The right combination of healthy food, exercise, right breathing, rest and sleep go a long way in a happier and healthier you. Once you've gained the right amount of weight that you desire to gain, you'll realise that your naturally thin body will look far more toned and curved at the right places, than you ever thought possible. Eat more often eggs are a great source of protein, with 100 g containing as much as 13 g of protein and milk is a great source of protein and carbohydrates, along with many other nutrients making it great for weight gain. A 100 ml serving contains around 3.4g of protein and if you drink 2 glasses every day, you would have consumed 14g of protein.

Not sleeping sufficiently can cause tiredness. Sleep for about six to seven hours a day and take nap in noon for some time to get fresh.

Dear, you have mentioned that ligament injury but which grade? if it is grade 1 and 2 you can go for physiotherapy treatment where you can take ultrasound and ift therapy and exercises and if its grade 3 you have to go for arthroscopic repair surgery. But after that also you have to do physiotherapy treatment.

Eat good nutritive food. Bigger portion many meals along with snacks and healthier easily digest able high calorie are to be taken you should gradually increase high energy food. Milk curd raw sugar jaggery black gram nuts and clarified butter you should take. Snacks you can take at bed time and a regular exercise you may do.

Hi Lybrate-user, Here are 13 tips for you to get started: 1. Eat a lot 500 extra calories a day = 1 extra pound gained per week. 2. Eat a lot of good things 3. Protein = building block for your muscles. 4. Carbs will help you put on weight, but it won’t be muscle. 5. Keep track of everything you eat. 6. Compound exercises are your friend. 7. Appearance is a consequence of fitness. 8. When exercising, keep your rest between sets to a minute or less, and don’t do more than 12 reps in a set. 9. Let your muscles rest. 10. Sleep. 11. Cardio is your enemy. 12. Make it part of your routine. 13. Realize you will put on some fat.

To increase stamina you should take proper diet along with exercise.Take lots of fruits,vegetables.Eat more nuts,seeds.Use unrefined,unprocessed foods.Take lots of protein.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods.Drink lots of water but not during meals.Do regular exercise like push ups,sit ups,plank to increase stamina.You can use nutritional supplement.Lead an active life.

You may take Alfa Tonic thrice a day for one month. Take soaked black raisons and figs daily. Butter sugar paste 40 gm. Atleast on bread or chappati daily for two months. Banana shake daily in the morning you may take.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

hello.... Eat high fiber diet or carbs in your daily diet..... Take protein shakes or protein powder in milk twice a day... banana shake is also good ....... if you are non veg you can take non veg daily.. take eggs daily with warm milk. take full cream milk.. prefer lean meat. it will gives you good muscles not make you fatty...... All these will help you to gain weight.......
