Taking red wine once a week or so does not gain weight. At 19 yrs, you should have a balanced diet with sufficient carbs, protein and fat in your daily diet to gain weight. Eat after every 3 hours. Foods That Help You Maintain A Healthy Heart

Your diet plays a major role in the health of your heart, so eating healthy should be somewhere on the top of the list for keeping your heart healthy as well. There are numerous heart disorders that occur due to unhealthy food patterns and consumption. Lifestyle factors are the major causes of heart disease, and diet occupies an almost compelling spot when lifestyle factors are taken into consideration. Here is a list of foods that keeps your heart healthy:

  1. Salmon: Omega-3 fatty acids are very important for your heart to function optimally. Fishes such as salmon and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which lower the risk of heart diseases such as arrhythmia (irregular heartbeat) and atherosclerosis (accumulation of plaque in the arterial walls).

  2. Oats: Like oats and milk for breakfast!? Congratulations! You are in luck; oatmeal has soluble fibers which help in lowering bad cholesterol levels. Just make sure that there is no added sugar in your oatmeal, as it will defeat the entire purpose.

  3. Blueberries: Blueberries are rich in antioxidants that reduce the risks of heart attack and also decrease your blood pressure. So go ahead! Toss some blueberries in your oatmeal to get your daily dose of antioxidants which are such pre-requisites for supreme health.

  4. Dark Chocolate: This will probably bring a smile to your lips. Dark chocolates contain polyphenols, a type of flavonoid, which is very good for your heart. Dark chocolate is known to reduce the risks of strokes and heart attacks. Watch the portion size as no matter what its benefits are, dark chocolates are still rich in calories.

  5. Citrus Fruits: Citrus fruits such as lemons and Indian gooseberry are rich in compounds that lower cholesterol levels in the body. Tip – Start your day with a lemon juice and warm water. This betters your metabolism and also keeps your heart in fine shape.

  6. Soy: Lo Behold Vegetarians! (and non-vegetarians as well). Soy is a protein rich food that is so good for your heart. It also contains heart-healthy fats and fibers that help bring down and normalize cholesterol levels.

  7. Tomatoes: Tomatoes are rich in an antioxidant called ‘lycopene’, which is very effective in getting rid of bad cholesterol. It thus helps in keeping your arteries healthy and reduces the risks of heart attacks.

hi, I am both a registered dietitian and a doctor who will help you in losing your weight as well as solve your other health problems through a dietary therapy. Let me know your food intake details. The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I being a registered dietitian strongly accommodate the patients own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets availiable online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. Get it checked neurologically. For the time being massage with mahamash tel (samish) and do hot fomentation before and after massage. Take swamla 2 tsp bd and mahayograj guggul 2 bd, arogyavardhini vati 2 bd with milk daily. Do pranayam and yoga for ten to twenty minutes. Report every week. Do not eat'vatkarak' food.

There are so many reasons for weakness in your knee. The one of the main reason is deficiency of calcium. You can start calcium tablet once a day for a month or take 5 dates with one glass of milk daily in your breakfast for a month.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating. When you are trying to gain weight, you should eat food the rich in vitamins and minerals. 1. Healthy food includes meat, egg, milk, fruit vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. 2. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Hi lybrate-user, 2 months cough and coughing out blood means you have to do 1st tb workup. Other symptoms of tb are low grade fever, loss appetite and weight loss. 1st better to go to physician and do routine lab tests and chest x-ray, you can find the solution.

Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. To gain muscle mass. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for detailed diet plan.

Follow this best Diet plan for fastly reducing your weight naturally within 4 weeks. Before you start with this diet there are a few Things you should keep in mind to achieve best Results: * Stay away from Chocolates, cold drinks and any Other fatty but delicious food items for these 7 Days. * Do not do any weight training at Gym. This is Because once you gain muscles it will add to our Body weight. If you want you can only do 30 mins Brisk walking daily. * Try to drink as much water as you can during The day. Atleast 2-3 litres of water is Recommended every day. The 7 Day Vegetarian Weight Loss Diet Day 1 – Day one of your diet is to detox your Body and to drain out all kinds of toxins from it. So on day 1 you can have all kinds of “Fruits” like Oranges, apples, guava, watermelon, cherries, Etc… There is no restriction on the quantity of Fruits you can have as much as you want, However fruits like Mango & Banana should be Avoided at this stage. India uses a number of graphical elements to represent the messages of its guidelines, one of them being a food pyramid. The pyramid is divided into four levels of foods according to recommended consumption: cereals and legumes/beans at the base should be eaten in sufficient quantity, vegetables and fruits on the second level should be eaten liberally, animal source foods and oils on the third level are to be eaten moderately, and at the apex, highly processed foods high in sugar and fat to be eaten sparingly. Accompanying the pyramid there is a recommendation to do regular physical activity and warnings against smoking and drinking alcohol. Messages Eat a variety of foods to ensure a balanced diet. Ensure provision of extra food and health care to pregnant and lactating women. Promote exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months and encourage breastfeeding until 2 years or as long as possible. Feed home-based semi-solid foods to the infant after 6 months. Ensure adequate and appropriate diets for children and adolescents, both in health and sickness. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. Ensure moderate use of edible oils and animal foods and use a minimum of ghee/butter/vanaspati. Avoid overeating to prevent overweight and obesity. Exercise regularly and be physically active to maintain ideal body weight. Restrict salt intake to a minimum. Ensure the use of safe and clean foods. Acording to your height your weight is bit more. You need to reduce your weight by two kg. And you need totake care about few things like do not bend your knee more than 90 degree. Means do not sit on the floor. Use western toilet instead of indian toilet. Use dinning table while taking lunch dinner or breakfast. I mean do not sit on floor. Do not squate. Nd try to strength your quadriceps muscle. For that go t a gym where they teach you exercise for that. And consult an orthopaedician and do an x ray. If you hv cartize damage orthopaedician wil prescribe you some drugs.

Take protein rich food ---eggs, milk products, dry fruits, seeds, pulses, mutter, soya bean. Cereals, potatoes, sweet potatoes, plantains etc. Can be useful for gaining weight. Also take vegetables, greens and fruits. Have vigorous physical exercise to improve digestion and absorption of food as well as blood circulation. Eat at regular intervals. Threptin biscuits will be helpful.
