I have been suffering from migraine from past three to four months and I want to be cured from this problem and I hope you have solution.

DEAR Lybrate USER. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time.. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals . 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal 4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of AUDUMBARAVLEHA and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. 1. stay busy and focused by engaging in activities like playing games/sports, learning music/painting etc. 2.Find new hobby like cooking, gardening, writing, public speaking 3.Eat healthy diet 4.Volunteer your time by doing social work like tutoring needy children/ working at shelter home and rendering free service, raising money for a good cause 5.Avoid loneliness, socialise with friends/relatives 6.Stop watching porn in computer/moble 7.develop will power, determination to stop practicing 8.Don't have guilty consciousness since it is normal and a healthy way of relieving sexual tension if done in moderation(1-2 times/week) 9.Get adequate sleep(7-8hours daily) 10.take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits and have balanced diet. Avoid oily/spicy/fried/junk food. Try to have vegetarian food. Observe fasting for 1-2 days in a week 11. Avoid alcohol/smoking 12. Drink plenty of water(8-10 glass daily) 11. Go for regular aerobic exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/jogging/running/cycling/swiing 12.Do yoga, pranayam,meditation to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 13. There are 2 questions. 1. From the last 3 years I am having regular trouble that is my sugar level becomes low. It is happening 4 to 5 months intervals regularly by these timings I became tired and I used to go doctors and getting trips. So please suggest me to maintain the sugar level at normal for all the time. And Question no. 2. Recently I used to take mutton soup in the evening time when I am going home from office. So my question in this is I am having regular acidity complaints so taking soup regularly is advisable or not.

Mr. A lybrate-user, Hypoglycemic episodes are seen usually with Insulin injections, as sometimes food intake or dose of the drug may not match. With oral anti-diabetics such episodes are less likely to occur. Since you have not mentioned any details about current treatment or actual blood glucose levels and HbA1c%, it is difficult to make any specific comment. If you are aware of the time when these episodes tend to occur, then it is better to take some snacks around that time. As regards mutton soup causing acidity, then best is to avoid it. Because any spicy food or liquid can stimulate stomach acid secretion. Thanks.

Hi Mr. Lybrate user Constipation indicates that the peristaltic movement of your intestine is not happening properly.In elderly people it is very common because of age. But in young people if it is there then it is ofcourse because of poor food habits. Try to avoid taking any maida product in your diet, any kind of bread (wheat/maida, Oily-as your metabolism is already slow n if you take fried /oily then all your digestive organs have to do extra effort to digest it. N in your case you should take poha/Daliya/rava idli-/dosa/uttapam/Upma or 1big fruit bowl in your diet in morning. Lunch sabji roti daal cucumber. Evening warm vegetable soup. Along with this take 2 triphlaghanvati with warm water before going to bed. Aloe Vera juice 30 ml with warm water empty stomach. Twice Do some exercises. If not feasible then 25 min walk after dinner.

Do not worry about size as far as you get good erection and timngs. Women vagina initial 2 inches is sensitive so size aythg bigger than 2 inch is sufficient. Imprtant is good erection and timings. Consult for detailed discssion and solve your erection and timing issues.

Hello, my husband is suffering from internal hemorrhoid, from pass few days the hemorrhoid is swollen.

1. Apply proctosedyl ointment 2-3 times daily before and after passing stool. 2. Sit in a bath tub containing warm water with little salt for some time twice daily (sitz bath). 3. Take two tea spoonful lof softovac/naturolax powder with a glass of warm water/milk in the evening or syrup duphalac 3 tsf (15 ml) twice daily if there is constipation. 4. Take fiber containing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables and fruits. 5. If no relief consult a general surgeon for sclero therapy/rubber band ligation/laser or electric coagulation/surgery.

Headach as of now for headache you can take tablet paracetamol. But we will have to make a diagnosis to get to the cause of it which can be either due to frontal sinusitis or due to migrane or due to refractive error of the eyes or due to other causes for which we have to investigate. Sweating is not bad for skin. Your skin is getting dark, because you stay in sun for a long time that has created tanning. Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

The behavioural, emotional and physical changes that take place as dementia progresses can all have an impact upon a person's eating habits and on their intake of food and drink. It is important to do what you can to make sure that the person you are caring for enjoys their food and eats a healthy, balanced diet. As dementia progresses eating can become difficult for some people. However, by making a few changes you can help keep mealtimes as enjoyable and stress free as possible. Proper nutrition is important to keep the body strong and healthy. For a person with Alzheimer's or dementia, poor nutrition may increase behavioral symptoms and cause weight loss. The basic nutrition tips below can help boost the person with dementia's health and your health as a caregiver, too. Provide a balanced diet with a variety of foods. Offer vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low-fat dairy products and lean protein foods. Limit foods with high saturated fat and cholesterol. Some fat is essential for health — but not all fats are equal. Go light on fats that are bad for heart health, such as butter, solid shortening, lard and fatty cuts of meats. Cut down on refined sugars. Often found in processed foods, refined sugars contain calories but lack vitamins, minerals and fiber. You can tame a sweet tooth with healthier options like fruit or juice-sweetened baked goods. But note that in the later-stages of Alzheimer's, if loss of appetite is a problem, adding sugar to foods may encourage eating. Limit foods with high sodium and use less salt. Most people in the United States consume too much sodium, which affects blood pressure. Cut down by using spices or herbs to season food as an alternative. People with Alzheimer's or dementia do not need a special diet. As with anyone, eating a well-balanced, nutritious diet is important for overall health. As the disease progresses, loss of appetite and weight loss may become concerns. In such cases, the doctor may suggest supplements between meals to add calories. Staying hydrated may be a problem as well. Ginger lemon honey tea is the best homemade recipe to burn belly fat.

-4 cups of water
-1 peeled and sliced ginger

It is good that you workout in the gym but mastubation is bad so stop mastubation because it will lead to psychatric disturbance in near future.
