Hi Change to 45 Jog and 15 Walk. Do more cardio at Gym including Treadmill- Skipping-Cycling. Your pulse must stay between 100 and 140 during your exercise period. Monitor your weight loss with 'Myfitnesspal' app. Aim for 2 KGS a month and you can do it. Only some finetuning is required in your Fitness routine and food Intake. All the best. You can do It!

Hi, Fortunately, you have started to take steps which is the first step towards weight loss. Focus at slow, steady and stable weight loss over short cuts and fad diets. Start your day with a healthy concoction, preferably lime honey water, aloe vera juice or any herbal juices. Do not skip your breakfast and choose whole cereal based breakfasts such as whole wheat dosa, wheat rava upma, etc. Include leser carbohydrates and include a lot of fruits and vegetables thru the day. Drink buttermilk or tender coconut as fillers whenever hungry. Most importantly, to lighten the tummy, finish your dinner at least 3 hours before bedtime and stick to natural foods after 5 pm. Drink about 3 liters of water regularly and I am sure you will start seeing a difference. Hot water seems to give faster results. Finally, make conscious efforts to reduce packed foods, salted foods and junk foods. All the best!

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9. Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hye, Thanks for your query. First of all no food will work in isolation in weight/fat loss. It's a balanced diet that is important to fat loss. Remedies like green tea don't help weight loss. They help flush out your system and act as a detox which definitely will help better digestion and metabolism. This will aid in your efforts to lose weight. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called singular remedies will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, have your green tea but accompany it with good diet, exercise and sleep to see result.

To reduce stomach fat don't eat sugar, sweetened juice like fruit juice, health drinks, tea/coffee with sugar as these increase stomach fat. Take more whole fruits, vegetables, these will help to reduce fat. Use whole grain, whole wheat, brown rice, brown bread etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods etc. Eat more protein rich foods as these are helpful for long term weight loss program. Drink water 3 lit/day but not during meals. Do regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups, plank etc.

Iam turning 30 this december. I have been gaining weight after consuming certain antibiotics since 2010 due to fever and cough mainly. I was having vitamin d deficiency but its getting cured and my weight has not come down. I have joint pains and due to that can only walk instead of doing exercise. Whenever I lose weight I fall sick. Please guide me as my weight is 80kgs and height is 5 feet one inch.

Hye, thanks for the query. The gain is basically because of fat accumulation which is a survival response of the body. Apart from that the nutrient deficiency will further not help the fat loss. But it is not something that you should be demotivated by. Understand that weight /fat loss involves sensible eating. So, improving nutritional vibrancy is very important. You have to eat the right foods at the right time. Eat small but frequent meals. Take a glass of lime water 10 minutes before meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. This is very important. Crashing diet will further cause fat accumulation. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Whatever you can manage. Once you can manage brisk walking you can graduate to other exercises. If done under a good trained instructor you can do many exercises. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets or pills or fat burners will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. Your diet has to be balanced to get even any benefit from medications. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. Observe for inch loss more than a loss on scale because it's important to have fat loss.

Green Tea/ Coffee / Honey Lemon /Aloe Vera etc. These are all general health tonics. But have NO effect on weight. There is no system in the body by which any of such medicines/concoctions can travel inside the body and burn fat. Body fat is accumulation of excess food a person has consumed. Such excess fat can only be burnt by Intensive exercise. Just like the petrol in a car can only be consumed if the car moves. Therefore I would recommend that avoid spending money/time over such Magical Weight reduction stuff. Because none of it works. Healthy diet and daily exercise is the only way out.  If excess food is the problem. Then reduction of food is the solution.

Hi lybrate-user, to lose weight you need to follow these (1) don't eat sugar and sugar sweetened juice like fruit juice, health drink, coffee, soft drinks etc because these increases belly fat and liver fat which leads to insulin resistance and host of metabolic problems. Instead of that eat whole fruits which are fiber rich and mitigate the negative effect of fructose. (2) include more protein in your diet to reduce fat as well as it will avoid re-gaining weight. Include protein like fish, egg, lean chicken, mushroom, cottage cheese, seafood, dairy products etc. Along with physical exercise you can use whey protein. This is a healthy and convenient way to boost your total intake. (3) take low carb foods like whole grain, brown rice, wheat, brown bread etc. (4) eat more fruits and vegetables as these are high in fiber which helps to reduce weight. (5) take healthy fat like refined oil, fish oil like sardine, olive oil etc (6) regular exercise like swimming, skipping, yoga, push ups, sit ups etc. (7) plenty of water about 3 lit/day. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....
