सर मैं 5 साल से ओरल submucous फाइब्रोसिस से पीड़ित हु मेरा मुह 12 mm खुल रहा है। daily तीन टाइम एक्सरसाइज कर रहा हु। लेकिन मैंने महसूस किया है । अगर मेरे मुह मे सुबह 8 चाट के चम्मच जाते है तो शाम को कसरत करने तक 11 हो जाते है। अगले दिन फिर फिर 8 ही चाट के चमच्च जाते है शाम तक फिर 11 हो जाते है ऐसा 1.5 माह से चल रहा है। मैं और क्या करूँ दिन भर की मुह की exercise की मेहनत रात को सोने के बाद बेकार हो जाती है कोई उपाय बताए यह क्यों हो रहा है और कैसे मैं submucous fibrosis से निजात पाऊँ मैं oxitart कैप्सूल दिन में एक बार ले रहा हु। और साथ मे kenacort oit ment लगा रहा हु। कोई सुझाव दीजिये।
Hello I had braces on for 2 and half year and I had retainers on for almost almost 6 months but I noticed that the gap in my upper teeth are getting wider and it becomes hectic whenever I take meat. And unfortunately my retainers broke 2 days back and the gaps seems to get wider so can you suggest on what I shld do?
