Hye. Aap theek see waqt khaye.  Khana band karne se aur khaana kum kar dene se wajan ulta badhta hai.  Ek waqt pe kam khaye. Thoda Thoda samay samay pe khana le. Khane se pehle Ek glass garam limboo ka pani le.  Bahar ki khane ki cheze band kar de. Khane mein fal sabji ghee dal dahi roti chawal le. Sahi samay pe Sahi matra mein khaoge tho wajan kabhi nahi badhega. Wyayam hafte mein 4 din kare.  Diet ke naam pe ghee, tel, roti, fal chod doge tho kamjor hoge lekin charbi kam nahi hogi.

I am very fatty. After finished my period near about 46/47 years I became very fatty especially my breast is very big that's why I am looking very fat. Do regular exercise. Make a habit of consuming one well ripen banana with a cup of warm milk. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight. Include protein rich food in your diet. If you are non vegetarian include eggs chicken and fish in your diet. Fluids should not be taken before or with a meal but only after a meal so that food intake is not reduced. Take small and frequent meals.

Health Benefits of Garlic-

Garlic is just magnificent and phenomenal. I am providing few of the basics known and reliable home remedies for some specific ailments, which you could try at your home .

If you have cold and flu, then take small amount of garlic every day until the infection disappears. Garlic tends to reduce the frequency of colds and flu without any side effects. A suggested dose would be two or three cloves of raw or cooked garlic a day.

We all face horrid acne, blemishes, blackheads during our teens. If you want to reduce it, or if you just want to glow up your skin, then take two cloves of raw garlic regularly with warm water early in the morning. It works as a blood cleanser and clean your system internally. Do not eat chocolates, spicy or oily food during this treatment and rinse your face five times a day with cold water. Drinks lots of water daily to flush off toxic waste from the blood and urinate whenever you feel that your bladder is full .Else, apply a cut clove gently on the affected area only if you have no sensitivity to it.

If you have High Cholesterol Level, use garlic in your food. This is the better way for heart patients to reduce their cholesterol level. Modern medical science suggests one reason that garlic might reduce cholesterol , i.E. "Garlic is a proven anti-oxidant. This property might help to prevent LDL (Low Density Lipo Protein) from being oxidized. In this way the cholesterol build-up that clogs the arteries could perhaps be reduced by garlic.

If you are very fat and want to loose weight, squeeze half lemon juice in one glass of luke warm water and drink it with two cloves of raw garlic regularly twice a day (morning and evening), for about three months. Avoid using starchy foods and fats. Do exercise regularly. You'll amazingly fell a great change in your body.

If you have Wrinkles, and you want to use anti ageing cream, it would be better to use 3 cloves of garlic regularly as it has a powerful antioxidant effect, which help to protect the body against damaging "Free Radicals. Remember, out skin is made up of collagen and it looses elasticity on yearly basis. Therefore, use garlic and do exercise regularly for the positive results.

If you have Earache, put two or three drops of warm garlic oil in the ears.

Take garlic to boosts the weight of babies in the womb. Thus, when they are born, they are heavier than they would have been if you hadn't taken garlic. Some babies are born too small, so garlic is a definite boon in these cases too.

Use two raw garlic daily to reduce the risk of cancer, due to its Anti-Carcinogenic properties. It helps prevent cancerous compounds from forming and developing into tumors. It also inhibits the growth of tumors.

If any insect bites you at the seaside, you just crush the garlic and apply it to the affected area to reduce pain and to remove poison.

Some acidity medicines are advised to take empty stomach to reduce your stomach acid level. It should be taken with normal water. You can drink warm water later. And other medicines like antibiotic, painkillers are strictly advised to take after food.

You take vomytab syrup 1 to2 spoon 20 minuties before lunch end dinner still vomat stop. Deva vati (tablet) 1 in morning after lunch end 1 after dinner for 10 days. Take 3 to 4 litter water daily tablet mfg. By sri sri ayurveda company syrup charck company.

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

Burning Pain or Tingling Sensation in Hands or Feet. What it is?

If you are suffering from burning pain or tingling sensation in hands or feet; sharp shooting pain in legs; numbness in hands or feet, then you might be suffering from Neuropathic pain.

What is neuropathic pain

Neuropathic pain is a special type of pain which occurs when there is damage to nerve fibers,which produces tingling or burning type of pain.It is of two types:

1. Peripheral Neuropathic pain: It occurs when there is injury to peripheral nerve fibers (A-delta or C-fibers)which carries pain sensation to brain (Thalamus) for interpretation. 

2. Central Neuropathic pain: It occurs due to sensitization of central pain interpreting mechanisms (Thalamus) to falsely feel pain, when peripheral nerve fibers are no longer sending pain impulses to them.

Worldwide-estimates of prevalence of neuropathic pain are 7% i.e. 7 persons out of 100 people are suffering from different types of neuropathic pain.

