to the offspring due to the medication DES is given to a mother in order to prevent miscarriage or premature of the child.
  11. Abnormal presence of cervical mucus can make it more difficult for sperms to reach the egg.

Treatment
Now that the part about the causes has been discussed, it is essential to discuss the treatment. Are there really ways to reverse infertility in women to make them fertile? Well, in some chronic cases it is not possible; however, some are treatable by the following methods:

  • In the case of hormone imbalance or endometriosis or short menstrual cycles, hormones are taken to treat the problems.
  • Medications can be taken to stimulate ovulations.
  • Fertility enhancing supplements can be used.
  • In case of infection in any of the reproductive parts, antibiotics can be taken to remove them
  • In order to remove blockage or scar tissues from the uterus, fallopian tube or pelvic area, minor surgeries can be performed.

Prevention
Yes, there are some tips for prevention of infertility

  • Taking all the steps required to avoid sexually transmitted diseases.
  • Avoid intake of illicit drugs
  • Having regular checkups with the gynaecologist
  • Maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  • Exercising regularly
  • Having a healthy sexual relationship

Diabetes is symptom less initially. Its better to keep getting sugar levels checked every 3 months once you cross age of forty. Usual symptoms are excessive thirst increase in urine frequency wounds and infections taking timd to heal recurrent infections of genital tract unexplained weight loss For hair fall ,you should treat dandruff if present, exercise regularly and have balanced good having plenty of protein. Consult doctor if this doesn't help.

Dear lybrate-user, the foul smell in your mouth is due to accumulation of food debris, which is a result of inadequate maintenance of oral hygiene. I suggest that you get thorough professional cleaning/scaling done from a dentist, and use antibacterial mouthwashes thereafter. You should also clean your tongue twice daily with a tongue cleaner. Following all these measures will solve your problem. After that, you can head for tooth whitening procedures such as bleaching and laser tooth whitening. Home remedies such as lemon peel and apple cider vinegar can be used, but being acidic in nature, they eventually wear off the outermost layer of teeth (enamel) making them weak in the long run. So better to go for trusted scientific procedures. Hope that helps.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward ( Your next target should be 40 Kg in next 20 days). Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)
