I have back pain since long time. What should I do?

Stiffness & pain in back & other joints is quite a common condition. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days caldikind plus (mankind) 1 tab odx10days you will need other supportive medicines also. Take multivitamins & other antioxidants along with. Do back (spine) exercises make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take do ask for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

My problem is I get excessive sweat mainly when ever I get tensed, fear, anxious or nervousness and due to which I am not able to attend any interviews or even if I attend a face to face interview I get tensed, fear and nervousness I get rejected because I start sweating a lot at that time. So please I request you to suggest me a permanent solution for this.

These are anxiety attacks by your over-reaction to fearful situations, especially when you have to face an interview. You are having a problem handling fear and this may be habituated from childhood from overbearing parents. Either one or both of your parents may have exercised strict controls and expectations on you and now you have become intimidated by this pressure. They may have meant well but could have in the bargain gone overboard and caused this reaction in you. You should meet with a counselor and learn how to handle this fear and master your emotions. This is not to control your feelings but to learn to express them appropriately. When we are afraid it is very important to express the feeling but also to reach out for support. You may also go for public speaking skills course or attend the ?Toastmasters Club?. Additionally, you may attend a personality development course. Visit a gym and build your body image, do aerobic exercises, Yoga and meditation, eat healthily, and sleep well. Handling emotions efficiently will go a long way to make you face your fear. You may also take some multivitamins and multi-minerals as supplements.

Hi… if you can follow few basic things then you will get better results in short period of time, * drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals, * don’t drink water one hour before meals and one hour after meals, l * avoid oily, fermented and stale foods, *drink lukewarm water regularly as possible, * sleep upto 10.30 pm, * do anuloma viloma pranayam regularly early in the morning, * avoid cold things, intermittent eating, heavy foods, contact with dust and pollen grains, day time sleeping, @ TAKE 20 ml of ginger juice with 1 tsf of jiggery before meals, @ take 2 tablets of SWAS-KASA-CHINTAMANI RASA, early in the morning on empty stomach along with 1 tsf of honey and ginger juice, @ take ½ tsf of lavanbhaskar churna after meals, Do all these things for 30 days, gives you good result. THANKS.

I have cold and running nose scene long. Please tell me what should i do?

Several things can be done to prevent cold: -Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. -Cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough. -Get plenty of rest/sleep.Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. -Drink plenty of fluids(veg/tomato soups,dal water/coconut water/herbal tea etc), and eat nutritious food(like sprouts/milk). Avoid fatty foods or drinks with caffeine -Treatment: A cold usually lasts for a week or two. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn't need medical treatment. -Gargle to keep from getting a sore throat.Take only lukewarm water to drink during the day -Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation. -Tablet nasorest-p once/twice daily may ease breathing. -Do steam inhalation once or twice daily. -Complications like infections of ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. -Cough- For dry cough.Take syrup Alex-D.(1 tsp thrice daily) -Productive cough:it brings up mucus from behind the throat or lungs.Use syrup Alex. -Get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately -Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily

Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark pigment spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. 1. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. 2. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. 3. Continue applying this dark pigment spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark pigment spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. 1. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. 2. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. 3. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. 4. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes. 4. Oats Oatmeal powder is considered good for skin exfoliation. Hence, you can apply an oatmeal mask on your face and neck to remove dead skin and black spots. 1. Grind half a cup of rolled oats. 2. Add three to four tablespoons of lemon juice to make a paste. 3. Scrub it on your skin and wash it off with warm water when it dries. If it becomes messy, use a clean cloth soaked in warm water to remove the mask. Follow this treatment once or twice a week. 4. Almonds 1. Take 8-10 almonds and soak them in milk overnight. 2. Peel off the skin and grind the almonds in the morning. 3. Now, add one teaspoon sandalwood powder and half a teaspoon honey in it. 4. Mix them to make a fine paste. 5. Apply it on your face. 6. Leave it on for about 30 minutes and then wash it off. 5. Sandalwood Sandalwood is another effective option. 1. Make a thick paste of sandalwood powder, glycerin and rose water. (If you don’t have rose water, you can use milk or honey.) 2. Apply the thick paste to the affected skin area, leaving it on for a few minutes. Wash off the paste with lukewarm water. 3. Follow this remedy once daily until your black spots vanish completely. 6. Potato Your vegetable drawer is another source of home remedies for black spots or dark patches. Potatoes can be applied in one of the two ways: • Slice up a potato and place one slice directly on the black spots; leave on for a few minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water. • You can also make a face mask by combining grated potato with honey.

Hi lybrate-user nasal bleeding due to forceful nose blowing is common. *avoid nose blowing. Use a nasal drop with decongestant. Use an antibiotic ointment inside your nose. Start a antibiotic. Hello, it happens due hormonal imbalance. You need to take homoeopathic pituitarinum 200 1 dose now, 2nd dose after 3 days and 3rd dose next after 3 days. This will start giving you result within 2 weeks. And use aloe vera face wash for it. It is mild and effective for skin as well as acts as nutrients for skin.

Hello, this may be because of acidity/ indigestion/ gas you can take(if no drug allergy): Tablet Pantocid 40 mg before food once a day for 2-3 days. And follow care advises given below. Avoid food from outside, junk, fried, spicy fatty food take home made light food like moong dal, Dalia, chapatti also tell me associated symptoms like vomiting sensation, loose motion/ burning sensation in chest or any other symptoms are present or not? so that we can reach diagnosis. Dear friend Sorry to hear about your loss. It is a difficult time. Although grief is a condition everyone must endure, it is important not to let grief dominate your life, and in essence, become your life. Talk about your loss with friends, family or a professional. Indulge in uplifting activities: These activities may be as soteric as studying philosophy or as centering as planting a tree.  Sometimes just walking through a garden can be uplifting.  Meditation, centering Prayer and stress reduction techniques. These can help to control stress and allow one to find a deeper state of awareness or relaxation. Meditation and Prayer may assist in one’s spiritual development by clearing the mind of the day to day stress. Avoid stressful situations and decisions. This is important especially in the initial stages of grief when people are not always exercising their best judgment. Physical exercise. This is an excellent way to “take the edge” off the physical symptoms of grief. Studies show that physical exercise releases endorphins into the body which can alleviate stress and mental anxiety. Do daily morning walk for 20 minutes. Think. Would your loved one be happy to see you in this state? Do what he would have wanted you to do to be happy. Get help for severe or persistent depression. Someone once said: “grief is not a disease but it can become one.” Grief can lead to serious depression. Consider getting professional help if you feel overwhelmed, hopeless, or helpless. Other signs of depression can include sleep impairment (too little or too much), appetite or weight change, low energy, difficulty concentrating, and feeling listless or agitated. Take care of yourself. Remember open up, talk, help is just a call away. Have faith and patience. God bless you!

Your lips are black ,most probably because of genetic predisposition, means it is hereditary. I don't think there is there any medicine or any cosmetic treatment which can change the colour of your lips. So stop thinking about it. Black is also a colour. So, concentrate on your life .all the best.

Dear, you can easily get fitness and health by following simple and very important tips: * take a diet rich with proteins carbs, vitamins and fats. In morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. In lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. In evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with fruits. In night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. * in morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. * for proper fitness, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. * avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. * do meditation daily to calm down your stress level. Do pranayam daily. You can take long and deep breaths atleast for 10 minutes in calm and peaceful environment. * avoid smoking & alcohol drinking completly. * for boosting memory, take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder daily once a day.
