Hello, to reduce fat quickly, some people are lucky to loose fast and some like me are not so lucky because of the body type. -start doing cardio/cycling or running for 30 minutes every evening. -do 7 rounds of surya namaskar or other stretching and jumping exercises for 30 minutes in the morning. -drink warm water with lemon 4-5 times a day. -measure your body parts and your weight in day 1 and compare weekly. -maintain a healthy diet (decide according to your body needs and make a sincere diet chart for yourself that includes light food, more frequently and addition of proteins in diet).

Good morning sir,  I am 22 year old, My weight is over I.e. 90 kg. So please tell  food diet and regular exercises.
Be very specific about food choices, eat small & frequent meals. Include good fiber in your diet by including whole cereals & whole pulses. Cooking methods such as boiling, steaming, grilling, roasting should be preferred. Avoid sweet& sweetened beverages. Keep check on your food intake & yourself motivated to lose weight.

I am daily having 2 spoons of gooseberry juice, 1 spoon triphala powder & 2 piece of garlic from last 3-4 months but still unable to loose weight, even started jogging but its results are 1kg in a month hardly. Please help how can I loose weight asap.

First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Hello, Check with your gym trainer if your work out is helping you. May be you should change your workout routine. with your medication details you seem to have hormonal imbalance. you are on right track but cross check with activity. There is also chance that you are replacing you fat mass with muscle mass. so go for kardascan where you get checked for fat and muscle percentages. Hope this helps you. stay healthy and stay fit☺

Eat every meal. Listen up: Skipping meals will not make you lose weight faster. That strategy backfires because your body thinks food is in short supply, so it slows your metabolism in order to conserve energy. Over time, the result is that when you do eat — even if you consume the same foods as always — your body will be slower to use the calories as fuel, thus creating a backlog of unwanted pounds. If a hectic day makes a sit-down meal impossible, stash an energy bar or a piece of fruit in your purse or briefcase -- anything that will keep you from going hungry.

Hello! to reduce weight take small n frequent healthy meal (5-6 meal a day). Stay away from preserved food, ready to eat foods, deep fried food, sugar n sweet items n do exercise for at least 30 min a day.

To reduce belly fat you need to be particular about food choices & timings. Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber foods in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink plenty of water. Avoid refined foods from your diet such as maida, pasta. Keep check on your food intake.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and you have to concentrate only on diet and exercise and don't take any medicine and eat a low fat content in your diet

Male boobs could be due to hormonal imbalance or being overweight. Please get your hormones checked. As far as exercises are concerned try to do bench press, chest press, chin ups, pull ups daily.

Liquor has excess carbohydrates which get stored as fat in the body if not converted to energy by exercise / walks. It is also referred to empty calories as there is no nutrition associated with liquor. Sugar is another thing which is referred to as empty calories.

Hello lybrate-user, first of all exercise is the major part to lose your body fat. 1) avoid rice, sugar, & alcohol 2) include lots of fibre in your diet. 3) eat salad as much as you can. 4) take 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds power before meals twice a day and drink luke warm water. 5) avoid oily fatty food 6) drink hot water through out the day you can start with fat management kit also thanks.

Hello, weight loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.
