Avoid toward bending. Do physiotherapy treatment. Its sciatica pain. Stretching exercises after relief. Ultrasonic therapy and SWD for few days. Avoid long standing and sitting.

Mr better get your blood sugar checked, both fasting and after food levels. This should help you to know if there is diabetes present or not.

1.pussy sucking may be harmful for you in two regards. one that if its not in hygenic condition then it may harm you with infection. the second one is due to the fact that licking is super exciting for any female up there , it may reduce the pleasure and sensation while having sex. its like when we don't touch a place in our body, it is more sensitive and if used again and again , the sensitivity decreases. for this reason it might be harmful for you in future that you may not be able to bring her to orgasm/or same leve of satisfaction with orgasm without your tongue so take due care for that , once in a while it can be considered good but not always. 2) by washing its actually a benefit, and no harm accrues to either her or you...!!!

Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

I suggest you easy method of weight gain just follow it for year you will gain weigh defiantly 1. Start exercise regularly for 3 month and then after 3 month leave it for 3 month at the time of exercise your diet will increase but same diet continue after 3 month when you stop exercise so thats why your weight will increase automatically now we discus about diet 2. Take dates with milk in the morning breakfast 3. Triphala kadha 4 tsp beore lunch and dinner 4. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach this take for 1.5 month only your weight gain will take definitely note=avoid over eating.

I am 64 yrs, 5' 5" & 79 kg male. I do at least 4/5 days a week exercise like brisk walk 1 hr or tread mill, cycle,cross trainer & rowing for 10 minutes each or some light wt lifting (max two days /wk). My diet is morning - Two wheat chapati+veg + any one fruit + tea + 1 cup milk/ curd. Lunch -- Two cups of rice + 50 gms fish + 400 gms veg + 25 grms lintel + 1/2 cup curd. Dinner - Two chapati of wheat + veg + 50 gms chik. And more or less 180 ml alcohol. Suggest me if I need to cut down to reduce weight to 72 kg & any other suggestion.

YOUr diet is normal for weight loss. To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume a day from your diet, if you burn 3000 calories, you’ll lose a pound a week. People who lose weight slowly, about 1 to 2 pounds per week, are more successful at keeping the weight off. You'll also burn additional calories if you increase your physical activity. You weight-loss plan should do all of the following: •Emphasize fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products. •Include lean meats, poultry, fish, beans, eggs, and nuts. •Contain foods low in saturated fats, avoid trans fats, and limit cholesterol and salt (sodium). •Avoid refined sugars and processed foods. Some tips to help you lose weight: •Keep a food diary. Writing down everything you eat is critical! Noting how you feel when you eat will help you identify emotional triggers that may cause you to overeat. Emotional eaters tend to overeat. •Eat when you're truly hungry rather than when you're tired, anxious or stressed. •Eat slowly. If you eat too fast, you eat more than you need to satisfy your hunger. Your brain needs time to catch up with your stomach. •Plan your meals ahead of time so you make healthy choices. When dining out, check the menu online and decide what you will order before you sit down. Ask for dressings on the side. Opt for foods that are baked, broiled or steamed versus fried or swimming in creamy sauces. Avoid chips and bread baskets—they add unnecessary calories. •Stay hydrated. People often mistake thirst for hunger. You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. Do not get discouraged. You need systematic practice for running. To achieve anything, take small and consistent steps towards your goal. If you want to run/jog - start first with going for a walk at least 5 times a week. Walk for 3 -4 kms everyday, at a speed comfortable for you. In the 2nd week, increase your speed. In the 3rd week start brisk walk. Slowly you should be walking so fast that your walking speed will equalise your speed of slow jogging. Once you achieve this, start jogging slowly, maintain this for a week. Then again slowly increase the distance. At the same time, you need to understand that you need to warm up your body before you start your exercise and even after you finish your jog please do the stretching exercises. Also doing some weights for muscle strengthening will be very helpful. Doing yoga helps in maintaining flexibility. When you prepare yourself well, you will be able to enjoy running. As for the diet, have protein rich diet - like fish, cheese, paneer, eggs etc. Lots of vegetables and fruits, nuts. If possible include eggs, milk, seasonal fruits, dates, nuts in your diet. Have carbohydrates and sugar in small quantities. Have lots of water before and after the exercise. If you practice running regularly and do your warming up and stretching exercises properly, you will be able to avoid injuries. Do not take unnecessary tension, take proper guidance and enjoy your run/jog. Best wishes for your police selection exam.

Menstrual flow decreases when there is anaemia. There are many other conditions also when menstrual flow decreases such as hormonal imbalance. At this stage I recommend you to have Hb test. Take tablet abhra loha if you r anaemic.

Mr. Lybrate-user, continuous posture of any will build pressure over that paeticular part like the spine also. You try to change posture while studying&if possible lean to soft back/use any pillow, r keep a small cushion under the neck. Try to change postures often. Practice few asanas in yoga which help to relieve the back pain&tone up the spine.&also practice breathing exercises n pranayama which will relieve you from stress. Try to lie on back without pillow while sleeping.

No need of cervical traction hereafter. Just relax your neck muscles. And keep icing for your neck and shoulder muscles and do stretches. Try avoid very thin or very thick pillows use exact height of pillows so as to accommodate your neck contour. It will be cured surely

For your tanning, avoid direct sun-exposure, use a good quality broad spectrum sunscreen daily. Apply it 20 min before going out. Stop rubbing and scrubbing your face. It adds to the darkening. For your acne, keep your face clean, don't press or touch them. Send me some good photos for a better and specific management.
