Sir, when you have persistent pain in the knees like this which hinders your daily lifestyle I suggest you may be suffering with an arthritic issue. In such cases pain killers will give you only temporary relief. A perfect diagnosis can be made if you get an x-ray done. Once this is done we can work on the further course of management.

Hello lybrate-user. 1st main thing for gaining weight, improve your digestive system by digesting your indigested food in the body. So walk regularly for good metabolism. U have two small kids so already you do not have time for yourself. But whenever you feel you feel then do light walk for good metabolism. Drink warm milk with honey before sleeping. Take high protein diet. Include nuts in your diet. Its best source for gaining weight. Always rest after taking food. Take aayurvedic chitrakadi bati tablet after meal. Perhaps you refer to years tummy as so many fat. Exercise proportionatel is good for all of us. Do it but regularly eat less fate good amount of protein (egg albumin) only. Fresh fruits and all season vegetables thanks for years interest

Hi..Include some form of proteins in your meal like milk and milk products.. vegetarian should have dhals while non vegetarian should include chicken..fish..and eggs in their meals.. *check your vitamine B12..D3 and iron levels and add a suppliments in case the levels are insufficient.. *keep a check on your thyroid as hypothyroidism can cause fatigue.. Reason is unhygienic food,junk food,bad climatic conditions...etc avoid tea.coffee.junk food.spicy food.fermented food.. walk for atleast 30 minutes a day... avoid alcohol consumption,smoking and non veg.. drink lots of juices and plenty of water... eat green vegetables and salads.... do pranayama early in the morning... sleep for atleast 7 hours...

When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. So you should take following remedies improving weight a]triphala kadha 4tsp before lunch and dinner b]amala juice 4 tsp + sugar 2 tsp+ honey 2 tsp empty stomach in the morning umami flavor increases satiety and enhances appetite. Due to improving hunger and digestion whatever you will eat more and even you eat more it will digest properly and your weight will increase naturally without any supplement.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Gaining weight requires you to eat more calories than you burn. Although fried or sugary foods are calorie dense, eating them exclusively won’t provide enough nutrition to keep you energetic and healthy. Eating several meals and snacks throughout the day and including nutritious, calorie-dense food will help you gain weight healthfully. Weight gain depends primarily on your genetics, age, weight and activity level. To gain weight, you need to eat more calories than you burn. If you’re not used to eating large quantities of food at one time, you may find it difficult to fit all of your calories into three meals per day. Eating nutritious, calorie-dense foods every two to three hours will help you get your calories in without making you overly full and sluggish. If you tend to forget to eat or are always on the go, bring calorie-dense snacks such as eggs, mixed nuts, fruits and dairy. Nutritious, calorie-dense foods provide essential vitamins and minerals, which promote good health and energy. Adding ghee and cream to foods adds additional calories for very little extra physical bulk. Fruit juice, masala milk provides crucial nutrients. Meal-replacement shakes and protein powder sound like good options but also remember that unless your diet is not planned sadly they won't help.
