Sneak in Some Vitamin D

Vitamin D is crucial for you because it is crucial for regulating the immune system as well as making sure that phosphorous and calcium get absorbed into the bloodstream. However, Vitamin D is crucial for a number of other reasons as well. Here they are:

  8. Rickets: The softening of the bones is termed as rickets. Rickets is yet another disease which is caused by an insufficient amount of Vitamin D. The reason for this is that calcium is not absorbed and therefore the bones soften.

First medical check ups.Along with this do muscle building exercise as this will help in weight gain.Add extra ghee,butter etc with foods.Use dense vegetables,fruits.Take more fish,egg,meat.Take healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.These are simple things but you need some professional help.So you can consult me privately on Lybrate.

Hi sir. Can I know how drinking water in a huge amount is related with the skin development.
Drinking water in moderation will keep your hydration status fine. Accordingly all tissues including skin will remain in healthy state. Excess water in huge amount may create problem we call water intoxication. Though an efficient kidney function will prevent that to develop. But when that fails, the excess water accumulates in the body and will cause dilution of electrolytes present in tissue fluids resulting even in death. Some preparations like mdma (an amphetamine group of drug ecstasy) may cause excess thirst and result in water intoxication. So. Even water van act like a poison.

Hi sir, regarding my body is not growing. I want to grow my body at least my weight would be gain.
Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

diet and workouts go a long way in helping you gain strength to gain weight, you must eat more calories than you burn. When you gain weight, some will be fat and some will be muscle. To gain muscle, you must eat protein. To boost the ratio of muscle to fat gain, you must exercise. To gain muscle and strength, you must engage in resistance exercise. To improve bodyfat percentage and gain weight, you must cycle through phases of gaining muscle and losing fat. Dear u need to take proper treatment to increase ur digestive power. Herbal medicines can do it so without any side effects, try the tips:: 1. For increasing weight ...First we have to work on ur digestive system..It will do Aam pachan and will increase ur digestive power and appetite.... 2. Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day.. 3. Take small meals 4-5 times a day.. 4. Eat healthy n light food .. 5. Drink plenty of fluids.. 6. Avoid constipation...and take 1 tsf triphala churna at night with luke warm water. 7. Walk 1km daily in evening and early morning. 8 .Follow up after a week then will start ur medication for healthy body.

Water is essential to good health. Everyone has heard the advice, drink eight 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. Just keep in mind that the rule, should" drink 8 to 10 glasses of fluid a day" because all fluids count toward the daily total.
