I am 17 years old and I am getting pimples on my face. They are about from 2 years on my. Face I have used my kind of medicine.

BAMS
Ayurveda, Ambala
These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day.

I just don't enjoy the things I used to, and I don't feel much like visiting friends or family. Is this part of aging?

Alternative Medicine Specialist, Mumbai
Hi my friend it is not due to aging. You are young. I will prescribe you some harmless flower remedy available in homoeopathy shops. Try to get original ones. Mix 4 drops of water violet + 4 drops of impatiens + 4 drops of chicory + 4 drops of mimulus + 2 drops of agrimony. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink once daily before sleeping.

. Can some serious conditions be causing myback pain? If so, which ones and what are their symptoms? Have they been ruled out? 2. What will worsen my back pain? 3. Are there things I can do at home or in my life to reduce my back pain? 4. Is medicine necessary? Are there alternative treatments?

PGD Maternal Child Health, MBBS
General Physician, Akola
Your weight 61 kg is normal. If your backache is not severe then you should do back bending extension exercises regularly. Use a comparatively tough mattress instead of thick spongy or springy ones. Do not bend forwards and avoid lifting heavy objects. If you follow this routinely then there should be regression of your pain and it will prevent any possible pressure on your spinal roots in future. An xray of lumbosacral part of vertebral column will help in finding any space reduction between the vertebrae and possibility of root friction with the discs due to prolapse.

chest pain due to high cholesterol...Hello dear High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation, yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods, oily foods, junk foods, alcohol, smoking, fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. Garlic,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Is it normal to think about sex all the time? I think about sex even after having sex? Is it something to worry about?

BHMS
Homeopath, Sindhudurg
No. Many individuals have heightened sex drives that cause them to become distracted in the workplace and at home. An increased sex drive often correlates with heightened aggression, and it can also lead to sex addiction. If you have an increased sex drive and want to relieve yourself of its constant presence, there are a number of things you can do to decrease your libido and keep it under control. You can consult me by clicking on consult option for homoepathic treatment to lower your sex drive without side effects. Your options will vary depending on your medical history, but there are multiple pills you can be prescribed to help you win the battle against an overactive sex drive.

Headache VS Migraine

Headaches are generally classified into two main types: primary headaches and secondary headaches. A migraine, which is a disabling, recurring headache that frequently occurs only on one side of the head and often results in other symptoms, is one type of primary headache. Other primary headaches include cluster and tension headaches. Tension-type headaches are the most common headache, and are often experienced as mild, dull pressure without other accompanying symptoms. Cluster headaches, which are less common than migraines or tension headaches, usually bring severe pain (sometimes described as ?stabbing? pain) behind one eye, and may be accompanied by redness and nasal congestion.

Hello, I am 28 years old unmarried lady, my height is 5'5' but my weight is 69 kgs. What should be my bmi & appropriate weight & what should I do to reduce my weight- any exercise or diet control plan? please suggest. I have acne problem also & I prespire a lot due to which my skin becomes oily & new pimple crops out daily on my face. Please suggest some remedy. ?

General Physician (AM)
Alternative Medicine Specialist, Chandigarh
It should be between 51-65 kgs. Bmi is 25.31 and you are pre obese. 1. Whole-grain bread. Research shows that people who follow a weight-loss program incorporating whole-grain breads, cereals, and other foods lose more body fat from the abdominal area than those who eat only refined-grain foods, like white bread and rice. 2. Low-fat milk and yogurt. Scientists have found that the more calcium in fat cells, the more fat those cells will burn. In one study, two groups of overweight mice were put on a restricted-calorie diet, but one also got calcium supplements. The no-calcium mice lost 8 percent of their body fat, compared to 42 percent among the mice that did get calcium. 3. Lean protein. Good sources of protein, such as lean meats, eggs, and beans, help keep your blood sugar stable. The result you will feel full longer and get a boost in energy and that will help you burn more belly fat. Lot many causative factors are there for consistent acne and pimples. Psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, idiopathic urticaria, and acne are known to be exacerbated by psychological stress and are also associated with sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. (biochemic) calc sulph, cuprum ars are some medicines available for these and most important is it requires detailed questioning so as to ascertain your personality and to treat you symptomatically. Treatment is available, safe and without side effects in biochemic system of medication. Consult me in private for detailed treatment.

What is symptoms of dengue. I have fever from 5 days and I have taken medicine but not cured.

BHMS
Homeopath, Hyderabad
Dengue fever will have fever, body aches, weakness and on 5th or 6th day you will have red rashes developed on the body called purpural rashes and hence to rule out dengue first you need to under dengue IgG and IgM antibody testing and also continuously monitor the platelet values on day-to-day basis to check whether there is any abnormal decrease in this values which will cause bleeding and purpural rash as specified above. Try to drink papaya leaves juice which is a natural remedy to boost up your platelet levels.

Hi I am suffering from Ulcerative Colitis and right now i am on a stage of severe ulcerative colitis which is also known as pan ulcerative colitis. I am on steroids. I am little bit tired with my daily food routine. I am confused what to eat and what not. My doctor is not responding well too. So i have a question about ,can i eat eggs, cheese, and paneer and tomatoes in daily routine? Please reply.

Diploma in Diabetology, CCT (Rheumatology & Internal Medicine), MD - Internal Medicine
General Physician, Noida
Ulcerative colitis does not have a single diet plan but you take less fiberous diet so your bathroom visits are reduced. You can take eggs cheese and paneer and other milk products if you are not having any milk protein allergy. You avoid fruits and vegetables as they have high fiber content but one or two tomatoes wont hurt you that much. Keep a diary and pen and track what you ate, what caused problem and avoid it as anything can cause flaring of disease depends on individual. Some items are common troublemakers for people with UC, including: alcohol caffeine carbonated drinks dairy products, if you?re lactose intolerant dried beans, peas, and legumes dried fruits foods that have sulfur or sulfate foods high in fiber meat nuts, crunchy nut butters popcorn products that have sorbitol (sugar-free gum and candies) raw fruits and vegetables refined sugar seeds spicy foods
