Dear , follow these important tips to get rid from pigmentation from skin : * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * Use sunscreen having SPF 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * Take vitamin -E rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like.You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * Take more anti oxidant foods like fruits ( Apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * Make paste of Papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content. *• Apply one teaspoon of honey for 30 minutes and wash it off . • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi ( turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water . Mash half bnana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water.

Suffering from urinary problems, due to enlarged prostate. I am now at Bangalore.
Prostate enlargement hinders in flow of urine as prostate naturally surrounds urethra the outflow track for urine. Isymptoms can be managed by medications but first cause of prostate enlargement should be ascertained. Cancerous cause has to be ruled out. Non cancerous cause can usually be managed by medicines only. Surgery is indicated if medical treatment fails or if cancer is suspected. For this evaluation detailed clinical examination including rectal examination, ultrasound kub and prostate, blood psa levels have to be done.

Hallo sir, You have mentioned that you are doing desk job. I hope you are IT prof. If you are sitting continuously for long hours, daily, it is a serious reason for your weight gain. Gaining weight will be due to - Type of food. If you have fast food on daily basis. Timing of having good food. (specially missing Morning breakfast, having HEAVY food after 8 pm) Lack of exercise. Lack of sound sleep. Sitting Jobs. Mental stress. Are some major problem. Before taking any medicine. Please correct, any of the above reasons if you have. Type of food- do not stop intake of food all of a sudden, which is very unhealthy. Increase fibrous food more. Reduce carbohydrate. Do not sit continuously for hours. Take a walk in between. Try to have dinner before 8 PM, Light food. And ABOVE ALL. Be patient. Gaining weight will be faster, but to loss that is slower. And the slow method is healthier. Thank you.

Sir, seems you r suffering with degenarative osteoarthritis of knees. You need radiological eavluation like x rays of both knee joints (standing) ap. Lat pl avoid indian toilet. Stair claimbing. Thanks for your query. Sexual activity has 3 important goals. Reproduction to have children. Removing the sperm collection in your body whic would cause harm if it remains in your body and lastly the feel good factor. When the sperm remains inside the body it can become toxic and case some ailments such as obsession, madness and epilepsy. Discarding it helps to relieve of these diseases. Whoever ignores sex for along time, his nerves will weaken, bodies will become cold and depression will effect them. Therefore it is good to have sex as long as it is done legally. The need to have sex is different from lust. While the need s are valid and good for you, chasing lust causes you to loose your health. Excessive indulgence in passionate sex weakens your soul and will make you weak physcially and mentally. It is better to have sex without too much attachment or indulgence in it. Want to Prevent Eye Problems? These Exercises Can Help

Eye exercises might not necessarily improve eyesight but they help in preventing eye problems and maintaining the correct eyesight level. Eye exercises are usually designed to provide strength to eye muscles, while improving focus, allowing flexible eye movements and helping stimulate the vision centre of the brain.

  1. Palming: This exercise is also very simple to perform. All you have to do is cover your eyes with your palms. Once you have done this, just wait and see that there are no bright flashes of light. If you see that there is a bright flash of light, just wait till they go. This is used primarily to distress the eyes.
  2. Flexing: This is simply rotating your eyes in circles. Roll your eyes in the clockwise direction for one minute and then roll your eyes in the anticlockwise direction for one minute.
  3. Blinking: Your eyes get strained due to long hours of sitting at the computer or television and you tend to blink less. Whenever you blink, your eyes stay in darkness for a few microseconds that help to keep the eyes fresh, while reducing eye strain.
  4. Stretching: This is the most common and also one of the easiest to do. It requires you to just look up, hold for two seconds, look down, hold for two seconds and then repeat this procedure for each corner of your eye, which means top-left, top-right, bottom-left and bottom-right corners.
  5. Near and far focusing: This exercise helps in strengthening the eye muscles and improves the vision of your eyes.

It involves the following steps:

  1. Either sit or stand in a comfortable position for 2-3 minutes
  2. Bring your thumb about 10 inches in front of your eyes and try to focus on it
  3. Now try focusing on an object that is about 10-20 feet in front of your eyes
  4. Try switching between focusing on the other object and your thumb on each deep breath
