Bananas are full of calories and contain high amount of carbohydrates and potassium that give you instant energy. Whosoever want to gain weight must eat a banana daily in the morning with a glass of warm milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar in it. Moreover, you can also have it after your meals.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

I am a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in managing your weight. You need to provide me your daily food intake details. There are many lifestyle and dietary guidelines that can be followed: take high protein prescribed diet, have paneer, eggs and potatoe daily. Incorporate dry fruits in your diet on a daily basis. Hi, do regular exercise. Take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning. Eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, eggs, sprouts, milk and milk products combination of cereals and pulses, take healthy and heavy breakfast. No drink before meals. Take frequent meals instead of 3 big meals.

you are too young to face this problem however any untreated, unrecovered fracture sites always leads to problems in the future when we live day to day life activities. If the old fracture sites are not properly healed then we can keep ice to heal that particular injured bone which will definitely heal to greater extent. If the fracture is not properly healed then automatically there might be lack of blood circulation to that particular area which will definitely lead to pain in the hip. When we sit hip is completely flexed ( ie. bend in the hip joint) so it automatically takes entire weight on the buttoks and there is one part of the pelvic bone called as ischium which takes the entire body weight if there is any problem in that area it will definitely leads to pain in the hip. Osteoporosis is something that can happen to anyone irrespective of the gender. But yes, females are more prone to it. But then, it can always be avoided by taking care of few things when you are young. And if you want to save your body from having osteoporosis at a later age, which makes your bones brittle and fragile, then you must act now. Let’s see how we can take care of our bones:-

1. Stay away from medicines: You cannot avoid medicines when you are having some serious problem. But don’t make popping pills a habit. Because too much medication isn’t good for your bones. Stopping self medication will take care of this problem largely.

2. Quit Smoking and caffeine: if you don’t want to have bone-related problem then you must quit smoking and cut on caffeine. Along with lung problems, smoking also leads to osteoporosis.


3. Cold drinks: One should completely avoid cold drinks if one wants to save one’s bones. Because of presence of phosphorus, cold drinks are harmful for bones. They not only make bones weaker but brittle too.


4. Eat green vegetables: Eating green vegetables is very good for bones since its has not only calcium but Vitamin K also which reduces the risk of bone fractures. So, the first thing you need to eat in abundance is green vegetables.

5. Regular tests: After 35 years of age, along with taking care of above-mentioned things, you must also have regular bone density tests so that you are also aware of how strong your bones are.

6. Direct Sunrays: Sunrays make our skin tanned. But it’s better to have a tanned skin than to have brittle bones. Isn’t it? Along with calcium, Vitamin D also helps in making bones stronger. Until you take vitamin D, taking calcium alone won’t let you absorb it. So, for absorption of calcium, it’s very important to take Vitamin D.

7. Yoga: Doing Yoga regularly can also save your bones from getting brittle and fragile at a later stage. So, must practice it daily without fail.

Hello physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. I can help you by providing correct ergonomic and physiotherapeutic tips. Till then you can follow these advises:- 1. Take calcium supplements and sun bath daily to prevent further damage to your joints. 2. Avoid heavy lifting. 3. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and weight bearing activities. 4. Use western toilet. 5. Wear shock absorbing, good quality of shoes while walking. 6. Keep roll of a towel under your knees while sleeping. 7. Perform some gentle exercises and stretching of your all joints before getting out of your bed. 8. Walk straight with shoulder protracted. 9. A guideline for creating the best vegetarian diet for weight loss. Based on this, you can create your own diet plan as the food choices of each person may vary and the items available to you may be different from what mentioned here. Early Morning You can have any of the following items to start your day. 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice added to it. This drink will have zero calories in it. You can add one teaspoon of honey to the above mix and have it in the morning. This combination is believed to burn the fat inside the body. 1 cup of green tea or black tea or black coffee without added sugar You can choose any of these for your diet plan or change the items daily to avoid monotony. Breakfast You can have a breakfast which contains less than 350 calories. Here are some options Two rotis along with half a cup lentil gravy or tofu gravy OR 1 quarter plate brown bread or broken wheat upma and a cup of low fat milk OR 2 Idlis and half a cup of sambar  and ½ cup of low fat milk Mid Morning Snack You can use boiled pulses, green salads, low- calorie fruits or nuts as a snack Take ½ cup melon/cucumber and carrot salad or 20 grapes or a fistful of peanuts/ almonds/ melon seeds. Make sure that the calorie consumption is between 50-70 calories. Lunch There are multiple options for vegetarian lunch. You can eat rotis with vegetables or go for brown rice and vegetable gravies or have some roti and rice, according to your preference. Make sure that the calories do not exceed 350 calories. Here are some suggestions for your best vegan diet for weight loss. 1 cup brown rice (not to exceed 200 grams cooked rice) and ½ cup mixed vegetable gravy along with one bowl mixed vegetable salad and 1 small bowl raitha or low fat curd. Ensure that the vegetables are cooked using low fat oil and without adding coconut. 2 rotis with ½ cup vegetable gravy of your choice and one small cup raitha or green salad. You can change the above menu to ½ cup rice, and one roti with vegetable gravy, if you prefer to eat both rice and roti for lunch. If you feel that your stomach is not full, try having some clear soup before having your lunch. Evening In the evening you can opt for any of these Green teaButtermilkSalted lime juiceHalf cup oats cooked in low fat milk or water If you prefer to eat some snacks, you can select any of the mid morning snack or can opt for a half cup of cooked pulses or beans. Dinner Start your dinner with any thin soup. You can eat 2 rotis or one quarter plate upma or 3 slices of brown bread or one bowl of oats at night along with ½ cup vegetable and 1 bowl of salad.

Get moving. Exercise also improves the working efficiency of your heart, lungs, and muscles, -drink plenty of water. Atleast 2 to 3 lt of water per day depending the climate and type of work -have atleast 7 hrs of sound sleep daily. Get to bed early. -if overweight or obesed shed extra weight. -eat more often. This may help to steady your blood sugar level.
