You are going to write an important public exam but let it not overwhelm you so much that you don't take time out for socialising, relaxing and exercising. Because a strong body, mind and emotional state can overcome any difficulties in life including planning for the future. If you devote all your time to studies then you are overloading your brain and body and it will certainly forget information to get rid of information overload. 1. Instead you need to study smart and save on your time and relax, have fun so that the brain gets time to rest and doesn't forget. For eg. You can use highlighter to mark out important portions, summarise the most important points and elaborate mentally, make diagrams, charts etc if you are a visual person, use all your senses to study by adding visual, kinesthetic and auditory cues, teach other students and you will brush up your portions, create and use mnemonics for faster recollection. 2. Eat light food with lean proteins, low carbohydrates, sugars and fats. Eat more of whole grains, fish, chicken, eggs, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid all junk and processed foods as they are loaded with chemicals and have a direct impact on brain functioning. 3. Take out time to exercise regularly and give your brain the oxygen boost that it needs during preps and exams. Aerobics, gym, cycling, walking, yoga. Anything that'll freshen you up. 4. You could have certain ayurvedic brain tonics which enhance memory and it's general functioning. Please see a doctor for this tip. 5. You must catch on your beauty sleep for the brain to rest adequately after a marathon session of studies. Hello lybrate-user, green tea (2-3 cups/day) and jogging (30-45 mins/3-4 days/week) both promote fat loss. Fat loss is the result of a holistic approach that includes- 1. Balanced diet rich in proteins and fibre like- egg, chicken, fish, milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, oats, wholegrain cereals and pulses, fruits and vegetables (fibre) 2. Exercise- doing 40-50 minutes of moderate to high intensity activity for 4-5 days/ week will help (walking/jogging/swimming etc) 3. Adding good quality fat like nuts and oilseeds-almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds (alsi) will help. 4. Rest for 7-8 hours to rejuvenate your system so it can work efficiently. 5. Water- having about 1 glass water every hour will help in flushing toxins from your system.

1. Eat well – Take a balanced Diet comprising of 45% carbohydrate, 30% protein and 25% protein, plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits. Don’t over eat. Avoid junk, spicy, oily, high calorie, cholesterol rich diet, don’t skip your breakfast. Take warm, homemade food. Avoid food and drink from outside. Don’t skip or postpone your meal. Minimize consumption of refined grains like white rice, white bread, sugary or refined food. 2. Keep hydrated- Drink 2 liters /6-8 glasses of water daily 3. Do regular exercise for one hour daily like brisk walking/Jugging etc 4. Take adequate rest- 7-8 hours of sound sleep in the night is required to remain healthy 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation etc 6. Find time for relaxation and enjoyments with friends and family 7. Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control emotion, improve concentration and relieve stress 8. Develop hobby, Learn new skill 9.Go for detail Annual Health check up.

Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Oligospermia, also known as low sperm count, is a condition in which the fluid men ejaculate during orgasm contains less than 15 million sperm per milliliter. Consequently, low sperm count reduces your ability to father a child although there are certain treatments which can help alleviate the condition. Environmental factors, as well as your lifestyle, can affect your sperm count. It can also be a side effect of other medical conditions and diseases. Following are the causes and treatments for Oligospermia:

Causes

1. Medical causes - Medical conditions like varicoceles result in reduced sperm count along with complications like allergies and ejaculation problems. Antibodies in the form of immune system cells can also contribute to Oligospermia. Alterations in the hormones and defects of tubules that carry the sperm can cause significant damage to the sperm quality. Certain medications, celiac disease, tumors are also among other medical causes which can result in low sperm count.

2. Environmental causes - Environmental causes comprise of industrial chemicals like benzenes and pesticides along with heavy metal exposure, which reduces sperm production. High amounts of radiations in the form of X-ray can be responsible for permanently affecting the production of sperms. Overheating can also impair sperm production and limit the sperm count.

3. Lifestyle and health - Repeated drug abuse and excessive alcohol consumption are among the leading causes behind Oligospermia. Lower sperm count is also a condition among men who are obese and suffer from emotional stress. Moreover, studies reveal that smoking is also closely linked to infertility issues in men.

Dear follow these tips to lightens and remove the acne spots -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the marks. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will lightens the mark definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Take homoeo medicine belladonna 30 (6 to 8 pills) --3 times (hourly) in the morning and arsenicum alb 30---3 times (hourly) in the evening for 3 days. If the fever continues after 3 days, have a check-up with a doctor.

HI, You are having indigestion and that is the cause of bad smell of farting. Take Liv 52 DS 1 tab. thrice daily and tab. Dizomap 1 tab 3 times a day for about a week. Avoid sweets and oil fried food and chats.

Green tea contains high amounts of polyphenols, which are antioxidants. Polyphenols are known to have anti-oxidative properties which can help prevent type 2 diabetes.

Epigallocathechin gallete (egcg) is a polyphenol, the most abundant form of catechin in green tea. It is known to be the main attributable factor of beneficial effects of green tea.
