I am 60. No illness for past many yrs. Since few months my finger joint are paining severely. Early morning has cramp in my palms. Left is paining cannot lift up. Leg big toe joints are also paining but not severe. Please help. Thanks.

Dear do regular exercises for all your joints early morning. Get your blood check done for uric acid and rh factor to rule out gout and rheumatoid arthritis take care.

I will suggest you to apply crepe bandage when you are going out of the house and for pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can do ice fomentation and if necessary get an mri done of the affected area.

Please do not sleep under direct exposure of fan/ac. Take a glass of milk daily. Do morning exercise daily. Take good sleep 6-8 hours/day.

Hi I can understand your problem. It's due to nerve compression at lumber spine. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same, you need specific treatment plan according to your symptoms.

1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar. Life-style correction 1) correct your sitting posture. 2) take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) foot should rest to floor easily. 4) take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) do neck & upper back extension

Yes this is only aggravatiing factor ,back pain have many cause like poor posture ,arthritis condition and some neurological condition also .take physiotherapy treatment or go with mri for proper examining the conditon.
