How to increase body weight in small period time and how to make body builder in small period time.
Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

This is the symptom of hypothyroidism.Take proper medication.Along with that eat small amount of food.Do not skip meals.Avoid sugar,sweetened juice.Avoid fast foods,junk foods processed foods.Take more protein to lose weight.Use healthy fast in cooking.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take walnut,almond.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use lukewarm water with on an empty stomach and do exercise like swimming,skipping,push ups,sit ups,plank.These will help you.

Hello Pramod, sorry to say but it depends on your body type. Every person tends to gain weight (or put on Fat) differently. Some people tend to have a fat belly and tires while other have chubby cheeks with an otherwise slim proportionate body. In your case , I suggest you to put on some more weight to see if it changes your face as you desire.

Hello, I have some skin disease after many research I have found out that is fungal infection of ringworm. I have used ointment of lobate and dip genta and tablets of voxim, vozet. Still it is not solved .please suggest some good treatment.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

HI Lybrate USER, 1) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods, 2) sleep upto 10-10.30 pm, 3) avoid coffee and tea, A) Eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jiggery during meals, B) Take 200 ml of fresh butter milk with pinch of saindhav lavan after meals, C) take 30 ml of aamla juice along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach, D) take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast…do all these things for 15 days…gives you good result…THANKS.
