You have something called as computer vision syndrome. So take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

What type of food can provide me...
To increase appetite you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

A balanced diet is a diet that has sufficient amounts of all components of food like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins & minerals with water. A healthy diet includes all these components of food without overloading oneself with just one component. Inclusion of dals, rice, milk, veggies, fruits & various oils in a balanced way will serve as a balanced diet.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Treatment 1.Apply fresh lemon juice with a cotton ball on the affected area ,leave it for 15-20 minutes wash it off with water. Repeat the process twice daily for few months 2.Massage vitamin E oil into affected area for 10 minutes twice daily for few week 3.Mix one tsf of turmeric powder and one tsf of lemon juice. Apply it on affected area, leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with water. Continue it daily for few weeks. 4.apply fresh Aloevera gel on affected area before going to bed, leave it over night, rinse it off in the morning. Repeat it daily for few week 5.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Dear get ur eyesight checked and haemoglobin test done...anaemia is one of the cause of tiredness. B/W follow the tips for hairfall they will help u...:: Follow the tips for 1 month :: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Silicon implants can last a lifetime. However as one ages breast tend to sag and you may require some touch surgery up after a decade or so. Implants can be put in such a way that they cause minimum damage to breast glands hence breast feeding will be possible. However pregnancy n lactation will cause distortion of your breasts. Hence it is better to get operated after lactation period is over.

Follow the following tips:- · Pay attention to your health and food intake. · To increase your appetite, have a glass of lime water or 1 cardamom (elaichi) before your meal. · Have minimum 4 meals in a day. · Drink 1 glass of milk twice a day. · Try to enjoy your meals and gradually increase the quantity you eat every time. · A balance diet should have all essential nutrients in it. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It should include combination of Both Carbohydrates and Proteins for e.g. Oats with Milk or Poha/ Upma with a glass of milk. If you do not like milk have 1-2 egg whites in the morning along with your breakfast. · You need to focus on your protein intake: Increase your protein intake e.g. Milk, dairy products- cheese, paneer, lentils (dals), nuts (soya, peanuts, dry fruits ), pulses e.g. Rajma, chole, kidney beans etc. Sprouts. If you are a non-vegetarian, then you can have proteins by also eating eggs, chicken, fish. Make sure you are including at least 2 serving of any of these in your daily meal. · Lunch and dinner again should be a combination of Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats which could have dal, roti, sabji/chicken, salad. · Please do have minimum 4 almonds or a small bowl of peanuts every day. · Please ensure that you drink at least 3 litres of water every day.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey at night before sleep …. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. E) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals….
