If you are not going for surgery, you can choose ayurveda treatment. For the said condition, you need to get panchakarma treatments done especially virechan, vasti, kati vasti etc. And internal medicines like, abhrak, praval, lakshadi guggulu, ashtavargam kashayam, cheriya rasnadi kashayam etc, padmak kanti + dink, depending on the general condition. But in such condition at this age you can't expect complete reversal of disease condition. So she has to keep long term support of medicines. Regards.

Exfoliate your skin one time per week. Use a scrub or an exfoliant specifically for men. Removing dead skin cells will stimulate new hair growth. Try an exfoliating mask. You will apply the product to your face and leave it on for a period of time, usually between 10 and 30 minutes, before rinsing it. Keep your skin clean. Wash it with warm water and a mild cleanser every morning and evening. Clean skin encourages small hair to grow. Use a cream or moisturizer with eucalyptus. Products with eucalyptus are useful in helping hair grow more quickly on your face. Remove any flaky or dry skin. Moisturized skin creates a better environment for facial hair to grow quickly, which will create a beard fast. Manage stress in healthy ways. Beards will grow more quickly when you are relaxed, and many beauty and health experts believe hair reveals stress. Try exercise to manage stress and grow your beard quickly. Exercise improves blood circulation to the face, which will promote hair growth. Check your face for ingrown hairs. Beards will not grow in evenly if there are ingrown hairs on your face. Take biotin daily. This dietary supplement is known to increase the growth of hair and nails. Use 2.5 mg of biotin every day to make your beard grow quickly. This often comes in supplements which you can buy from a vitamin shop or health food store. Incorporate vitamin B into your diet and your beauty products. Vitamins B1, B6 and B12 are especially useful in helping hair grow quickly. Defy the urge to trim or shape your beard. If you want the hair to come in quickly, leave it alone while it grows. You will have the chance to groom the beard after about 4 to 6 weeks when it is full Ignore the belief that shaving regularly makes hair grow thicker and quicker. There is no scientific evidence to support this. Shaving your beard will only reduce the amount of hair on your face, not bring it in more rapidly. Expect growing facial hair to be stiff. Because your hair will not all grow at the same pace, your face might get itchy and irritated. If you suffer from itching or a rash, ask a doctor about applying a hydrocortisone cream to your face while you are growing a beard. It will relieve the itching. However, it can also have negative side effects when used on the face, so only apply it according to doctor supervision and advice.

Acid phos 30 1-2 drps in 1/4 cup lukewarm water 4 times a day and lycopodium 200once a week for 3 months. Keep your scalp clean don't use shampoos including herbal shampoos. If at all want to use hair cleaner use neem extract with reetha.

Hi lybrate-user Everyone wants to reduce fat from some or other part of the body. And the most common problem area is the tummy. Here are 6 tips to keep in mind while you’re worrying about your belly fat: 1. Before you target your tummy fat, try to lose the extra fat around your abs by doing cardiovascular exercises that engage multiple muscles. Try circuit training that burns higher amount of calories in a shorter period. 2. There is no such thing as spot reduction when you have a lot of weight to lose. Instead, try to lose some weight, and once you are thin enough, focus on particular areas to get better results. 3. Get more sleep. If you’re not getting enough sleep and only concentrating on the exercises, you’ll end up over-exhausting yourself. This will do more harm than good. You will end up eating more to fight the lethargic feeling. Try to get at least 6-8 hours of sleep per night in order to win in the fight against belly fat. 4. Eat less sugar and calories. Belly fat is easily reduced with a controlled diet. Try to include more protein and fiber rich vegetables that will keep you full for longer, resulting in less snacking between meals. 5. Drink more water as this will keep you satiated and will prevent you from mistaking thirst for hunger. 6. Eat more fat to burn more fat. Consuming healthy fats actually help your body to burn the unwanted fat. Stock up on healthy fats like healthy oil and fish.

Hello, Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hello, scars can be removed easily by use of ayurvedic medicines, try amba haldi powder with milk on affected area, it will surely help you. Follow these tips along with that- a) go to bed early b) avoid spicy and junk diet c) if you have any digestion problems then get rid of that.

Hello, hair takes it's own time. Applying oils and such home remedies might work on a bunch of people but surely does not work wonders with many. If it is a genetic problem, your hair might just remain scarce on the face. You can try beardo oil.

Hello, Have you got your blood sugar (fasting & PP) done ever? Get it done first as recurrent boils could be due to diabetes. Boils most often happen where there is hair and rubbing. The face, neck, armpits, breasts, groin, and buttocks are common sites. You can sometimes care for a boil at home. Do not squeeze, scratch, drain, or open the boil. Squeezing can push the infection deeper into the skin. Gently wash the area with soap and water twice a day. Dry it well. Put warm, wet cloths on the boil for 20 to 30 minutes, 3 or 4 times a day. Do this as soon as you notice a boil. The heat and moisture can help the boil to open and drain, but it may take 5 to 7 days. A warm compress or waterproof heating pad placed over a damp towel may also help. Keep using heat for 3 days after the boil opens. Put a bandage on it so the drainage does not spread. Change the bandage every day. If the boil is draining on its own, let it drain. Keep cleaning it twice a day with soap and water. To help keep the infection from spreading, do not share towels and washcloths with other people. Medication: Meantime, can start taking homoeopathic medication - Calcarea Sulph. 6x/ thrice daily for 20 days. Revert me there after..take care.

Thanks for the query. There’s no overnight fix when it comes to healthy weight loss, but you can adjust your lifestyle to promote quick, natural weight loss for the benefit of your health and your appearance. Successful, long-term weight management needs to focus on more than the food you eat and the pounds you lose. It needs to focus on your overall health. Reshape your body and your lifestyle by adopting healthy habits and breaking unhealthy ones. Replace all processed foods in your diet with vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy, lean meats, eggs, legumes, nuts, seeds and seafood. Focus on the variety of whole, unprocessed foods you can eat instead of dwelling on the junk food you eliminated from your diet. Eat smaller portions at every meal and avoid going back for seconds. Take a smaller scoop of rice, half of a piece of chicken instead of a whole piece and one less egg in your morning omelet, for example. Make time for breakfast every morning. Eating breakfast helps prevent overeating and is a habit of people who successfully lose weight. Pack to-go meals instead of eating convenience foods when you’re not home. Store foods like chopped fruits and vegetables or cooked grains, legumes, eggs and meats in your refrigerator so you always have something to grab when you’re in a rush. Buy fresh vegetables and fruits from the grocery store if you forget to bring healthful food from home. When you can’t avoid dining at a restaurant, opt for a salad as a starter, and always ask for the dressing on the side. Clear soups, lean meats, seafood and grain-based dishes like roti, whole grain bread are other good choices. Exercise for 30 to 60 minutes at least three times per week to build muscle and burn more calories. Pilates, strength training, aerobics, swimming, dancing and yoga or a sport like football are ideal choices. If you’re new to exercising, start with brisk walking and jogging. Adopt physically demanding hobbies like bicycling, hiking, jogging, power walking to promote faster weight loss. If you don’t have time for new hobbies, increase your physical activity with things like walking the dog, playing with the kids or jogging instead of driving to a nearby store or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Weigh yourself weekly and record your weight. Adjust your diet and physical activity according to the progress you’re making.
