it is happen some times in our life. we cannt expect this type of situations. parents died because of aids. there is no chance of your wife is getting aids. both are going and tested already but the result is negative. then why do you worry about this situation. you and your wife is not doing any mistake. feel it is accidental. you and your wife is no part of this incidence. there is no chance of infected both of you. you are suffering from psychological upset. what about the condition of your wife. because of your condition she may go to depressive status. in this stage you play a major role and responsible. you should support your wife. you feel also most of the time in confident manner. do not give any chance of depressive thoughts. there is no perfect reason to think about it. so feel happy all the time. be share all your feelings and problems with your close friends and family members. dont be alone. be enjoy the every moment of life. ok all the best.

She may need some other medicine also if BP is not controlled as it should be. As she is having diabetes and CKD, medicine for hypertension should be selected carefully which is not nephrotoxic.

Hi gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Massage the knee with eucalyptus oil and give hot water fomentation. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Hair roots are situated inside the scalp and it gets nutrition through blood. Oil and shampoo helps to condition the scalp. This is also important. Food which is rich in minerals, protein and iron is good for hair. Sprouts, beans, nuts along with green leafy vegetables are excellent for hair. Drink 3 lit of water/day.

Follow these steps for anger control, if to does not work, consult a psychiatrist and get treated. All the best. 1. Think before you speak In the heat of the moment, it's easy to say something you'll later regret. Take a few moments to collect your thoughts before saying anything — and allow others involved in the situation to do the same. 2. Once you're calm, express your anger As soon as you're thinking clearly, express your frustration in an assertive but nonconfrontational way. State your concerns and needs clearly and directly, without hurting others or trying to control them. 3. Get some exercise Physical activity can help reduce stress that can cause you to become angry. If you feel your anger escalating, go for a brisk walk or run, or spend some time doing other enjoyable physical activities. 4. Take a timeout Timeouts aren't just for kids. Give yourself short breaks during times of the day that tend to be stressful. A few moments of quiet time might help you feel better prepared to handle what's ahead without getting irritated or angry. 5. Identify possible solutions Instead of focusing on what made you mad, work on resolving the issue at hand. Does your child's messy room drive you crazy? Close the door. Is your partner late for dinner every night? Schedule meals later in the evening — or agree to eat on your own a few times a week. Avoid sarcasm, though — it can hurt feelings and make things worse. 9. Practice relaxation skills When your temper flares, put relaxation skills to work. Practice deep-breathing exercises, imagine a relaxing scene, or repeat a calming word or phrase, such as, "Take it easy. You might also listen to music, write in a journal or do a few yoga poses — whatever it takes to encourage relaxation. 10. Know when to seek help Learning to control anger is a challenge for everyone at times. In 2 months you mean she lost 18 kg it is amazing but I hope she is not feeling exhausted and low and hope she has not loss her muscle please get diet from a good dietitian so that she looses on fat and not on muscle and a good trainer for loosing on abdomen fat.

I don't seem to gain weight. I've tried mostly everything from balanced high carb and fat diet to taking weight gainers. Nothing works for me. I'm 5 feet 8" and weigh a mere 48.5 kilograms (with clothes). Kindly suggest me some plans or medicines that can help me with this. Also, although I drink a lot of water, probably 6-7 liters everyday, but I never feel thirsty. Sometimes I could go on for days with maybe just a glass or two in a day. Is that bad! Thanks in advance.

Hi lybrate-user, glad that you asked this question. Some times the metabolism in the system is very fast. So you don't gain weight easily. Eat frequently. Also take up weight training to build on your muscles. Include a lot of protein rich foods in your diet like fish, grilled chicken, eggs, sprouts, nuts and oilseeds, paneer post the workout. You are still 22 years, in a year or two with hormonal changes things should fall in place. All the bes.
