I've been suffering from mouth ulcer occasionally. I couldn't eat or even speak. It comes all around the mouth, in the tongue, lips.help me

1. Apply zytee/gelora gel 2-3 times 2. Take one capsule of becosule daily 3. Wash your mouth with hexidine mouth wash 2-3 times daily 4. Avoid acidic/spicy food, take soft food which is easier to chew. Take healthy balanced diet 5. Brushing with soft brush twice daily 6. Maintain good oral hygiene.

Do psychosis medicines causes loss of memory, forgetness,unable to concentrate and laziness all the time because I am taking these medicines since 4 years daily.

psychosis medicines will not causes loss of memory, forgetness,unable to concentrate and laziness. But you may feel drowsy and lethargic and might feel lack of interest in many things and feel more sleepy

Dear lybrate-user, try this method many people are success first and most sleep early wake up early at 4.0 am and study with fresh mind, of course subjects which you are not interested you must spend more time and repeat it many times" practice makes perfect" not only human including pets. Parrots are talking and dogs are dancing. Switch off mobile phone when you go to bed and switch it on at 6 am. Example some people they don't like mathematics but it is essential for life everyday and every time we are depended on mathematics, right from doctor to business man, including vegetable seller, we can understand many other distraction disturbed minds it is like love issues. Still not able to concentrate go for counselling help.

Hello. If you have depressive symptoms, you must take proper treatment for it. Usually depression is easily treatable with medications and psychotherapy. Please remember the longer you ignore the treatment, the difficult it gets to treat depression. Now, very good medications are available which do not cause any habit formation or dependence. Also you may take counselling sessions which will further help. Find a good psychiatrist nearby.

You better to do friendliness with that girl. Friendliness get more satisfaction freedom and enjoyment it is good for your mental status. In love everything is stress. Every movement is stress. It may develop your personal problems. In friendliness you have chance to enjoy so many corners of life. You can directly ask any matter and enjoy with them. I think love is waste for your personality. You have no capacity to control your stress then do not go love. Better to enjoy friendliness. Nothing you will get in love it is waste of time. I have a facing problem in from of peoples. I have afaird to talk in front of functions and meeting. I want to know what is the correct solution to reover this.

This is the number one fear of all people. Even the most successful speakers admit to this problem. In fact the first 90 seconds are most frightening. The heart beat races to doubles the normal: 144 times a minute. So you are advised to prepare a good opening sentence to launch you off to a good start. The fear is generally centered around rejection: am I good enough? Will people like me? Will people know more than me? Etc. A host of self-conscious comparisons that only make you feel inferior. When the whole world is in the same boat, take heart and learn some basic techniques to overcome this stage fright. Join a Toastmasters club in your town and develop your public speaking skills and experience. Also remember some little rules: look for some pleasant face in the audience, look over the audience, prepare yourself well, talk simply, understand that you can only talk on what you know not on some grand made-up design of yours, there are always others who are better than you, pray before you speak, and so on. Focus on the three areas of public speaking according to their importance: Presentation and appearance (20%), audience (30%), and content (50%). There are a lot more points but space constraints do not permit me to be more elaborate.
