Dizziness or giddiness is usually due to ear labyrinthine problem. Anti vertigo tabs and vitamin b 12 can help you. You require to go for ear examination. Pure tone and impedence audiometry, may require ct scan and stepping test (cranio corpography) to come to proper diagnosis.

Each body is different. You should not compare with others. Aim is to be strong and fit. To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours. 1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice. 2. Take one peanut butter sandwich daily. 3. Eat 20 almonds / cashew daily 4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc. 5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish. 6. Dals have good protien. Have more rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc. 7. Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen. 8. No need for any supplements. Nature has best products. 9. Go for regular walks / exercise / do yoga. Sleep well. - Take deworming tablets every six month. Feel confident about yourself and be positive. All the best.

Hi, I have starting playing badminton right after my marriage and after few months, ,my knees and back pain started. Also I have check with doctor, he has suggested to take medicine and it will recover soon. But my knees pain is not going and sometimes pain is become unbearable at hamstring point. Kindly suggest what to do & what not. I still play badminton in the morning to make me fit Thanks.

Pain in knee joint at muscle attachment area involves fibrous tissue and ligaments. Some times bursitis and fluid collection also may occur there. Adequate rest and medication is needed for the complete restoration of health. Sudden catching pain may also comes in during playing. Do Simple sitting exercises and take rest for a period of one month. Take Rhua tox 200 twice daily before food and Mag phos 6x 3 tabs 1 hour after food 3 times in a day. Continue it for a period when feels better.

The important sign in panic attack is the feeling that you cannot handle fear and you are using an extreme reaction to the fear. You cannot control panic attack but you can do two things: you can change your perception of the fearful stimulus and you can change your response to the fear. The first one is the best and will preempt the need for the second. If you are already far gone into the reaction mode, then you need both responses to counter the attack. The way we see things in life (like half empty or half full glass) is very dependent on our attitude. Attitude may have developed over many years but fortunately can change in a matter of sustained choices made and acted up on now. Accordingly you choose to see things as either threatening or as an opportunity. The opportunist will be positive and work with the situation to make good out of it. The individual who sees it as threatening, will, out of fear, try to avoid/run away from the situation or react in a panic. Yes, self-belief does impact it too, but you can see that prior to that, perception will tarnish the belief system too. Here, you can see that all the resolution lies in just changing your perception/attitude, even if it is against odds. Changing your response, despite the perception, is building up of your reserves and resources to handle any contingency that life throws up at you. And life throws up situations quite regularly and heavily. For this you need to develop a fit mind and body: The former, by meditation and mind exercises; and the later, by exercises and proper diet. Included in the development of the mind is the handling of emotions, in your case fear. These changes will give you a handle on life and your perceptions and responses. Stage fear and this anxiety are both related to ear too. This is the number one fear of all people. Even the most successful speakers admit to this problem. In fact the first 90 seconds are most frightening. The heart beat races to doubles the normal: 144 times a minute. So you are advised to prepare a good opening sentence to launch you off to a good start. The fear is generally centered around rejection: am I good enough? Will people like me? Will people know more than me? Etc. A host of self-conscious comparisons that only make you feel inferior. When the whole world is in the same boat, take heart and learn some basic techniques to overcome this stage fright. Join a Toastmasters club in your town and develop your public speaking skills and experience. Also remember some little rules: look for some pleasant face in the audience, look over the audience, prepare yourself well, talk simply, understand that you can only talk on what you know not on some grand made-up design of yours, there are always others who are better than you, pray before you speak, and so on. Focus on the three areas of public speaking according to their importance: Presentation and appearance (20%), audience (30%), and content (50%). There are a lot more points but space constraints do not permit me to be more elaborate.

Hello Saurabh Hair fall and hair thinning are two different problem.There are many reasons for getting hair fall.It can be anything from nutritional deficiency till hormonal disturbances.It is important to check the scalp to conclude about the problem. Hair is made up of proteins and iron.Minerals are also important to control hair fall.Drink 3 lit of water/day .Eat green leafy vegetables and more of sprouts ,beans. Oil the scalp 3 /week and wash it 3/week.This will take care of conditioning the scalp. If after doing all these it is not improving then consult Trichologist Take care

Follow the tips for 1 month they will help u.:: 1.Mix 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, and 1 cup yogurt. Apply this to the hair 30 minutes to 1 hour before washing the head and hair. 2.Soak 50 gm methi dana in 2 cups of water overnight, next day in the morning make the paste and apply on scalp for 15 minutes. 3..Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. 4.Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. 5.Wash hair regularly 2-3 times a week with a mild shampoo. 6.Avoid scratching the scalp with hands or any other objects. 7.Avoid spicy, greasy, hot and penetrating foods, junk food, and aerated drinks. 8.Have food with good nutritive value; include fiber-rich foods, salads, fruits, and lentils

Dear lybrateuser, -avoid spicy, fried & junk food these increase the acidity -take more of fruits & vegetables, donot skip meals, do not lye down for 1-2 hrs after having food, have snacks in between meals if hungry, can have butter milk, fruit juice, fruit or yogurt -have syrup gelusil 2 teaspoonful three times a day before meals -do regular exercise like walking 20-30 min a day, do yoga as it helps in digestion.
