To lose weight, you have to maintain an input-output ratio. Whatever food you eat contains the input calories which gives you the output calories in the form of energy. If your input calories is too much, you are likely to put on weight. The best way to lose weight is to exercise or spend the additional calories accumulated in your body in the form of fat. The other most important thing is to eat wisely. Try to cut down the excessive calories you are eating and make sure whatever you eat is healthy. Some tips to lose weight - 1. Have more fruits and vegetables than junk food and juices. 2. Avoid sugar as much as you can 3. Exercise 3-4 times a week. 4. Have an early dinner, preferably before 8 p. M. 5. Do not starve yourself. Eat small meals 5 times a day. 6. Have barley soup in dinner and avoid rice at night. 7. Drink lots of water daily.

Hi. As all of us know that one need 6-9hrs. of sound sleep. Now the culture and work hours in BPOs is different, the person's body gets habituated and adapted accordingly. But as you are a student, always better to study in daytime or may be till late hours and sleep at night as natural light is more beneficial than studying under an artificial one and to get sound sleep, it's only possible at night when there is pin drop silence!

You should take plenty of fluids and keep hydrated. ORS recommended. Easily digestible food like curd, banana, khichadi, etc. Will be helpful. If problem persists, you may find treatment in Homeopathy.

Dear user. I can understand. Often, lifestyle changes such as losing weight and avoiding smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating hot, spicy foods can make the hernia symptoms go away. The whole hernia could be cured if you totally quit alcohol. Please quit alcohol. Take care.

To stimulate your beard growth :1) Exfoliate your skin once a week. This will help remove dead cells and stimulate hair growth. 2) Wash your skin with warm water using a mild cleanser twice a day. Clean skin accelerates hair growth. 3) Eucalyptus helps promote facial hair growth, so use a moisturiser with eucalyptus as the main ingredient and massage it on your face to grow your beard faster. 4) Reduce the stress in your life by exercising more and getting a full night’s sleep each night. 5) Increase the amount of protein in your diet. The protein found in meat, fish, eggs and nuts will help the hair on your face grow quicker. 6) Refrain from shaping or trimming your hair very often. Groom your beard only after six weeks when it is full grown. 7) Facial massage improves blood circulation to the face, which will stimulate new hair growth.

Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana play Basket ball . Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.

I have serious back pain. I take too much medicine, but nothing work. Pls tell me what can I do?
Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
