Do get your urine checked at some lab. It can be UTI. DRINK PLENTY of liquids. Wear cotton undergarments.

dear sudheer if you really need to become healthy again then you must avoid drinking smoking and other habit you got. take food rich in vitamin and calcium. supplements like B12 syrup polybion can be taken to increase stamina.

I have severe cold and cough from past two years. Continuous running nose is there in the mornings. Inhave tried some ayurvedic treatments but that didn't work.

Hi Lybrate user weight loss can be acheived if you to need to follow a proper diet and physical activity weight loss tips 1. Avoid much outside food, fried food and junk food. 2.Avoid papad, pickles, Coconut-peanut chutney. 3.Can eat homemade Paneer sabji, sandwich, paratha. 4.Opt for Brown bread, low fat cheese, skimmed milk, roasted food items. 5.Use skimmed milk in food items as much as possible, sprinkle over cooked sabji and add in milk, soups as thickening agent. Can be eaten as wholesome powder also 6.Avoid too much off starchy foods like Potato, Yam, arvi, sweet-potato, sabu dana (Sago), Maida, corn-flour. 7.Eat lots and lots of vegetables and green leafy vegetables in form of cooked vege, Salads & Soup. 8.Avoid canned and processed foods like cream biscuits, wafers, pickle, papad For specific weight loss diet loss plan, please enroll in my weight loss package.

Hello. High blood pressure is a common problem in India. The best way to control high blood pressure is to change your lifestyle and diet. 1. Reduce your salt intake as much as you can. Avoid eating foods preserved in salt such as cheeses and pickles. Even bakery items and snacks must be avoided. 2. Start an exercise program. Walking briskly for 45 minutes per day can help you lower your blood pressure. Similarly, performing yoga and relaxation techniques can also help. 3. Stop smoking - if you smoke that is. 4. I am 46year old lady. There is a pain in my right hip. Doctor told me that it is a sciatic nerve pain. I am taking gabapin not tablet twice a day. It is giving me reflex and pain is also not that much. Kindly advice me whether I should continue this tablet or go for MRI.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6.
