I am suffering from severe back pain do to continuous study. What can I do for this? How can I get relief?

I am suffering from severe back pain do to continuous study. What can I do for this? How can I get relief?
Continuous studies necessitated long sitting hrs. Pl have walks and stretch body. Stretching can be done during studies too intermittently. There will be no time waste. Upon relieving of pains you will experience more concentrated studies. For the time being, before bathing pl massage with herbal oils like mahanarayan oil and mahavishgarbh oil mixed. Bath with hit water. Take roasted hing + black salt + ajwain with bit/ warm water daily night. For sustained relief, without loss of studies, get proper ayurveda treatment without side effects. Pl avoid pain killer tabs.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket. And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back. You may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * surya namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * in diet vegetable protein of cereal, b complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi, My friend is of 30 years married with 2 kids suffering from back pain, he is lining while walking consulted a doc...
Radiological diagnosis of Carries Spine or Pott's spine (Tuberculosis of Spine) as it is called will need a little more work up. Requires Chest Xray, ESR (blood test), PCR RT if other tests inconclusive. Empirical treatment of starting Anti TB medication is also practiced but relatively outdated. Please see an Orthopedic Surgeon in person. The treatment is usually medication for 6-8 months or more.

I am suffering with body heat leg pains in the night time effecting sleep. Please suggest me something.

Hi lybrate-user, Leg cramps are a common problem, typically occurring in the calf, foot or thigh. They usually come on in an instant and cause intense, grabbing pain. Most of us have experienced a cramp like this at some point in our life. They are more common in summer if you have been sweating excessively and losing minerals in your sweat. Get your Magnesium blood test done. Your muscles need a range of different minerals to enable them to contract and relax properly. A deficiency of one or more of these minerals can leave you prone to cramps. These minerals include magnesium, sodium, potassium and calcium. Intense sweating, diarrhoea and vomiting are the most common ways of developing a sudden, acute deficiency in these minerals. That’s why muscle cramps are most common after these conditions. Magnesium is required for muscles to be able to relax properly, and magnesium deficiency is the most common cause of muscle cramps, as well as twitching muscles and aching muscles.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.
