At my young age, my body had turned from fair to a lil brown because of dirt and sun. Although with the help of constant efforts with soap and heat therapy. I have my fair white skin back on my face and neck .and legs. And somehow fair on my back and stomach. But my arms (below elbow) still have that brownish colour. Hello Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

Weight reduction requires, regular yoga practices and reasonable exercises are vitally important but only these two will not lead to weight loss until following weight reducing specific diet and herbal supplements.

When I am going to bathroom blood is coming. I thought it's because of eating spicy stuff. But after stopping all the spicy food also yesterday and today I got blood after going to the bathroom. Firstly it was stopped for some days but now it's coming for 2 days. I don't have problem in sitting. I have a job in which I have to sit on a chair for 12 hours a day. Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag).

Egg Yolk is harm...
Egg Yolk leads to increase in Cholesterol. Deranged Cholesterol can lead to heart blockages, which can either lead to high BP or due to high BP can become unstable. Egg yolk has no direct impact on BP, but due to it leading to increase in blood cholesterol it can be harmful for heart. You can have egg white, if eating egg is so essential, But avoid egg yellow (Yolk).

Take the following treatment - 1. Take 4 tablespoon of aloevera juice with one tablespoon of honey after dinner. 2. Take 4 tablespoon amla juice + 2 tablespoon honey on an empty stomach in the morning. 3. Take chandraprabhavati 2 tablets twice a day. 4. Avoid junk, bakery & spicy food. 5. Maida is very harmful for body, so avoid it. 6. Have all your meals on time. 7. Drink lots of water 8. Fruits rich in vitamin c and green leafy vegetables help in acne there is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Pimples may be always due to following reasons Stress Hormonal changes : Hormonal changes due to sexual maturity like – mensuration in girls. Improper Cleaning Habits : Dust and pollution block the pores, if not removed properly causes pimples. Improper Diet : Diet including too spicy, oily, fired and high iodine content food can cause pimples You can take following precautions for pimples first. – Wash your face regularly: Wash your face at least 2-3 times a day. Depending upon the skin type you can wash the face with simple water or with face wash. – Develop a cleansing Routine: Cleansing, toning and moisturizing is an essential part of a skin care. Don’t skip it . If you have an oily skin use a oily free moisturizer. – Avoid exposure to Sun: If possible don’t go out when its scorching, but if you have to go use a sunscreen 15 – 20 mins before going out, cover your face or use an umbrella. After returning just follow your cleansing routine, if you have an oily skin use ice, dry skin can use rose water – Avoid Exposure to dust: Dust particles block the pores causing pimples, cover your face properly while going out. Traveling in a car avoid opening the window. – Drink plenty of water: Water help remove toxins from the body, thus help in blood purification and blood circulation. Impure blood and improper blood circulation re the major causes of pimples, which can be easily removed by drinking lots of water. – Eat right: A diet constituting of too spicy , oily and fried food is the main cause of pimples. Avoid junk and oily food. Develop an habit of eating fresh leafy vegetables and fruits for a healthy skin. Neem leaves: Neem has got an antibacterial effect and is very effective for skin problems. Boil neem leaves with water. Leave the mixture for some time to get cool. Add this concentrated mixture in bathing water.

Yes it is possible.Mix muktabshkti bhasm in honey and make a paste.apply it on face for 15 mins.wash it. Drink plenty of water and do pranayam daily.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

HI Lybrate USER… 1) take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals… 2) eat 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals… 3) take 30 ml of juice of indian gooseberry along with 15 ml of honey in morning on empty stomach. 4) apply mixture of milk and aloe vera gel on face with gentle massage daily… Do all these things for 15 days …it gives you excellent result…THANKS.

Hi lybrate-user, Opt for a high protein diet which includes, milk, curd, nuts, pulses, eggs, paneer, chicken, fish. Ensure all these are cooked in a healthy way and not fried. Also drink at least 3 liters of water to flush out toxins. Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep daily.

Hi dear lybrate-user, if your lab reports are normal than it is least likely that you are having hypothyroidism. Many times patients suffer from mixed symptoms of depression and anxiety. In depression patients have lack of energy, poor memory, mood changes, sadness, food habit changes, sleep changes, weight changes, fatigue, poor concentration, nervousness and anxiety, BP changes, suicidal ideas, lack of pleasure. Please do some lab tests to check nutritional deficiency e.g. Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D3, Fasting and PP blood sugar. You can check out the symptoms of depression I have mentioned above. Please consult a psychiatrist. I hope I helped you.

Use antidandruff shampoo daily. Use keshkanti oil from ramdev at bedtime it is really effective do pranayam daily for ten minutes. Take tablet keralego men daily for six months.
