Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. •Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and strain it. Add a little honey and drink it slowly. Also take Colocynth 30 - one dose for pain when required.

What are precautions for gall stones? Is there another way for treatment except laparoscopic surgery?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Delhi
Proper diet should be taken and current diet should be made to half. Avoid taking dinner after taking dinner after 6-7 pm. That will help in avoiding pain also stones should be removed and that will be done with our medicines only. We follow the process in which patient needs to take medicines for 35 days and expel stones on 36th day of the treatment. It can be cured but not only with homeopathic medicines, you need to take medicines that can help in removing them naturally such as our medicines combination of herbal and homeo that will help in removing stones via motion passage. Gall bladder gets diseased due to an unhealthy diet and lifestyle.

* firstly take your meals with proper chewing and do not be hurry in taking meals to avoid acidity after meals. * take less spicy food & avoid chilly in meals. * try to avoid stress. If you feel unable to avoid stress & extra thinking then follow meditation techniques. Sit in a calm & well airy room & do long breathing. Concentrate on your breathing. Do it for atleast 3-5 minutes twice a day. You can do anulom - vilom pranayam in the morning. It calm down your mind and lower the gastric irritation. * put 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds (saunff) in a glass of water in night and drink this water in morning everyday to cure gastric problem. * take few leaves of mint (pudina), coriander leaves (dhania), pinch of rock salt & pinch of black pepper. Crush them well and make paste. Take 1 teaspoon this paste (chatni) with meal in morning & evening.

Pain and bleeding may be due to anal Fissure. This happens due to constipation and hard stools.. Don't worry, take green vegetables, fibres, fruits and lot of fluids. Avoid spicy and fast food. Do sit in warm water bath for 10 mins thrice daily. Take stool softener.

Honey and ghee if taken together acts as poison? Is it a false statement or true?

CCEBDM, PG Diploma In Clinical cardiology, MBBS

It is the combination ratio. It should not be in the same proportion. All panchmrit prasad is made from milk, curd, ghee, sugar and honey.
