I have an sinus problem I start sneezing every morning I woke up. What is the medicines or treatment for that?

Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (DLO), MBBS
Ear-Nose-Throat (ENT) Specialist, Bangalore
Allergy is one of the factors responsible for the sinuses to get involved. A ct scan of the sinuses along with a nasal endoscopic examination will pin point where exactly is the problem. Taking an anti allergic tablet will give you some relief in the symptoms.

Follow an ?early-to-bed, early-to-rise? routine. Add a little dried ginger powder to your milk, and fresh ginger to your meals. Try to get some fresh air and sunshine each day. Exercise boosts the immune system but do it in moderation. Don?ts Avoid smoking. Smokingalways makes asthma worse. Avoid strenuous exercise Avoid sleeping during day time. Avoid exposure to rain, humidity, dust and pollens. Avoid consuming bananas, citrus fruits, ice-cream, cold drinks and fried foods. If you are allergic to specific food, better to avoid it. Dear, *Chronic tonsillitis is a persistent infection of the tonsils. Repeated infections may cause the formation of small pockets (crypts) in the tonsils which harbor bacteria. Frequently, small, foul smelling stones are found within these crypts. These stones (tonsilloliths) may contain high quantities of sulfa. When crushed, they give off the characteristic rotten egg smell which causes bad breath. They may also give a patient the sense of something being caught in the back of the throat. *Common salt: Gargle with warm water with a pinch of common salt for immediate relief from pain. In case of intense pain, directly apply salt to the inflamed tonsils. * Lime is one of the most effective home remedy for tonsillitis. Fresh lime with warm water, honey and common salt should be sipped slowly, thrice a day to alleviate the condition. Consult us to hear your detailed history and to prescribe ayurvedic medicine. *Foods to avoid Curd, Buttermilk Spices and condiments Fried food

Your skin will be healthy and the face will be bright once you maintain healthy life style and disciplined habits. *. Take nutritious and timely food. *. Avoid fried foods and eat fruits, nuts, pulses, greens, milk and whole grains *. Drinking lots of water is good. Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. *. Have timely and adequate sleep. Your body will be fresh after good night sleep. *. Be relaxed and avoid tension *. Daily jogging or such exercise to ensure good blood circulation which helps nutrients reaching the skin and all parts of body. Facial massage will also promote good circulation. *. Don’t expose to hot direct sun. Wear cap, full sleeve shirt and shoes which will protect you from sun. Generally 10 AM to 4 PM is the hottest. Avoid exposure at that time. *. When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. *For your information, many skin creams (mostly fairness cream brands) are considered harmful and banned by Central Govt, Health ministry during March, 2016. The Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists and Leprologists (IADVL) supported the ban. Your skin ‘breaths’ through its pores which are not to be closed for long. *HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy *Keep hydrated by drinking water and preferring juicy fruits. Your face will look brighter

Mere hubby ko hiv +chest ka tb h so please tell me cd4 kitne hone chahiye please.
Normal cd4 count in non hiv person are between 500-1500 and indicate good immunity. A cd 4 count of lessthan 200 in hiv patient is indication of getting some serious infection. A cd4 count of arround 500 in hiv pt with tb are good marker.
