High esr indicates chronic infection. It may not be always relevant. Repeat your esr after some time and if it is still high consult doctor for further advice.

Fever with chills and sore throat can be due to simple infection secondary to pharyngitis or it can be tonsillitis. Take symptomatic treatment. Warm saline gargels atleast 4-5 times a day. If fever with chills continue you may need antibiotics.

1.Wash hair sparingly and use a good-quality shampoo. Washing hair too often can leave hair dried out, leached of its natural oils, and may damage your hair. Aim to shampoo your hair at most every other day or even only twice a week. 2. Try shampoos that do not contain sulfates or parabens. Sulfates are the chemicals that make shampoos lather up. Parabens are preservatives that cause irritation and eye problems after prolonged use. Both of these chemicals aren't healthy for you or the environment so try to use shampoos with natural cleansers 3.. Use conditioner that matches your hair type, length, and treatment damage. A good rule of thumb is to condition every time you shampoo your hair, although very processed or dyed hair probably needs a little more love than natural hair 4. Be careful about using hair care products with too much protein. Too much protein can leave your hair feeling desiccated and brittle. While protein is the building block of healthy hair, use conditioners that come with balanced ingredients. 5. Rinse your hair with vinegar before shampooing, twice a year. Doing this helps to make your hair look shinier and cleaner; plus, it treats dandruff. Use 1 part vinegar (preferably organic apple cider vinegar) to 3 parts warm water, then rinse and wash your hair as normal. 6. Moisturize your hair. Use five oils: almond, castor, olive, coconut and lavender oils. Mix together equal proportions of each. Alternately, use egg oil. Apply to the hair and leave in for four hours prior to showering out. Repeat twice a week. 7. Eat healthily. Give your hair the right amount of vitamins. Since hair is made of proteins, eat a balanced diet rich in lean protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables. A healthy diet will ensure hair that looks and feels better. • Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C. This vitamin strengthens hair. In addition, iron helps transport oxygen to blood vessels, zinc grows and repairs tissue, and omega-3 fatty acids grow healthy hair. • Give your hair some time to show new brilliance. What you eat will not have an immediate difference on the hair you already have, but it will help with hair that is newly growing. • 8. Remove stress from your life. Physical and mental stressors will keep your hair from realizing its full potential. Stress can cause hair loss, so try not to let stress overcome you. This means finding healthy emotional outlets for your stress: yoga, biking, meditation, or other forms of exercise all work well. • 9.Tips • Stress has a bigger impact than you think. Meditation can be very helpful, as well as exercise. • Put an oil on your hair at night before going to shower because this makes your hair shiny. • Do not sleep with wet or damp hair. This will weaken the follicles and make hair strands brittle. Blow dry in low heat at the roots before bed. • Most people use more shampoo than they need. Depending on hair length, you probably only need about a quarter sized dollop. • Don't blow dry hair too frequently. Frequent blow drying, or use of other heat products, can stress your hair. • Rinse your hair under cold water after you finish shampooing and conditioning to make it shine and look even more luscious than it was before. • When towel drying, don't rub the hair vigorously. This splits the hair. Try using a micro fiber towel as they soak up lots of moisture. • You can naturally strengthen your hair by mixing carrots, or Vitamin Water together in a blender and rubbing gently into hair before you wash. Be sure to wash out well.

Your pituitary not being fed right ....so not instructing your glands for right hormone secretions ,,,,,like lungs are fed best fed pure breath .if they breath impure air .....THINK WHAT HAPPENS IN SUFFOCATING AREAS SAME WAY ..OUR ENDOCRINES glands have special receptor targets for right feed , in ur case they are being fed Saturated fat /sugar trash etc .....how do you cxcept them to work normal ....LOSE WT and come down to 50 Kg

Weight gain can be a time-consuming process. But you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Hello, It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! Remember, there's no magic bullet for weight loss. The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you consume. Choose a variety of healthy foods — such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean sources of protein — and include physical activity in your daily routine. Go through the following general guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: Go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Hi to increase weight you need to have calorie rich meals well placed throughout the day to form 4-5 meals a day. Foods like milk and milk products, nuts, eggs, ghee based home made sweets, pulses.

