Take medicines on time and follow a few remedies to reduce cholesterol naturally: add two teaspoons of coriander seed powder to one cup of water. Boil the mixture and then strain it. Drink this once or twice a day. You can add milk, sugar, and cardamom to it and use it as an alternative for your regular tea. Boil few leaves of mint with water. Add some honey and pepper powder. Drink lukewarm 2-3 times a day. Do warm daily and stop eating ghee, oily and spicy food.

Ayurvedic Remedies For High Blood Pressure

High blood pressure is also known as hypertension. Blood pressure is the force that is felt on the artery walls as the blood flows through it. What happens during high blood pressure is that this force of blood against the arterial walls increases.

People who are physically inactive, smoke regularly, consume excessive alcohol or are diagnosed with other underlying health conditions are at the maximum risks of this condition. Factors such as increased levels of stress, old age, psoriasis and pregnancy also contribute to high blood pressure.

Symptoms of High Blood Pressure:

The symptoms of high blood pressure include headache that lasts for several days, nausea, vomitting (rare), vertigo, lightheadedness, double vision, blurred vision, nose bleeding (epistaxis), heart palpitation and dyspnea (shortness of your breath). Children with high blood pressure can bear symptoms such as fatigue, seizures, irritability, respiratory disease and Bell’s palsy (inability to move facial muscles of either side).

Remedies for High Blood Pressure:

  1. Losing weight- Obesity is one of the chief contributors to this condition. Keeping a regular check on your weight and following a healthy diet plan can help you maintain blood pressure. Exercising everyday for 30 minutes can also lower your blood pressure and prevent it from shooting up.
  2. Eating healthy- Eating foods rich in potassium (fruits and vegetables), whole grains and foods low in LDL count can help reduce blood pressure. Limiting salt and sodium in your diet is also very beneficial in controlling your blood pressure.
  3. Smoking and alcohol consumption- Excessive alcohol consumption and smoking can cause sudden spikes in blood pressure. Quitting smoking and limiting alcohol consumption can normalize the blood pressure.
  4. Reduce stress- One of the major reasons for high blood pressure is being subject to excessive stress over a prolonged period of time. Try to meditate or practice yoga to be more calm and composed. Keeping mental stress at bay does wonders in reducing blood pressure. Is your hypertension estabilished. If so please consult your local physician or caridologist. For basic lifestyle changes, keep to ideal weight, eat nutritious and healthy food, avoiding too much of salt, oils and sweets. Also medium exercise and destressing would help.

U r suffering from swelling of face & eye. You have medical problems. Please contact to medical specialist. Avoid oily & spicy meal. Take regullar aerobic exercises, eat coloured fruits & vegetables, plenty of water.

My triglyceride and uric acid levels tend to remain high. Had a breakdown in 2009. Since then taking atorvastatinas a daily medicine and uric acid medicines are not frequently taken. After long, since then. Lipid profile is showing higher uric acid levels of 7 and quite low levels of HDL, LDL and Triglycerides 122. What should I do now to upgrade these needed levels and lower uric acid levels?

No need medicines tips for increased uric acid levels and gout watch your weight. Try to lose weight slowly. Eat fresh fruit, vegetables, whole wheat products and some pulses (high in purine) every day. Enjoy low-fat milk and dairy products daily. Keep an eye on the purine content of food. Avoid offal, shellfish and crustaceans and tinned fish such as sardines in oil. Eat no more than 100g of meat, sausages, fish and poultry a day. Drink alcohol only occasionally, as it affects the elimination of uric acid. Eat low-fat food. The consumption of high-fat foods encourages weight gain. Drink at least two litres of low-calorie fluids a day. Recommended fluids are water, tea and fruit juice.

If there is lot of cough in chest, try taking Steam inhalation, for 10 mins 2 times daily, for 1 week, it will help. And now if we talk of drinking tea, Practically, tea do not have any nutritional value in it, and is only causes harm to the body, slowly slowly, body gets addicted to it. So, its my personal advice, stop drinking tea at all. If you cannot, then do not drink more than 2 cups in one day.

Yes it can affect the liver, make the person eat bad fats as fried snacks along with it & at 24 years, it is time to get good health tips to make it a habit for life. Btw, it will not help you with anxiety disorder permanently. It is only a temporary escape from anxiety. Get help from a professional counsellor but no anti anxiety tablets.

1.For your age pain chest could be due to anxiety, stress,Physical and mental strain, hyper acidity or muscle pull 2. Avoid stress and strain 3.Do regular exercise, Yoga, Meditation, deep breathing exercise like pranayama etc. It will calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 4 Avoid Alcohol, smoking and tobacco consumption. 5.Take paracetamol 500mg one tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily, at the time of chest pain.6. Drink plenty of water and take rest. 7.if you have recurrent attack of chest pain take ECG and consult cardiologist

ECG, ECHO and TMT are tests which tell us about the condition of your heart, since these are normal your doctor is right in saying that it is very unlikely you have a heart problem. At times due to severe acidity, hiatus hernia and gastritis you can experience pain chest or due to anxiety attack. You can consult a gastro-enetrologist for evaluation of acidity, but even after treatment for acidity if your symptoms don't resolve then it can be due to anxiety.
