Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 30 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines. *take rest or move about once in 1-2 hours in case of working in a constant position. *maintain a good posture while reading or working with computers. *take a high fibre content diet like vegetables, fruits, etc.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Mix half a cup each or rosemary oil and sage. Add the mixture into boiling water for 30 minutes and steep for 30 minutes. Allow it to cool then apply it to your hair and scalp. Do this regularly to get rid of gray hair naturally.

Hi lybrate-user. Here are some of the most common causes of true under-eye circles. 1. Allergies 2. Atopic dermatitis (eczema) 3. Contact dermatitis 4. Fatigue 5. Heredity — dark under-eye circles can run in families 6. Pigmentation irregularities — these are a particular concern for people of color, especially blacks and Asians 7. Rubbing or scratching your eyes 8. Sun exposure, which prompts your body to produce more melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color 9. Thinning skin and loss of fat and collagen — common as you age — can make the reddish-blue blood vessels under your eyes more obvious. Medication:- 1. Massage in a circular motion with Tavishi oil regulary twice a day. 2. Apply sumukha facepack regularly with honey. Tips:- 1. Get your beauty sleep. 2. Eat well. 3. Regularly undergo meditation and perform exercise.

My father has been bleeding urine and passing black stool for the past 10 days. He is 81 years old and is very weak and puny. We do not want to harrass him by taking to a hospital. What do you suggest, it there any possibility of him surviving if we take him to hospital ?

He is having bleeding at both sites. Whether you want to get him treated or not is your choice Doctors can only make the effort and treat. They can give you a rough prognosis after evaluating only. Why don't you ask your regular doctor?

Fibromylgia is muscles related issue so can't co-relate this to spinal or any kind of bony problems. Pain of fibromylgia is localised most of d time its being radiated if it is chronic. If you want to gain weight, then I would recommend you a easy diet plan, Do some exercise also, it will help you to gain weight. No needs to take any supplement. Diet Plan: 1. MORNING: banana shake (2 bananas and 1 glass of milk) sprouts Brown Bread with 2 eggs Or paneer stuffed paratha 2. LUNCH: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size bowl of green veg 1 small plate of rice 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm in day time 3. LATE AFTERNOON: 1 fruit and coffee with 4 cookies 4. DINNER: 1 soup bowl of dal 1 small size of bowl green veg 3 to 4 phulka paneer 100 to 150 gm 5. LATE NIGHT: 1 glass of milk improves your water intake.
