Hello, Get your eyes tested. Include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic, onions and capers. Blueberries, grapes, and goji berries have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines, mackerel, and cod. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes (if you have got weak eyesight). Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance. Use Euphrasia eye drops.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10. Don’t sleep in day time 11. Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor.

Take high fiber low fat diet. Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Drink lot of water everyday.

Daily before bedtime, dip you hands in lukewarm water and pat them dry. Then apply a good hand cream, massage for few minutes and then sleep.

इसकी राख से दांत साफ किए जाएँ तो दुर्गंध दूर

नींबू निचोड़ने के बाद बचे हुए हिस्से को त्वचा पर
रगड़ने से त्वचा की चिकनाई कम होती है।
इसके रगड़ने से मुंहासे भी कम होते हैं और रंग
निखरता है।
पीतल और तांबे के बर्तन इससे चमकदार बनते हैं।
नींबू के छिलकों को कोहनी और नाखूनों पर
रगड़ने से कालापन कम होता है और गंदगी हट
जाती है।
इन्ही छिलकों को नमक, हींग, मिर्च और
चीनी के साथ पीसने से स्वादिष्ट
चटनी बनती है।
संतरे का रस तो चेहरे को कांतिमय बनाता ही है,
छिलकों को यदि छाया में सुखाकर पीसा जाए
तो यह उबटन का काम करता है जिससे चेहरे के
दाग-धब्बे हटते हैं और त्वचा खूबसूरत बनती है।
संतरे के छिलके को पानी में डालकर नहाने से पसीने
की दुर्गंध दूर होती है और ताजगी आती है।

For dtoxification, have lot of fresh fruits throughout the day. Secondly do not eat oily and spicy food, eat plain home based food. Third take herbal tea like green tea, chamomile tea, dandelion tea. Fourth, drink lots of water. Daily pranayam will also help you detoxify.

Egg is very good source of protein specially egg white. It gives you proteins which is necessary for body building and muscle growth. But amount of protein is different for person to person. One egg contain approximately 7 gm of protein, but no of egg depend on your other dietary habits and many other factor. But you can consume 3 eggs/day. Try to avoid yellow part.

I have problem breathing. My nose always remain congested. An X ray revealed a bit of deviated nasal septum. I was suggested to go for inferior turbinate electro cautery. I want to know if it is a safe procedure and what is the success rate of this procedure.

1. If you have deviated nasal septum it has to be treated by surgery (septoplasty) 3. Inferior turbinate electro cautery is for hypertrophied turbinate, not for deviated nasal septum 3. It is a safe procedure. 3. Consult a good ent surgeon for advice and treatment.

Allergy is the cause of your sneezing which has nothing to do with the accident. You will have to get the nose examined by an ent surgeon to rule out any nasal defects like a deviated nasal septum or an enlarged inferior turbinates. Surgery should always be the last resort.

I'm 38 years old and have a problem of heavy bleeding during periods, cycle ranging from 22-25 days, and each period lasting 6-7 days. Ultrasound reports are normal and no problem of thyroid. Weight is normal and I exercise regularly. I have been taking Ashokarishta since 4 months. Please advise whether to stop it during periods or take it during periods as well. Also any additional medicine that I can try?

Can't comment about Ashokarishta. You may try Tab Deviry 10 mg daily after dinner x 10 days, from 16th day of your bleeding. Take Tab Pause-MF 1 tab 4 times daily after meals if bleeding is still heavy. There are other ways to treat, if this does not help.
