As per your symptoms, you are suffering for chronic anal fissure, which may be because of constipation, and dietary habits. Which causes fissure, and again pain due to fissure causes constipation. As your symptoms are of longer duration, and still no relief, you may need a surgery for this.

This kind of frequency will indicate to have subclinical urinary infection. The infection need to be treated depending up on the type infection the duration of treatment depends. Have you got any urinary test done. If so come back with information for advise, if not done get your urine routine test and culture and sensitivity of pyogenic organisms for proper guidance. I am a 36 year old, I am male and I have a problem of stony 16mm in left kidney. So what should I do ?

Advanced Aesthetics
Ayurveda, Gulbarga
Kidney stones are a very common health problem. They form from the chemicals in urine, such as uric acid, phosphorous, calcium and oxalic acid. Other common causes of kidney stones are excessive consumption of vitamin d, a mineral imbalance, dehydration, gout and an improper diet irrespective of the size of the kidney stones, they can cause severe pain. Other symptoms include a desire to urinate frequently, painful urination, nausea, vomiting and excessive sweating. Pomegranate both the seeds and juice of pomegranates have astringent properties that can help in the treatment of kidney stones? try to eat one whole pomegranate or drink one glass of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice daily. You can mix pomegranate in a fruit salad also. Another option is to grind one tablespoon of pomegranate seeds into a fine paste. Eat this paste along with a cup of horse gram soup once daily. This remedy will help dissolve the stones. Being high in fiber, kidney beans can be effective in the treatment of any kind of kidney or bladder problem, including kidney stones? remove the beans from inside the pods, then put the beans in hot water. Simmer the water on low flame for hours until the beans become soft and tender. Strain the liquid and allow it to cool. Strain the liquid again. Drink it several times throughout the day to relieve kidney stone pain. This liquid should not be kept for more than 24 hours, as it will lose its therapeutic properties? you can also eat kidney beans in soup or salad. To conclude, you can try any of these natural remedies for treating kidney stones ayurvedic medicines are neeri syrup and calcury syrup and vrikkdoshhar vati for more queries inform me.

Please check if you are having abdominal worms or not first. Secondly many a times the urine culture report is negative still the problem persists...this is due to the fact that the bacteria are high in the urinary passage. Moreover if you are Diabetic then you should always maintain hygiene and keep your blood sugar levels normal (by diet-restriction/medicines). Lifestyle changes matter because they can help you recover from a UTI and might prevent another infection: Quit smoking Wear loose cotton clothing and underwear Wipe yourself clean from front to back Choose only fragrance-free personal hygiene products Homeopathic medicines can help you -- do get back to me for treatment of the same.

Homoeopathic medicine BERBERIS VULGARIS Q ( Dr Reckeweg) HYDRANGEA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily at a minimum difference of 20 minutes from each other and eating. For Kidney pain start taking below given homoeopathic medicine in between DIOSCOREA Q ( Dr Reckeweg) Drink 10 drops every 1-2 hrly in 10 ml luke warm water depending on severity of pain Start drinking atleast 3-4 bottles of soda water daily. Report after 15 days Instead of reducing your calcium intake, focus on limiting the sodium in your diet. Extra sodium causes you to lose more calcium in your urine, putting you at risk for developing another stone. Limit your sodium to 2,000 milligrams each day. There are many sources of hidden sodium such as canned or commercially processed foods as well as restaurant-prepared and fast foods. Calcium oxalate kidney stones are the leading type of kidney stones. Oxalate is naturally found in many foods, including fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, grains, legumes, and even chocolate and tea. Some examples of foods that contain high levels of oxalate include: peanuts, spinach, beets, chocolate and sweet potatoes. Another common type of kidney stone is a uric acid stone. Red meat and shellfish have high concentrations of a natural chemical compound known as a purine. High purine intake leads to a higher production of uric acid which then accumulates as crystals in the joints, or as stones in the kidneys. To prevent uric acid stones, cut down on high-purine foods such as red meat, organ meats, and shellfish, and follow a healthy diet that contains mostly vegetables and fruits, whole grains, and low fat dairy products. Limit sugar-sweetened foods and drinks, especially those that contain high fructose corn syrup. Limit alcohol because it can increase uric acid levels in the blood and avoid crash diets for the same reason. Eating less animal-based protein and eating more fruits and vegetables will help decrease urine acidity and this will help reduce the chance for stone formation. You should also be sure to drink at least 6-8 glass of water a day to help reduce the risk for stone formation.

It is very important to assess how much urine is remaining back n the bladder after voiding, most likely on account of prostate at this age. Also need to assess for any infection. Further treatment would depend on results of the same.

I had a 5.8mm stone in my ureter. I was taking alpha blockers and drinking kulthi and lemon water regularly. But now I am not feeling any pain while urinating. So, did my stone is passed by spontaneous passage or its something else?

Hello- kulathi is a very good stone dissolver, if you are not facing any stone than it might be possible that your stone is flushed out or it might become so small to cause obstruction hence pain. Don't stop kulthi, stop your alpha blocker and continue neeri syrup 2 tsp twice daily from now on to remove stone completely and to prevent its recurrence.

Overactive Bladder - Know Everything About It!

MBBS MS DNB MNAMS NYAMS

Overactive Bladder - Know Everything About It!

A problem pertaining to the storage function of the bladder that results in bouts of sudden, often uncontrollable urge to urinate is referred to as an overactive bladder. This condition which is marked by unconditioned or involuntary loss of urine can sometimes be quite difficult to stop. People who experience such a condition often feel humiliated and as such tend to limit their social and work life. Despite such, only a few are conscious that a brief evaluation can help them manage and overcome an overactive bladder.

Mechanism of Urination

During urination, the urine proceeds from the bladder and flows into the urethra which is located at the tip of the penis in men and above the vagina in women. As the bladder fills, the nerve signals in the brain prompts urination by coordinating the relaxation and contraction of the urinary sphincter muscles.

Causes and Symptoms of an Overactive Bladder

Primarily caused due to involuntary contraction and relaxation of sphincter muscles, several conditions can lead to overactive bladder.

Some of them are:
1. Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's and other neurological disorders
2. Poor kidney function due to diabetes
3. Medications that lead to increased production of urine
4. Bladder abnormalities like tumors or stones
5. Constipation
6. Excessive consumption of caffeine or alcohol

Some of the common signs of an overactive bladder are:
1. Bouts of sudden, uncontrollable urge to urinate
2. Awakening at night frequently to urinate
3. Urinating more than eight times a day

Risks
The risk of an overactive bladder gradually increases with age. Conditions, such as diabetes and an enlarged prostate results in the increased likelihood of an overactive bladder. People who have previously faced strokes and heart attacks experience cognitive decline, which often times lead to the development of an overactive bladder.

Urinary incontinence as well as a host of associated factors can be detrimental to your life. Emotional distress, interrupted sleep cycles and depression are some of the observed complications of this condition. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a Urologist.

It is worth trying simple tranquilized like Calmpose or valum. If you have already tried that and if your wife is post menopausal HRT IN FORM OF oestroen in supervision of gynecologist. If there is still no response then help of psychiatrist should be sought for.
