You have to calm mind by doing meditaion and yoga ns yu will get sleep Or else you can take a tablet for a short time .Resting at night plays an important role in regulating your daily health and your level of energy throughout a day. Also, not only the quantity but the quality of sleep is also important for a healthy lifestyle. Bedtime habits do play a vital role in shaping up your lifestyle and personality as a whole. Here are many lifestyle habits that can help you to get sound sleep. 1. Make regular and a fixed sleep pattern: Going to sleep and waking up the same time every day helps to maintain an equilibrium in the sleep-wake cycle called diurnal rhythm. If this balance is maintained, then your body will be accustomed to this pattern and as a result, you will feel less tired and fresh throughout the day 2. Maintain a definite dietary regulation: You should also maintain a proper diet plan and observe the consequences/effects of the foods that you are eating and the fluids that you are drinking on your sleep pattern. Taking a good and properly nutritious diet on a daily basis will help you to stay healthy and help your natural sleep-wake cycle. 3. Ensure that your room has mild or dim lighting or darkness if you prefer: The level of light also matters at the time of your sleep. You should definitely make sure that there is a very minimal level of light or darkness around you when you try to sleep. This should be done because the lesser is the light, the more comfortable you are while sleeping. Additionally, the sleep that you will get in a dark room will also be sound and undistorted as it helps keep all the sensory organs calm. 4). Do some relaxing activities before bedtime: Depending on your choice, you should follow simple techniques of relaxation in order to calm down the brain before sleep. Like mediation, Yoga or- deep breathing exercise, muscle relaxing activity, visualizing a peaceful setting/ scenario like a calm garden or beach or mountain area. These activities are just guidelines and you can do anything that helps you to get a relaxing mood and sleep. 5). Avoid daytime naps if you can , But Having short naps of less than one hour is absolutely okay if you are excessively tired during the day or you did not have a sound sleep the previous night. But, if you are consistently having long naps during the day then you are bound to have sleep issues during the night. So it is advisable to sleep early and wake up early for a healthy schedule. 6) Regular exercise: Exercising regularly helps to improve the overall quality of sleep by making you tired at night and sending you to bed more efficiently. Light to mild exercises also helps cure sleep disorders like insomnia.

Malaria is due to a parasite called P.Vivax and is transmitted through the bite of female Anopheles mosquito. Hi doctor. I'm 23 female. I have this disturbing itchy in the back of my neck and now down of it near my shoulder. And now intense itching down my tummy. Bladder region exactly. This region changed in colour due to itching. And there's marks like scratching and some blood due to irritation by my nails coz it's really itchy. Especially at bed time. The skin of the effected regions have changed in colour became darker. please what it could be. I went to doctor. Was itching onlyvin the back of my neck. And diagnosed as stress itching. Dear lybrate-user, based on history and symptoms your itching could be stress related or could be parasitic infestation called scabies you have to regularly take showers, avoid very hot water showers, regular change of dress, use moisturisers often and in good quantity twice or thrice in a day. Do regular exercises or join dance or jumba classes it shall help in relieving your stress.

I am 26 years old, suffering from allergic bronchitis for 2 years. As I have cold, there occurs extreme dry cough. Cold will covered in 4-5 days but cough remains there for a long period. Please help me out, for permanent cure.

Drink cold water at night. Do Pranayam. Meditation. Walks in fresh air. Food non stimulant/ satvic will help u. Good literature reading/ media watch will help. U do not need medicines. But if it's not controlled, take simple herbal combo of 'Stambhak' herbs available anywhere. Pl ensure quality is fine and ratio of ingradients is OK. Or consult us.

Take homoepathic medication - Aesculus Hipp. 30/ thrice daily and apply Topi-Aesculus cream over the piles for few months. If it’s better, then continue or else will have to go for other options such as rubber band ligation, surgery, cauterization, etc. Management: Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath. Soak your anal area in plain warm water 10 to 15 minutes two to three times a day. A sitz bath fits over the toilet. You can get one at most drugstores. If you are constipated, use a laxative. Keep the anal area clean. Bathe (preferably) or shower daily to cleanse the skin around your anus gently with warm water. Soap isn't necessary and may aggravate the problem. Avoid alcohol based or perfumed wipes. Gently dry the area with a hair dryer after bathing. Don't use dry toilet paper. To help keep the anal area clean after a bowel movement, use moist towelettes or wet toilet paper that doesn't contain perfume or alcohol. Apply cold. Apply ice packs or cold compresses on your anus to relieve swelling. Walking is the best exercise for your whole body as well as the piles as it increases the blood circulation to every part of body. Avoid sitting for long hours together. Include more fibrous food in your diet like fruits, green vegetables, salads.

Hello, hope you have taken preventive major to avoid pregnancy, but it may work or may not. Try to have urine hsg test after you missed your due date. Headache and stomach pain are the adverse effect of that drug. Ok.

Hello lybrate-user- weight gain depends not only on diet but also on sound sleep. Try these ayurvedic tips and medicine- a) sleep at least 8-10 hrs a day (avoid day sleep, and do head massage with almond oil before going to bed). B) eat food according to your digestion over eating sometimes causes indigestion which in turn causes weight loss. C) increase dairy products and non-veg diet in your meals. D) use shatavari kalpa 1 tsp twice daily, ashwagandha pak 1 tsp twice. Madhu malini vasanta 1 tab twice a day. You will see improvements within few weeks.
