I am suffering from fever and cold. How would I know this is malaria fever or other.
Malarial fever is associated with shivering and the fever is normally intermittent in nature. And the fever comes down with lots of perspiration. Followed by feeling of cold along with other symptoms. Confirmation of malaria can only by done by blood examination. Adurine febrile period.

Hello sir im 28 years old im suffering from social anxiety and often get panic attacks, what should I do.
Do you know if this is a family trait, or is the family by anyways less to socialize, or have you had any problem with fear because of some family or childhood experience? Have you ever been embarrassed in public by someone that it has left an indelible mark in your personality? You can take the answers to these questions to a counselor and resolve the same. Any way you must deal with your fear of people and it will be the best solution to your problem. In the meantime do some confidence building exercises by attending a personality development course, public speaking skills course (I suggest you join the Toastmasters Club), work out at a gym to build good self-image, and join social events to practice your skills. Surprisingly many people are often in the same boat as you, and so you are not alone. The very people you are intimidated by may be afraid of you too!!!! There are three important developments to have to make an autonomous personality: Awareness, intimacy and spontaneity. If you are super aware or too conscious of yourself, it will affect the intimacy and spontaneity. Although your problem is now directly to do with intimacy, you can see that they are all connected. Go and work on these matters with a counselor for this level of social anxiety to disappear from your life for good.

Brush Atlst twice daily, at night brush with baking soda and rinse your mouth with lemon water, rub a slice of lemon to your teeth, take few leaves of neem and make a paste of it and rub to your teeth, use mouth wash having hydrogen peroxide but don't swallow it, eating regular apple aslo helps to whitening teeth, use whitening toothpaste, visit to your nearby​ dentist,

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Hello, - as you have sitting work, take a break aftr every one hr fr 5 min take a walk. - you can also do some exercises in the morning to keep your back bones and muscles relaxed. - keep one back support while working that makes you to sit errect - also apply some medicated oil before bath to relax the muscles and discs. *** next point is about asthma - need to know what medications you are using for that - better to adopt measures of ayurveda to relive this condition - you need panchakarma treatment to get cured soon - visit near by ayu doc or consult in personal. I have very thin hairs. I think its genetic, because my father, mother and sister have thin hairs too. My hairs are so thin that my scalp can be easily seen between the hairs. Hi lybrate-user here are some changes to make to improve your eating habits: - incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.
