1] first of all stop trying with shampoos. Use any mild shampoo. 2] do not apply oil all the time on scalp, just massage the scalp gently at night and wash in the morning. 3] eat healthy food for healthy hairs. 4] do not tie your hairs too tightly. 5] do not comb in wet hairs. 6] take sleep of at least 8 hours and avoid stress.

I have swelling and pain in knee after more than one year after knee replacement.
Hi, you need to be clinically examined, and get fresh xrays and blood tests done,/ it can just be a soft tissue inflammation or an infection, so visit a doctor.

Most probably your mother is suffering from oa of knee knee surgery-total knee replacement (tkr) is quite safe & gives uniformly good results, do ask for detailed treatment plan. Surgery should be done when patient is still active & will be able to take benefit of surgery. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem. Kindly show me x rays before a final decision can be taken. She will be thoroughly investigated before surgery is under taken. Risk in surgery is less than the risk in crossing road.

Everyone has a favourite face cream or treatment, but beautiful skin starts with nourishment from within. Older cells are constantly shed and replaced by younger ones and a steady supply of micronutrients is essential to support this rapid growth. Eat the correct balance of foods and you'll feed your skin the vital nutrients it needs to help it stay soft, supple, glowing and blemish-free. Homoeopathic treatment aucare complexion drops (wolfe dietri) drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily. Glow-aid fairness cream (adven) apply in circular fashion in morning nd at night bloome-203 soap (bioforce) wassh face with this soap before applying glow-aid cream suncare cream (bakson) apply 30 minutes before going outsside nd again reapply after 3-4 hrss after washing with bloome-203 soap silk nd stay face moisturiser (sbl) for oily skin.

Health Benefits of Beans

Sexologist Clinic
Sexologist, Faridabad
Health Benefits of Beans

1.  Beans can prevent heart disease

Studies have shown that people who eat more legumes have a lower risk of heart disease, and the phytochemicals found in beans might be partially to thank, since they protect against it.
2. Beans can lower cholesterol
Beans provide the body with soluble fiber, which plays an important role in controlling blood cholesterol levels. Studies find that about 10 grams of soluble fiber a day—the amount in 1/2 to 1 1/2 cups of navy beans—reduces LDL cholesterol by about 10 percent. Beans also contain saponins and phytosterols, which help lower cholesterol.

 3. Beans can help you lose weight
A serving of beans will help you feel full more quickly, because the rich fiber content fills your stomach and causes a slower rise in blood sugar. That should stave off hunger longer and give you a steady supply of energy.

4. Beans can help manage diabetes

Beans are a diabetes sufferer's superfood! The balance of complex carbohydrates and protein provides a slow, steady source of glucose instead of the sudden surge that can occur after eating simple carbohydrates.

5. Beans can cause migraines
Some legumes can trigger migraines or an allergic reaction in some people. If this happens, talk to a doctor and eliminate the culprit from your diet.

6. Beans can raise blood pressure

If you take a monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor to treat depression, avoid fava beans because they can interact with your medication and raise blood pressure.

7. Beans can interfere with vitamin absorption
Some beans, like soybeans, contain substances that interfere with the absorption of betacarotene and vitamins B12 and D. The heat from cooking inactivates most of these substances, making vitamin absorption more likely. But it's still smart to compensate for potential vitamin loss by consuming plenty of fresh fruits and yellow or dark green veggies (to up your betacarotene) and lean meat (for vitamin B12).
