according To ur ht ur wt is less ...Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Take 4-5 meals in a day on frequent interval.

To gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

If you don't like ghee then you can take butter,cream,cheese,cake,pastries,chocolate,jam,jelly.Add extra healthy fat like olive oil,canola,coconut,refined vegetable oil.Take fish like tuna,whole egg,meat,yogurt etc.These will fulfill your body need.

What type of diet you r taking. It depends on your weight and digestion. Daily morning start to take half tsp of turmeric powder with water. Be alert about your digestion and constipation. Take herbal tea and soup daily.

Hello, Irregular period is usually defined as any type of bleeding that's abnormal when compared to your last few menstrual cycles. It can include everything from a late period to early bleeding, and scant bleeding to extremely heaving bleeding. For many women, this can even mean an absent period (amenorrhea) or two periods in one month (metrorrhagia). It's actually a way of your body telling you something is not right and probably your hormones (especially estrogen and progesterone) are imbalanced. Although, in most cases, they are not dangerous, but it is important to figure out what is causing the irregularity (which may require a trip to the doctor). RESAONS/ CAUSES: Some common reasons for irregular periods: STRESS: Stress is the most common cause of irregular periods. Cortisol, the stress hormone, has a direct impact on how much estrogen and progesterone, two sex hormones, gets produced by the body. POOR DIET: Unhealthy eating and being overweight or underweight can cause irregular periods. In order for a woman to maintain a regular cycle, her body fat percentage needs to be at least 17-22 percent. EXCESSIVE EXERCISE: Excessive exercising (or even lack of it) and drastic weight changes can decrease the body fat, being underweight can offset your hormone levels, thus contributing to irregular periods. BIRTH CONTROL PILLS: When some women stop taking the pill, their periods may take one to three months to return to normal. And this can also reveal an underlying hormonal problem that was masked by taking the birth control pills. PCOS: Polycystic ovary syndrome causes cysts to form on the ovaries, interfering with regular ovulation. In fact, PCOS is far more complicated than a missed period. Talk to your doctor about this condition. THYROID: Thyroid disorders, including hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism, can cause widespread symptoms like changes in estrogen and cortisol hormones and missed periods. Some home remedies you can try to treat irregular period problem: REDUCE STRESS: Breathe away stress by doing yoga and breathing exercises and meditation in the morning. Also, do kapalbhati and anulom-vilom pranayama for 15 mins each. CHASTE BERRY: The best known hormone balancing herb for women, Chaste berry helps to regulate the female gynecological system. It works by normalizing the secretions of the pituitary gland, hypothalamus, and ovaries, which then appropriately signal to balance the endocrine system. Note – This herb is not recommended if you are taking any fertility drug. It should not be consumed during pregnancy. SHATAVARI: Shatavari is also known to restore the balance of hormones in women. Mix it with equal amount of Ashwagandha and take 1 teaspoon with warm milk at night daily. OTHER HERBS: Some other herbs you can try to regain healthy menstruation: Holy basil (Tulsi), Black cohosh, licorice (Mulethi) root, turmeric, and Evening primerose oil. (If you are on medications, always consult your doctor first). DIETARY CHANGES: Drink carrot juice, aloe vera juice, grape juice. Add ginger, cinnamon, pumpkin seeds, green (unripe) papaya, sesame seeds (with Jaggery), Apple Cider Vinegar and wheat grass to your diet. Also eat other seasonal fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Most women return to healthy menstruation cycle following these remedies. However, if you don’t benefit from the above, you should see your gynaecologist immediately. Hope this helps.

Hi. If she had fallen down, she might have hurt internal muscle or ligaments of knee joints so its better to visit nearby orthopaedic doctor for better investigation. Without clinical examination its not easy to diagnose the problem so visit nearby orthopaedics doctor with x-ray of knee joint.

* generalized aches and pains are one of the most common symptoms of influenza. * additional common causes for aches and pains include exercise, stress, depression, and drug side effects, electrolyte imbalances like too little potassium or calcium. * treatment depends on the underlying cause. * be sure to get plenty of sleep and try to reduce stress. * yoga and meditation are excellent ways to help you sleep and relax. * if this doesn't work, kindly go for your body check up. * body ache should not be taken lightly if it exceeds 3 days regards!

