first try to reduce weight as if weight is more this pcos will cause problem so eat high fibre food and avoid sugar fried food completely. take low calorie food like bittergoud or coconut , lime water.

Here are some diet tips 1. Eat high fibre food avoids eating food in simple sugar form 2. Eat fresh fruits instead of fruit juices. Fruits are good source of fibre except banana mango, chiku. 3. Try to avoid deep fried food and oil containing food. Control your fat consumption in your routine diet 4. Avoid bakery products, sweets. 5. Have plenty of water at least 3 lt/day 6. At least half hour walk/day. All are common things but for definite result you need individual diet and exercise schedule

You may use lysterin on your face daily at night for one hour. After that wash your face with luke warm water. Do not rub your face with towel. Do not scratch the pimples. Keep your face neat and clean.

For weight gain, kindly follow these tips: 1. Have small meals rich in nutrient & energy density but low in volume every 2-3 hrs. 2. Include foods like paneer paratha, cheese omlette, til ladoo, badam chikki, dates/mango/banana milkshake, sugarcane/bel juice, fish finger, chicken roll, thicker atta-maida rotis with ghee, rice with ghee, cow/buffalo milk with skim milk powder, jam/jelly, atta halwa/sheers, fruit kheer, dry fruits 3. Include vegetables within dishes. Use potato, dry fruits in most items 4. Practice strength exercises like squats, bench press, push ups to increase muscle mass & appetite 5. Drink 2-3 litres water daily (but not with or just before a meal) 6. Avoid junk/heavy snacks as it curbs appetite 7. Get your thyroid level tested Height cannot be increased after 21 yrs of age.

Pimples are natural on face. You said fore head, so use 4 times face clean with venigar mixed cool water 3 hourly/daily. 2. Stop non. Veg food. Faty food.(oils). 3. Cap. Shilajith can be taken daily night. 4. Smooth cool cloth to clean the face. Gently. 5. Kumkumadi lepam to apply on pimples.

this is mainly due to vitiation of rakta dhatu. You are not able to digest spicy, salty & chilly foods. You should stop these items & have more milk, ghee, coconut, dhaniya, chandan, onion etc in diet which are cooling foods. have 1 amla daily. It will detoxify the blood.

Hi lybrate-user Set goals– Its important to set a goal to reach the goal, without a specific goal in mind you do not reach anywhere Have a plan -Before beginning your journey towards healthy weight , have a plan ready to follow and try to follow it as much as you can. Chew food well– Half of the digestion happens in your mouth, when food mixes well with your saliva, teeth are there for chewing food well, don’t just gulp your food down the throat, few not well digested can also lead to gaining weight Eat slowly, eat mindfully– Eating slowly and giving attention to what you eat helps you to digest your food well and also helps you enjoy the process of eating Eat vegetables with every meal- It is important to include vegetables in form of salads, soups or sabji with every meal, vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals plus are low in calories, it helps give feeling of satiety. Eat protein with every meal– Protein are important part of our diet, they help increase our metabolism and also help to repair wear and tear of body muscles. A diet with required amount of lean proteins aids in weight loss Cook at home– Avoid outside foods, they are high in not so good fats, colours, salt and preservatives. Learn to read labels – It is very important to know what goes into the food you eat, some of the things, like hidden fats and sugars can infact make you overweight Avoid foods with high salt content – They may lead to water retention Start eating healthy not dieting– Choose your foods well, learn what is good for you and your body and what is not Love your body- It has been working to keep you working day and night, it needs good attention from you too. Give it real and nourishing foods Sleep well- Lack of sleep leads to gaining weight Keep stress at bay– Being stress can be one of the reason for weight gain. Do not be discouraged , weight loss takes time and quick fixes are not long lasting Never lose sight of your goal. Avoid drinking calories – Avoid drinks high in sugars and calories. Exercise Regularly Do not binge eat after diet slip ups– We are all humans and are subject to err, its natural to slip up sometimes, but that does not mean we fail, we can get back to eating healthy the next moment. First of all clean the gut by herbal combos. Then application of cream accumulated over raw milk and mixed with saffron, curcumin powder, barberis aristata, rubia cordifolia to be applied daily over blemishes. Washed lentil dal pack (soak at night, make paste in the morning and apply on face, keep for 20 - 25 minutes, wash. Do thrice a week); oral blood purifier tab/decoction - these will act very effectively to lighten and remove blemishes.

Hi, Weight training in gym can create hindrance in further height gain. You can safely do body weight exercises and aerobics. For weight gain, your food intake matters. Take 5 meals (3 main meal and 2 small meal) per day. Have Fruit smoothie (only blended fruits) prior your exercise sessions and some protein snack (Sprouts/ chana/ milk shake/ egg/ chicken roll/ paneer roll/ soaked nuts or seeds / almond milk) after 1/2 hour of exercise.

Hi.Now a days many of them are fighting with overweight problem, but to the contraversy you are suffering from underweight problem. Increasing your weight is not a tuff process rather than decreasing the weight. Any way according to me, homoeopathic treatment with following tips will help you - Here are some tips to follow, *daily in the morning in empty stomach have a glass of cold water mix with half spoon of honey and few drops of lime juice. *you can add milk, ghee, butter, lassi and curd in your daily food. *also add dry fruits and nuts in your food. *have a sweet daily. *sleep well in night and also in day time. *you can also add bakery foods and jam. *you should be a lover of chocolates and icecreams. *weekly once have a cakes, pizza and burgers. Delayed periods may be due to multiple hormonal and non hormonal causes even anxiety. Wait for menses for few days, if no menses get an ultrasound done and consult a gynae doctor to prescribe you medications for withdrawal.
