How to get rid from the forehead pimples? I did all types of treatment but they are not going.

How to get rid from the forehead pimples? I did all types of treatment but they are not going.
Be patient. Acne improves slowly even with the most powerful treatments from your doctor. Do not expect much improvement in the first few weeks of any treatment. Do not pick! Discipline yourself not to pick your spots, as this may encourage scarring.  Wash carefully. Wash the affected area twice a day with a pH-balanced, unperfumed soap. Avoid facial scrubs and abrasive cleansers, which might increase the inflammation of the skin and make scarring more likely.Avoid heavy and greasy make-up. Oil-free make-up is available in some ranges. Remove it at night with a gentle cleanser before washing. If your acne is all over your face, with lots of blackheads, your make-up might be aggravating the problem, so consider different brands Consider a zinc supplement.   Chemical peels can be helpful in some cases of acne with many blocked pores, and for acne scars. It is important to seek professional advice if you are considering trying a chemical peel to avoid side effects.

LIFESTYLE MODIFICATIONS FOR SOUND SLEEP
The following lifestyle changes can help prevent sleeplessness:
Exercising regularly—best when done before dinner; exercise can stimulate arousal so should not be done too close to bedtime
Avoiding caffeine (especially after noon) and nicotine
Getting regular exposure to late afternoon sun—stimulates release of melatonin which helps regulate circadian rhythm
Practicing stress reduction techniques such as yoga, meditation, or deep relaxation
Early treatment of insomnia may also help prevent psychiatric disorders such as depression
Lifestyle
Studies reveal that healthy sleep habits are essential for treating insomnia. The following healthy sleep habits (in addition to the steps mentioned in the Preventive Care section) may help treat the condition:
Maintaining a consistent bed and wake time
Establishing the bedroom as a place for sleep and sexual activity only, not for reading, watching television, or working
Avoiding naps, especially in the evening
Taking a hot bath about two hours before bedtime
Keeping the bedroom cool, well-ventilated, quiet, and dark
Avoiding looking at the clock; this promotes anxiety and obsession about time
Avoiding fluids just before bedtime
Avoiding television just before bedtime
Eating a carbohydrate snack, such as cereal or crackers, just before bedtime
If sleep does not occur within 15 to 20 minutes in bed, moving to another room with dim lighting

Include food rich in good calories. Salty peanut butter on bread. It gives you approximately 192 calories plus it is extra high in protein. One serving of cheddar cheese packs a good 69 calories. Cheese is concentrated milk, so it is high in protein and calcium, fat, cholesterol and cheese calories. One banana contains approximately 100 calories. Not only are bananas rich in carbs and nutritious, they're also great.

I just have an average height bt my father and mother are taller. As I am 19 year old do I have any chances to grow? ...
Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day. Sleep Deprivation - 7 Negative Effects Of Sex Life

MBBS
Sexologist, Gurgaon
Sleep Deprivation - 7 Negative Effects Of Sex Life

Many men claim to get by on 4-5 hours of sleep a day but robbing the body of its required sleep has a number of side effects. The human body requires a minimum of 8 hours of sleep a day. There are two main reasons men don't get enough sleep: intentionally staying awake late at night and sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea etc. Here's how depriving your body of sleep can harm your sexual health.
Less testosterone
The male body produces testosterone while he sleeps. When the body does not get adequate sleep and rest, it produces less testosterone. As the insomnia continues, this situation worsens. This leads to a low sex drive and poor libido.
Low self esteem
Testosterone also influences the way the body stores fat and hence less testosterone can also lead to gynecomastia. This is condition where male bodies develop breasts as a result of an increase in body fat. Lowered testosterone levels in a male body also lead to reduced muscle strength and hence an overall lower sense of well being.
Erectile dysfunction
Inadequate sleep can result in obstructive sleep apnea. This is linked to the lowered levels of testosterone in the body as patients with sleep apnea do not reach the stage of REM sleep when testosterone is produced. Thus, sleep apnea can lead to erectile dysfunction where a man is unable to get or maintain an erection while having sex.
Low sperm count
Testosterone plays an important role in sperm production. The relation between the two is simple: the higher the testosterone levels; the more the body produces sperm. Thus if you do not get adequate sleep, your sperm count can be affected leading to infertility.
Sexual misunderstanding
Sleep deprivation can affect your decision making and understanding of the other person's intentions. Thus if you haven't slept properly, you are more likely to make uncalled for sexual advances and misunderstand your partner's sexual expectations.
Accelerates aging
The body sheds dead cells and grows new cells while it sleeps. Thus if the body is deprived of adequate sleep, the gaining process is accelerated. Not only does this bring on an early onset of wrinkles but it also lowers your sexual drive. Lowered testosterone may also lead to early balding.
Fatigue
If the body doesn't get its required rest, you start the day feeling tired instead of refreshed. As the day goes on, this tiredness increases and is accompanied by irritability and aggression. When you're in such a bad moon and constantly tired the chances of wanting to be physically intimate with another person decrease. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Sexologist.