Red wine has lots of antioxidants, it helps in digestion, prevent heart attack, good for skin. Disadvantages are headache and other brain problems like lack of concentration and insomnia etc. You can take 2 glass day which is safe. Don't drink before meal as it increases appetite.

Avoid weight bearing if knee is painful. Walk with the help of elbow crutches in both hands. Apply elastocrepe bandage and ice over knee. Start physiotherapy. Consult specialist in arthroscopy and sports medicine for further treatment.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: Eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals.Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Tips for weight gain:- Meals quantity/intake should be increase. Easily digestible foods like potato and sago should be included. Eat dried fruits, sweet, fried food (serving/ day). Fluids should not be taken or with meal but only after a meal so food intake is not reduced. •Emotional well being is essential to have a good appetite. •Constipation reduces the appetite so the bowel movement should be regulated with adequate fluids, exercise and fruits. •Synthetic drinks, soft drinks alcohol, too much of tea and coffee reduces the appetite and should be avoided.

6 Ways to Kick Sugar in a Week

Sugar (cane sugar) is not only a big industry but has been a part of many of our traditional foods. Somehow, today sugar has been given a tag of being an 'unhealthy' food. What we don't realize before we demonize a food the reason for it to suddenly become unhealthy. Sugar in small required amounts does not cause any health issue. What we don't realize is the amount of sugar that we are unknowingly consuming through foods like packaged cereals ,juices , health drinks , pastries, burgers and even the so called 'low fat' packaged foods marketed as healthy foods. Excessive sugar in these forms can definitely become harmful. So, rather than banning sugar from your diet, try to make better food choices.

The steps you can take to reduce sugar intake in a week are -
1. Stay hydrated and avoid health drinks and packaged juices - 
Replace so-called health drinks and packaged juices with fresh drinks like lime water, coconut water, herbal teas and home-made fruit drinks like raw mango juice / aam panah and Water. The natural electrolytes will stop any craving for excessive sugar laden foods.

2. Limit caffeine intake - Drinking coffee in the morning causes caffeine kick which spikes the energy levels in the body. As soon as this spike wears off, there is an intense sugar craving in the body.

3. Eat more complex carbohydrates - Increasing consumption of complex carbohydrates such as whole grains and yams helps in stabilizing blood sugar levels in the body. This happens as they are digested slowly and help in controlling sugar cravings.

4. Restrict salt intake - Excessive salt consumption can increase cravings for sugary foods. Eating too much salt can cause the body to balance out the flavors thus leading to increased sugar cravings.

5. Exercise - Exercise causes perspiration in the body which helps in flushing out the salt and making the body alkaline thus reducing sugar cravings.

6. Limit processed food intake - Eating naturally occurring foods such as grains and fruits are healthier than eating packaged foods. Packaged foods generally contain both added sugar and salt which tend to increase sugar cravings and promotes weight gain.

Have meals on time follow small meal patterns. Sleep for 6-7 hours include salads and protein rich foods drink enough fluids exercise for at least 30 min.

You are putting to much of weight/weight-lifting it seems - avoid it. Rather do take the weight you usually do with but increase the no of times of pus-ups and so.. Also do massage of your whole body with mustard oil daily - ask someone to do it for you to relax the muscles. Take proper sleep. If you follow the above recommendation I think it will relieve your symptoms. For further queries get back to me.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

Spondilysis is a big problem. You can take a homoeo medicine - 1- rhus- tox 1000, 5 drops in little water fortnightly. 2- bryonia 30, 5 drops in little water, thrice daily. 3- mag- phos 6x, 5 tab. 1-1 hrly, 8 times daily. These medicine take regularly for one month.

You feel tired because you body clock is not right. First set your body clock right. Sleep on time and wake up on time. Eat all your meals on time and have an early dinner (2 hours before sleeping). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables throughout the day. Eat an apple as soon as you wake up. This kicks up your energy levels. Start doing exercises and yoga to gain some strength.