Symptoms:

a.Tingling sensation or feeling of ants crawling under skin

b.Burning sensation

c. Sharp shooting pain or electric current-like sensation 

d. Stabbing pain

e. Dull pain with numbness or heaviness

Reasons for neuropathic pain:

1. Diabetes mellitus: Most common cause worldwide due to uncontrolled blood sugar levels, causing damage to nerve fibers.

2. Alcohol consumption/Cigarette smoking: Damage to nerve fibers or damage to blood vessels supplying nerve fibers.

3. Neck pain/Low Back pain/ Glutei pain

4. Vit. B12 deficiency

5. Chemotherapy for cancer patients

6. Post-Herpes virus infection

7. Post-Spine surgery

8. Post-Amputation

9. Diseases like Spinal cord injury,multiple sclerosis, HIV, Lead toxicity, etc.

Special Neuropathies:

a. Carpal tunnel syndrome: Tingling, burning sensation in hand which occurs due to compression of median nerve in wrist area. It occurs in women especially due to pregnancy, hypothyroidism,diabetes, etc. and in men due to improper position of wrist during working on computers.

b. Cervical Radiculopathy: Pain in neck and shoulder region (which increases with neck movements), along with sharpshooting pain radiating from neck to hand occurs in cases of cervical radiculopathy. This is due to compression of cervical nerve root by disc prolapse, facet subluxation, muscle spasm, trauma,etc.

c. Lumbar Radiculopathy: Pain in lower back or glutei region with sharp shooting pain radiating from hip to leg/foot region, occurs in cases of Lumbar radiculopathy or Sciatica. This is due to compression of lumbar nerve root or sciatic nerve by disc prolapse, facet joint, trauma, hypertrophied ligamentum flavum, piriformis syndrome, etc.

d. Meralgia paresthetica: Tingling or burning sensation in front of thigh, occurs due to compression of lateral cutaneous nerve of thigh, near waist region. Usual causes are tight or constrictive clothing at waist region, prolonged sitting, protuberant abdomen,etc.

Prevention of Neuropathy:

a. AVOID Alcohol consumption and cigarette smoking.

b. Maintain ideal body weight / BMI (Body mass index)

c. Life-style changes: Daily exercises (>30 minutes per day) or brisk walking or swimming; Avoid prolonged sitting or standing (>30 minutes).

d. Food/Diet should have following components:

  • Green vegetables e.g. spinach, fenugreek leaves (methi), radish,etc.
  • Coloured vegetables e.g. Tomato, carrot, Capsicum (green/red), ladies-finger (bhindi).
  • Milk products e.g.Milk, buttermilk, curd, cheese (paneer)
  • Protein-rich foods e.g.  Fish, egg, chicken, pulses(daal)
  • Fiber-rich foods e.g. Bran, oats, Brown-rice.
  • Fruits e.g. Apple, orange, guava, papaya, pomegranate, Berries.

e. Blood sugar control (in diabetics)

f.  Care of feet:

  • Regular inspection of feet (with mirror).
  • Comfortable,well-fitted shoes.
  • Regularconsultation with podiatrist.
  • Treatmentof wounds, foot deformities

g.  Adequate sleep

h.  Warm water bath (increases blood flow to affected area)

Treatment:-         

  • Consult Pain medicine specialist.
  • Neuropathic pain killers e.g. Amitriptyllline, Pregabalin, Gabapentin, capsaicin,Duloxetine, etc.
  • Vit.B12 supplements, Anti-oxidants, multi-vitamins.
  • TENS
  • Acupuncture
  • Relaxation,Yoga
  • NeuralProlotherapy

Use more and more cereals in your diet like rice, puri, paratha, chapati with ghee. Take halwa of dryfruits and fruits and fruit juices. Take creamed milk. You should take some light exercises that do not burn much calories.

may I know what you mean by mild diabetes? please let me know fasting, pp sugar levels and hba1c%. Then I can advise you. Exercise, diet and avoidance of sugar, sweets and deep fried foods is helpful, but medications also are needed.

Hi, if the food you eat is not properly digested and absorbed then how can you gain weight. Nothing will work if this is not proper. Take *alfa malt forte (medisynth) 1tablespoon to be taken twice a day during meals for 1mth *take grd powder 1tablespoon in 1 cup of milk, drink once a day.

You need a high protein high calorie diet. Eat more protein food. Eat nuts and good fats. Eat fit & lite oil of doctor's choice 20-25 ml/day. Eat ghee, butter, paneer, milk product, cheese, chocolates.

Keep check on your eating habits and try to find out the changes in your lifestyle now or sometimes it can be due to hormonal imbalance get your thyroid profile done and eat small & frequent meals, inlude more of high calorie foods such as dessert, sweetened beverages in your diet so to be in positive energy balance.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow this regimen and you will soon start seeing the results.
