first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.yogaraj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.audumbaravleha 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

Hye, thanks for the query. Firstly understand that maintaining a hormonal vibrancy is more so a matter of a healthy lifestyle. Supplementation will work if your lifestyle, including your diet, exercise and stress is managed well. The following are some tips you can follow. Get enough sleep. Maintain a healthy weight. Stay active and exercise regularly. Avoid unwanted stress. Avoid simple sugars like excess of white sugar, maida and cornflour. Include foods like sweet potato, eggs, potato, sorghum, yoghurt, nuts like macadamia or brazil or almonds, olive oil, coconut oil, clarified butter, oysters, raisins, mushrooms, avocado, custard apple, pomagranates, onions, parsley, garlic and ginger in your diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Dear lybrate user, -the a1 grade milk, contains a protein which may not be easily digested & absorbed in the gut & such people may exhibit symptoms of lactose intolerance, such people can avoid this type of milk & go for other varieties.

Current age is 28. Bike accident occurred at the age of 22 with knee ligament injury. and treatment taken was tablets, therapy, bandage. My ques is if currently there is no pain can it occur in future? or should I suppose that it will never occur in future? since it was occurred at young age can we say it got healed 100%? 8 hrs sitting job.

Dear, as you said you had an injury in leg. But now you feel no pain. Therefore the ligament that injured that time has healed now. But when the ligament is healed freshly it do not get its full strength initially. you have to do light exercises daily to recover your full strength back. That means you have a little chance of getting pain again if you are careless and do heavy execises, give sudden jerk and get injured on same site. So consult your nearest physiotherapist to get full strength and better future in Health. Be healthy.

If you change your lifestyle and food habit you can loose your extra weight if you don't have any other health issues. Regular exercise like swimming, skipping, plank, push ups, sit ups, yoga. Use lukewarm water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Avoid sugar, sweetened juice. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods instead you take lots of vegetables, whole fruit, unrefined food stuffs. These will help you to reduce fat. Take more protein like egg white, fish, lean meat, cottage cheese, soy milk, soy products, skimmed milk, tofu, mushroom. Don't use too much oil in cooking. Drink lots of water specially before meals. Drink lukewarm water 5 mins after meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take proper rest.

Fever is not considered medically significant until body temperature is above 100.4 F (38 C). Fever serves as one of the body's natural defences against bacteria and viruses which cannot live at a higher temperatures. Also, the body's defence mechanisms seem to work more efficiently at a higher temperature -Fevers of 104 F (40 C) or higher may be dangerous and demand immediate treatments like: -Acetaminophen (dolo-650 mg) twice or thrice can be used to lower a fever . Aspirin should not be used for fever in children/ adolescents or during a viral illness. -Wear loose fitting clothes and don’t overdress. Overdressing can cause temperature to rise further. -Tepid water (85 F [30 C]) baths may help bring down a fever -The body should be cooled with a wet sponge. -A fever can cause severe dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids.. Have citrus fruits, particularly Vitamin C rich ones like mausami, Amla juice etc. -Take light and easily digestible home cooked meals .avoid outside food -Wash hands frequently with soap and water especially after returning from public places or public transport. -Further therapy depends on the cause of fever like urinary infection/typhoid or malaria/dengue infection and the accompanying symptoms that need to be investigated and treated accordingly

Dear lybrate user. 1) do yogasan regularly (pacchimottasan, halasan, sarvangasan, pavanmuktasan, bhujangasan) upto 15-30 minutes. 2) walk upto 4-5 kilometers daily. 3) do exercises like running, jogging, swimming, aerobics, cycling. 1. Controlling your diet and exercising regularly is the key to losing weight. Taking the following could also help in accelerating the weight loss process: taking pranacharya medohar rasayan (1-1) twice a day; taking medohar guggul (2-2) twice a day; pranacharya slim capsule (1-1) twice a day. 2. It is advisable to avoid junk, fried, fermented or oily food. You should also avoid the intake of alcohol, sugar, dairy products. 3. You should increase the intake of oats and cereals. You should incorporate a walk of at least 45 minutes in your daily regime and prayanama every morning. It is advised not to sleep immediately after taking a meal.

No it ill not benefit to you. Hony and arm ater harm your body so don't take it. Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1.arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4.lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Diet alone adds about 70% of body weight. The other 30% is contributed by lack of exercise. So if you control your food, you can manage to reduce your weight. Aim for long term weight loss. Don't look for short term solutions..>> Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour..>> Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet..>> Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice..>> Eat slowly and mindfully. Reduce portion size..>> Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins. This will keep you toned and trim..>> Reduce outside food. Only once a week its permitted..>> Love yourself and respect your body.
