HELLO, according to Ayurveda asthma is main reason that your weight is not increasing because it affect immune system of boby. i'll suggest go for proper ayurvedic treatment. VAMAN & BASTI r very usefull. massage with hot sesame oil to back & chest daily at evening, afterwards take hot fomentation. dont eat spicy & oily foods avoid banana ,gauva avoid cold drinks. do pranayam under observation. to improve immunity do suryanamaskar at least 12 per day stop smoking active & passive (if doing)

Eat a lot of good things Protein = building block for your muscles Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle Keep track of everything you eat Compound exercises are your friend Appearance is a consequence of fitness Let your muscles rest Sleep Make it part of your routine Realize you will put on some fat U need to take a high protein high calorie diet.

Is there any negative side effect of exercise at night after dinner? I don't get time for exercise at morning so prefer to do it after dinner

Well,there is no harm in exercising after the dinner,but there has to be a minimum of one hour gap after food,and early and light dinner works best!

Hello,Homoeopathic medicines are less invasive and have more herbal approach towards gaining the weight. Hye, Thanks for the query. Side effects of supplementation only happens if you take it without it being needed by the body. Unless you create a demand supplemention cannot work. The moment you think of weight gain, whatever is your workout or diet intake, does not justify taking a supplement. You cannot gain weight by just adding a supplement to your diet. Weight gain needs additional calories through a balance of carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats and exercise. Supplementation totally depends on your present food intake & activity levels. So, for weight gain you need a balanced, calorie dense diet and a good exercise routine. Even if you do gain weight it will reduce once you discontinue the supplement. So, before enough decide to start the supplement first work on a healthy diet and exercise routine. So, for supplement to work first you need to concentrate on improving your diet.

There is no physiotherapy treatment for meniscus tear. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

1.Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2.Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. 3.Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. 4.Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. 5.Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. 6.Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 7.Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. 8.Get quality sleep. Hi, lack of energy could be owing to a host of reasons--nutrient deficiencies, sporadic sleep cycles, under-eating and subsequently overeating, dehydration, skipping breakfast to name only a few reasons. you can take b-protein / proteinex or whey protein but for gaing a weight in a right way proper diet is also important. Only supplement will not do any thing.

Protein rich diet is definitely good for body. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

Present day most of the fruit consumed on daily basis are grown with chemical & carbides which causes adverse effects on health. Which fruit grown naturally without chemicals? Generally all fruits are treated with some chemicals. But don't worry our body has an ability to flush out the toxins even if consume them. You can opt for organically grown fruits or dry fruits and green vegetables are better option.
