You can take any multivitamin tablet bu you should focus on your dietary pattern, For gaining weight, you have to be patient and practice it correctly. You should take every 2 hourly meal and fix your meal timing and include good amount of nuts and High Proteins Along With Calories Like Eggs, lean meat, fish, skinless chicken, pulses, sprouts, and dairy products that rich sources of proteins. Please take fruit shakes (Like banana, mango) + 5-6 almonds and 1-2 walnuts. In breakfast have 1-2 Veg stuffed Besan Cheela/ 1-2 Ragi Cheela. In lunch have Bajra/ barley/ ragi/ missi (50% Besan 50 % Barley) roti + 1bowl dal /palak paneer/ egg white bhurji + 1bowl salad. Evening have fruits shake/lassi/badam shake Dinner: 1-2 paneer stuffed Barley chapati /1-2 Ragi chapti + 1bowl dal+ 1bowl salad. After exercise you should take 1-2 egg white omlette with cup of apple shake or any kind of shake you can take.

To Prevent hair fall follow these instructions and methods: • Take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Do sarvangasan daily for 5 minutes do it under the supervision of yoga expert. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use Mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and enhance hair growth.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. But kindly remember only taking supplement is not enough. You need to take those supplements according to a fixed schedule. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

You should avoid heavy food ,milk, butter, cold items and over diet. Drink Warm water more than 4 - 5 times a day.

1.Post prandial blood sugar should preferrably be taken 2 hours after breakfast 2. Do a proper fasting and post prandial blood sugar and consult me with report for proper advice and treatment

Babies have very sensitive skin. Do not do anything right now. Just change to a lighter oil n see if there is a difference. The normal colour might return back on its own after sometime.

Yes heavy intake of coffee discolours your teeth. These discolourations may not be successfully removed by scalling alone n hence may require bleaching. Meanwhile reduce coffee intake n try snowdent toothpaste.

Height is usually always dominated by Genetics. How short are your parents? If you are their size or slightly taller then them, chances are you wont grow very much more...There are no amazing magic ways to get taller...Get lots of nutrition and calcium. Get TONS of calcium. Bigger bones means bigger you. Work out and play sports alot. Also greatly emphasize stretching..Posture is also important. Walk as tall and as straight as possible and over time this will add a handful of centimetres to your height...take ashwagandha powder 2-2 tsf twice a day and lakshadi guggul 1-1 tab twice a day with warm water..

You have to complete full course of anxiety and not leave it half way. Consult him again and complete full course of anxiety medication which should last for around an year.

3 Rules to Ride on a Highway of Health

They say that you don’t know what value of what you’ve got until you lose it. Well just like how it applies to your relations and the materialistic benefits in life, in the same way it certainly applies to your health, too.

The topic of benefits of being healthy is not an unknown one. We all know the basic rule: eat healthy, stay healthy. But then that’s not enough for being fit, is it?

The art of eating healthy needs to be complimented with exercising and being happy & distressed. Imagine you are maintaining your diet but are always depressed and find everything dull. Does that mean you are healthy?

Of course not! And the conception that buying healthy foods, which always seem expensive and joining gym always burns one’s pocket.

But there are many helpful and simple ways to stay fit and healthy without breaking the bank. Below are some simple rules (besides exercising and staying distressed) that don’t need you to go bankrupt, and will ensure you are not only physically but also emotionally fit

1.Sleep

Ensure that you have sound sleep. A typical 7-8 hrs of sleep is a must for a healthy mind and body. Your body needs to relieve and distress itself and sleep is the time when it gets to do it.)

2.Exercise

Do at least 30 minutes of exercise, for at least 4 days a week, to maintain good health and keep fit. This can be anything that is physical, for e.g. cycling, walking, swimming, jogging running, to even gardening. If you are not interested in joining gym then resorting to these physical activities will ensure you stay your healthy best.

3.Stay hydrated

Your body needs to cleanse itself every now and then to prevent you from falling sick. Drink minimum 2 liters of water every day for good health.

Have the “me time”, Take out time for what you loveIndulge in hobbies and activities that give you immense pleasure. It may vary from reading, writing to shopping, movies etc. – anything that cheers you.

It also includes catching up with your loved ones and spending quality time with them. Many researchers suggest that spending quality time with your loved ones is not only good for your heart but for your mind too since you are emotionally contented.

So just give a look at the above rules and it will definitely lead you to a healthy life- in a true sense.

First of all you should take rest for 1-2 days so that your body can fight with underlying infection with its full immunity and start the below medication:- Take gelesemium 200, twice daily . Take Eupatrium perf 200, 5 drops thrice daily. Take Antifebrinum 3x, 2 tabs , thrice daily. Take Alfavena malt, 1 tsf, thrice daily. Drink lots of water and take light homemade food like dalia and khichdi, avoid oily, spicy, fried, junk and cold drinks. In case of high uncontrollable fever, don't panic you should do cold sponging to lower down the temperature.If fever does not goes then go for a set of blood tests. Revert me with feedback. Take care of your health.GOOD DAY.

Achondroplasia is a genetic mutation disorder which affects structural components of body. There is no definitive treatment for the same. It is treated symptomatically. Antibiotics for infection ,surgery is advised in cases of spinal stenosis. Some may prescribe growth hormone but their effect is modest.
