Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Day after tomorrow is the date of my ankle surgery for snapping perineal tendon. I am very tensed. I am afraid for its pain and difficulty's. I can't concentrate or do any thing. What should I do .pls help?

Surgery is d cure for the cure of your pain. Simply keep in mind you will get cured. And hence relax.

Dear you can follow these methods for relief from back problem- * first correct your sitting posture. Do not bend your lower back. You can use lumber belt for support. * do regular back strength exercises. Move your clockwise and anticlock wise. * do not sleep on very soft bed, sleep on slight hard cotton mattress. * do tadasana and bhjangasana for back strengthening. If you can not understand these asans you can consult me. * take calcium rich diet and calcium and vitamin d supplements regularly. *do not take any heavy weight or heavy work. * if you are over weight then follow a good and effective diet plan to loose some kilos of weight. You can consult me to get a diet chart. * you can take guggalu tablets of himalaya for fast relief.

Backacke can be due to numerous reasons like back strain, big tummy, slip disc, lumber spondylosis. For best treatment please send an x ray imagetill then you can do following home remedies: 1) mix camphor in coconut oil and boil it. Massage it followed by hot fomentation. 2) have turmeric & honey milk. 3) put a hot-water bag on back supported by a cushion. 4) add ginger while brewing your tea 5) if you are overweight, go for weight loss program 6) stay away from cold, go for hot water baths.

Hi apply mahavishgarbha tail on your knee joint for 1 month and then do phomentation by hot water you will be fine take following remedies 1. Sinhanad guggul 2 tab before lunch and dinner.

Dear Dr. Good day. I had an ACL Surgery 9-10 month ago, after surgery I did physiotherapy for about 2-3 months, and in the 4th month I started going to gym to strengthen my muscles. During this period I had a pain while extending my knee, I can extend but I feel pain at the same time. Now it's 9 months and I still feel this pain though my physiotherapist told me to make some stretch exercises and I did, but still painful and still didn't get the hypertension. So what I want to ask is: is this normal or something is wrong? And how to solve this issue. Thanks and Regards.

ACL Knee Ligament laxity if you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs. This is a general strain and for this you can follow these measures: one keep a pillow right under the knee while sleeping, next is you can keep ice in the painful area for about 5--10 minutes, if pain still persists you can stretch your body by twisting the waist on both sides how we used to do in the school drill similarly you can try! One time you can do hot water fermentation that would help to reduce the muscle strain. You have to do knee strengthening exercises, ie. Knee rehabilitation exercises which will strengthen your knee. Exercises will give you permanent cure than the surgery.
