Hi. Thanks for the query. Just by going to gym you cannot gain weight. You must know that since you are young your needs for nutrition is very high because you are still growing and developing. You have to take care to see that your diet is planned right. That's very crucial. Also just because you join a gym you cannot start by pulling weights. Don't get swayed by what others are doing or it be pushed by the instructor. You need to get into it gradually after developing your strength and stamina. A wrong technique or over training will lead to injury and stunted growth. So take care of all this and you can do good.

If I have eat 5eggs and drinking hot milk everyday, but my body weight is not increase, so what can I do?
I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

I want build my body size my meals is not so heavy I went 2 gym a long period but I do not see any improve meant I use to smoke in a day 5 times I eat sweet supari 20 packet in day I do not understand I want to build up my size how many meals have to take in a days and time how to ignor when I thought about ciggrate.

You are so young, but your bad habits are stopping you from building your body size. Firstly eat heavy meals three times a day that is lunch dinner and breakfast. Never smoke again and stop eating sweet supari right away, its unhealthy. Eat cow ghee with your meals. Start eating 2 spoon tulsi juice everyday, and your quench to smoke will perish. Hello lybrate-user. Here are few things which you could do in order to gain weight. 1. Eat frequently bet 2 to 3 hours per day. 2. Do not skip your breakfast. Add a carb and a protein source to give good start. 3. Eat foods which are rich in carb prit and fat as they are energy giving foods. 4. Include ghee butter cheese paneer in your daily diet. 5. Increase your milk consumption and also eggs and meat. 6. Try increase your portion size. 7. Have nuts and dry fruits with you all the time and hav it if you don find anythin els.