Dear, first get urine examination done to confirm or rule out infection. If urine is normal then sonography (kub) with full bladder volume, bladder wall thickness on full bladder and post-void residual urine volume. How to reduce my fat quickly and get a healthy body as fast as possible and to prevent cholesterol?
You are looking for too many things but you are not giving time to your body. You can't put time limits on your body. There are no short cuts. It took time to gain this weight so give a decent time for body to be able to lose it too. Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

It is most probably a fungal infection. Keep the area dry and wipe sweat every now and then. Moisture worsens fungal infection. Wear loose cotton clothes. Apply mycoderm powder to the area thrice a day.

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Nowadays, men of almost all age are more or less suffering from various sexual problems because of the changing environment, psychological stress, and also physiological limitations. But according to today's sexologists, it is not entirely on the physiology when it comes to a man's erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation. As already mentioned, work-related stress, personal dissatisfaction that often turn into depression and imbalanced lifestyle etc are responsible for the growing sexual problems in men.

What are the primary reasons for the premature ejaculation? Let's take a look-

Biological reasons

Various biological causes are responsible for the premature ejaculation, though according to the physiologists, no accurate reason has been noted for this sexual issue of men. Any kind of spinal injury can cause serious sexual trouble to men. Often lack of treatment can cause erectile dysfunction and that leads to premature ejaculation. The quality of the sperm and the count is also hampered because of this biological setback.

Often infection is the testicles or sexually transmitted diseases are also responsible for the inflammation of the penis and testicles causing to premature ejaculation. Often the man can suffer from severe pain during the intercourse. Abnormal hormone level is also responsible for such issue. It is strongly recommended to opt for proper ayurvedic or herbal treatment that ensures complete cure of the sexual disorder.

Psychological reasons

According to many sexologists, the psychological problem affects the sexual life of individuals. Men suffering from any sexual trauma, poor body image, lack of self-confidence etc suffer from acute stress and depression. Often, they carry the seed of depression and stress from their workplace that hampers the normal family life. Even unmarried men in relationships can suffer from the same problem because of the constant stress and anxiety. Some of them end up with premature ejaculation without their will jeopardizing the sexual pleasure of the partners. If the problem is absolutely psychological, opting for yoga and maintaining a balanced diet can help incredibly along with proper diagnosis and proper medication.

Try the stop-start technique

Men suffering from the premature ejaculation problem are often suggested with the stop- start technique. This is a self-help therapy where they are asked to masturbate by their own with dry hands. When they reach the point of ejaculation, they should stop and hold it back. It is usually asked to do thrice and finally after some time, men should ask their partner to do the same and just before reaching the point of climax, they should get involved into the intercourse process and ejaculate in the natural process. This practice is supposed to be followed for some time before the issue gets normal and men suffering from erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation can hold back their strength and gradually perform excellent in bed.

Satisfy the partner

Men suffering from premature ejaculation are expected to have a matured and compassionate partner if they're in a love relationship or in a conjugal relationship. With the contribution of both the partners and with love and care, the issue can be cured. Partners can get involved into more foreplay than expecting more sex. Foreplay is also a satisfactory method of lovemaking that they can continue before reaching the climax.

What are the Risks of Premature Ejaculation?

Various risk factors are involved with this temporary yet major sexual disorder in men. They can go through even breakups if they are hooked up with immature partners that couldn't understand the physical issue of the partner.

Again, improper or lack of accurate diagnosis can result into infertility and other major problem that can cause to impotency of the person concerned suffering from premature ejaculation.

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea, coffee, cola in late evening and after,take healthy diet, avoid stress. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is good timing.
