You will need a evaluation for a depressive/ anxiety spectrum disorder. If this occurs once in a while it is okay, but if it is a regular feature an evaluation will be needed. I think there is no harm in getting a consultation because there is much to lose if it turns out that you do have a problem. So, please do not delay and meet an expert in your town. Take care!

Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Proteins are the building blocks of life and every living cell uses them for both structural and functional purposes.They are long chains of amino acids linked together like beads on a string, then folded into complex shapes.There are 9 essential amino acids that we must get from the diet and 12 that are non-essential, which the body can produce out of other organic molecules.The quality of a protein source depends on its amino acid profile. The best sources of protein in the diet contain all the essential amino acids in ratios that are appropriate for humans.In this regard, animal proteins are better than plant proteins, which makes perfect sense given that the muscle tissues of animals are very similar to our own tissues.We recommend Daily intake of 56 grams per day for men and 46 grams per day for women, varying between individuals based on age, body weight, activity levels and some other factors.Protein powder should definitely be from an organic (and grass-fed if dairy based) source. Collagen Hydrolysate is a mostly tasteless non-gelling form of gelatin that can be easily blended into hot or cold beverages. I am suffering from mouth ulcer on inner side of lips and times from 20 days initially it appears less but now it spreads more area and once it finish and start another place. I have taken treatment from AIIMS and test also done Hsv1 & Hsv2 and igg&igm antibody but not relif till now after 15 days. Doctor also gave me multi vitamin tab or b complex and dologel. What should I do. Suggest me please.

You can follow those medicines and apply dologel in the area of ulcer. These are some home remedies, 1. Apply glycerine 2. Drink milk and ensure that you don't drink immediately maintain some milk over the ulcer area. 3. ALOCLARE MOUTHWASH 4.Gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. 5.Honey 6.Tulsi7.Poppy Seeds Poppy seeds khus-khus in Hindi 8.Liquorice Called mulethi in Hindi, adhimadhuram in Tamil, 9.Ghee 10.Drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. 11.Castor oil also has wonderful cooling property; apply a little oil to your scalp and the soles of the feet, allow the oil to soak in for a few hours and then wash with warm water.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine Carbo Veg 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. *avoid fried and spicy food. * Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. *Drink lot of water.

[use heavy curtains, or an eye mask to block light, and also keeping computers, tvs, and other work materials out of the room will help promote mental bonding between your bedroom and sleep] 3. Avoid stressful, stimulating activities like doing work, discussing emotional issues. Physically and psychologically stressful activities can cause the body to secrete the stress hormone cortisol, which is associated with increasing alertness.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal...

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. I can actually advise you and give an idea on how to approach your back pain issue but for hair loss, you will have to consult a dermatologist for an evaluation and further management. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc and with no other associated constitutional symptoms like evening rise in temperature, loss of weight, excessive sweating at night etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - to maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - if pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc we will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. According to ayurveda, when pitta (hot property of the body) increased in the body it leads to hair problems. And there things also necessary to keep in mind while treatment of hair problem:- 1. Poor nutritional level (lack of vitamins, minerals etc) 2. Stress and anger. For overcome this hair problem. 1. Take more green leafy vegetables which are easy to digest and contains vitamins, minerals etc. 2. Don't take fast food, junk food, oily food, spicy food, chinese, panjabi, potato, rice, heavy food etc which disturbs digestive system. 3. Manage streets and anger. It is most necessary. 4. Take a glass of milk two times in a day. 5. Morning walk / yoga asana / pranayama like shitali, shitkari etc/ deep breathing exercise / walking for an hour 5 days in a week. Regular do these. 6. Drink water 3 litres per day. It helps in absorption of nutrients in the abdomen. 7. Don't take opposite diets like milk and carrots, milk and sour fruits etc. 8. Don't suppress natural urges like urine, stool etc. 9. Avoid constipation. Take one spoon ghee in a glass of milk at night time for stool problem. 10. Don't use chemical base hair products. I am only 16 years and my weight is above 100 tell me how to reduce and prepare a diet chart for me.
Weight control is not a matter of few days, rather it is a pursuit of a life time. First of all, watch what you are eating. 1. Cut down on junk food, deep fried food and too much sweets. 2. Start drinking warm water lemon and honey combination daily empty stomach first thing in morning. It improves metabolism and cleanses the liver and makes it more active. 3. Alternatively, you can soak a tsp of methi seeds in a cup of water at night. In morning, squeeze the seeds out if water, and drink this empty stomach in morning. 4. Start a exercise routine daily. It should involve at least half an hour of aerobic exercise. Go for a brisk walk, a jog, swimming or cycling as per your liking. 5. Include a cup of green tea in your dust schedule. You can have it after lunch at around 4 pm evening 6. Include fiber rich food. Have lots if salads and fruits half an hour before meals. 7. Eat something fiber rich between meal timings. 8. Eat juicy fruits like oranges, pineapples, water melons. Also papaya with black pepper keeps metabolism good and helps in weight loss 9. Take a tsp of triphala powder with warm water every night after food before sleeping. Make this a habit. 10. Sleep at least 7 hrs a day. Lack of sleep also leads to weight gain. 11. Drink warm water only after meals.
