Start daily exercise for 30 to 45 minutes. Eat smaller meals at frequent intervals rather than large portion with prolonged fasting. Avoid bakery products and juices. Start medicines to control diabetes under medical supervision. Also go for following tests hba1c kidney function test lipid profile and urine albumin creatinine ratio.

Having a problem like premature ejaculate and even erectile dysfunction. It doesn't be erect for long time probably for around 2-3 mins. Whenever I try to do intercourse with my partner it get ejaculated very soon within a Minute also and it does not stay erect for long time. My size is also very small. Do not opt for fake advertisements claiming capsules and tablets for penile strength, prolonging sex & making patients fool. Certain molecules which are having results are also not without side effects some of which are very serious as chest pain, heart rate disturbances or else ; so without consultation of urologist, not advisable to consume. Provide enough time in foreplay, after play. Consume plenty of liquids. Balanced nutritious diet intake with enough iron, vitamins,minerals, proteins.Regular walking in fresh air, exercises,relaxation techniques, YOGA help great in creating self confidence. Hello Mr. lybrate-user When you exercise with weights for 1st time some amount of pain is common. Apply ice around painful joints, for 10- 15 min, twice a day. It will help you to reduce pain. Make sure you do appropriate warm up and stretching exercises before weight training. Shoulder girdle muscle strengthening is must before starting upper body weight training. Avoid lifting very heavy weights in initial 6- 8 weeks of weight training. Start with smaller weights first and gradually progress with it. As for diet, hydrate yourself adequately while exercising and continue with your regular balanced diet. Emphasise on eating legumes 2- 3 times a week at least. If pain continues even after a week, visit a board certified physiotherapist with masters in Musculoskeletal sciences or Orthopaedic physiotherapy. They will examine you and help you further with the treatment along with shoulder girdle muscle strengthening.

if your cycles is regular, say your menses start on 1st and ends on 5th, then safe period is 6-11 and 18-to start of menses is considered to be safe. but pregnancy can happen any time. it will help you. Thank you anal sex is not normal avoid

1.Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. 2.Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. 3.Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. 4.Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. 5. Take 2 tab stresswin at night with milk for 5 days ONLY. 6. Take light meals at night and drink 10-15 glasses of water daily. 7.Stop using gadgets 1 hr before sleep.switch off lights at 11:00 pm. 8. Sleep in total dark room. 9.Add some fresh rose petals in a cup of boiling water. Keep it aside till it is lukewarm. Add ½ teaspoonful of sugar to it and have this twice a day. This is a good drink to uplift mood. 10.Do yoga daily 30 min n shavasana daily 5 min before sleep.... Do deep breathing for 2-3 min after every 1 hr....
