To gain weight do regular exercise like muscle building exercise.These will help to gain weight as well as to build muscle.Eat more dense fruits,vegetables.Use whole cream milk.Use weight gainer supplement.Take extra fats in cooking.Take more protein.Use more nuts and seeds.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Drink lots of water but not during or just before meals.Take stress free rest.

go for tests thyroid profile,cbc,mp,widal,urine r/m. to confirm why body temperature rise of your body. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever.

Please note that you should get Malaria/Dengu/Typhoid/CBC/LFT test done first to diagnose the cause of fever. At the time of fever-- Soak a washcloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature. Also, you can place cold, damp washcloths on your forehead and the back of your neck. The cloth pieces should be changed regularly after a few minutes. This remedy is beneficial when dealing with a high fever as it helps keep temperature under control. You can also take a bath in lukewarm water to relax your body. Taking a shower, however, may not be a good idea. Plus, needless to say, take as much rest as possible as it helps the body fight the illness. Note: Do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.

Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area Contrast Fomentation (Hot and Cold). Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment knee is applied warm water followed by the immediate application of the knee with ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.

Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. In case it continues consult a acupuncture/acupressure dr. In your place. Also take calcium tablets for a limited period 2 months. Wear a knee cap when your are playing.

Sir, you can have two bananas after your breakfast and lunch on daily basis. Have some sweets and dry fruits in the mid morning. Have 1tablespoon of butter along with your lunch.

Early morning: 1. Milk (add 2 tsp skimmed milk powder)(1 glass)+banana (2)+soaked almonds (6 -7 pis) breakfast: vegetable stuffed paratha (2), curd (1 cup, or masala dosa (2), sambar (2 cups), chutney (1 spoon, or mung dal chilla (pan cake) with paneer stuffing (2), mid morning: 1. Groundnut chikki / dry fruit chikki (3 -4 pcs), 2. Roasted soyabean / almonds (handful) 3. Lassi (1 glass). Lunch: 1. Sprout salad (1 cup). 2. Chapati 2 (medium with ghee) 3. Veg (potato/ cauliflower/ cabbage/ ladyfinger / bottlegourd/ ridgegourd/ brinjal etc) 2 cups. 4. Dal / legumes (soyabean / moth/ mung etc) 1 cup5. Hi! It depends on your total protein intake for the day. And protein intake depends upon the weight, height, training type and intensity & your goals. Also it will be better if you distribute your protein intake evenly throughout the day. 150 gms of chicken will be around 30 gms of protein approximately. Some studies suggest that you can absorb only around 20 to 25 gms of protein at one time. Eating chicken will not cause hair loss rather it might be good for hair loss.

How good are millets as a choice of food for dinner as for breakfast I have either idly or dosa and rice/vegetable/curd for lunch. My LDL shows high and fasting sugar is also high. Sugar after food shows acceptable range. Please advise if I change to millets for dinner, will there be any good changes. I habitually eat nuts and fruits and avoid fried items.

Dear lybrateuser, -The basic principle to keep your blood sugar stable is to eat a combination of carbohydrate & protein food, like at break fast can have whole wheat bread slice & an egg, yogurt with fresh fruits, milk with oats & fruits/nuts -in lunch cut carbohydrate foods to minimum & combine with a protein like cottage cheese, fish, beans, legumes, also millets as you have mentioned, if you have chapatti/bread it should be whole wheat, brown rice, as these have high fibre content & keep blood sugar stable -to reduce LDL avoid fried, processed & foods containing saturated & trans fat, like junk food, full fat dairy, red meat, bakery items have more of fruits & vegetables(4-5 servings in a day), beans, soya products, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pistachios, peanuts -also do regular exercise like walking, jogging for 30 min , do yoga & deep breathing to keep blood sugar levels stable & lower LDL level

Hi, You cholesterol level are just a bit above normal. You don't need to worry. You have not mentioned whether you are a Veg or a Non Veg. Anyways ... no need to take any Homeo meds. Take two spoons of flaxseeds everyday. Your health is fine. Nothing to be alarmed about.

Take high fibre diet, protein shakes, good fat. If you are non veg you can take 2 boiled eggs daily, mutton is also good to increase weight. You can do exercises. Take adequate calories which are needed for your body.

Have lemonade daily empty stomach in morning with a teaspoon of honey it it. Eat salads before meals. Have at least one fruit daily. You may also take 1 teaspoon of alfa alfa syrup twice a day. It will be available in homoeopathic stores.

Hello, take anacardium 30, 5 drops once daily for 10 days. Bacopa monnn. Q, 10 drops with water twice daily. Do meditation for half an hour in the morning daily. Revert me after 10 days.

Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Dandruff is the one of the chronic hair problem. When we face the dandruff our hair scalp is itching and flaking. It is the worst hair problem faced many people. The dandruff leads to the itching, irritation, hair loss and hair thinning. The regular usage of the shampoos can’t clear the dandruff completely. They just washed the dandruff after 4-5 days dandruff is coming back. There are medicated shampoos in the market to treat the dandruff. Use the homeopathic shampoo and oil along with homeopathic treatment to treat the dandruff. Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat daily until no longer needed. While excess oil can be a root cause of dandruff, homeopathic arnica oil can still be helpful in keeping it under control. All-time best home remedy to remove dandruff quickly and effectively with fenugreek seeds. Soak 2 tsp. Of fenugreek (methi) seeds in water overnight. Grind methi seeds into a fine paste the next morning. Apply this paste on the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. You can add the lemon juice or curd to the fenugreek paste also. Do not throw the water in which fenugreek seeds were soaked. Use this water as an after-shower hair tonic or last rinse. Follow the regime once in a week.
