You have two options: get a second opinion ( consult another dentist to confirm if the pain is not of dental origion. Second if . First bit works , consult a general physician , he will most probably advice you to get a PNS View ( kind of x ray radiograph) to diagnose the problem. Hope it worked.

Use touch science shows that touch therapies can help some people overcome depression, lower the stress hormone cortisol and increase the feel-good hormone oxytocin. Therapies to consider include acupuncture, acupressure, massage, reiki and reflexology. 4. Include omega 3 fatty acids in your diet research has shown that depressed people often lack a fatty acid known as epa. Participants in a 2002 study featured in the archives of general psychiatry took just a gram of fish oil each day and noticed a 50-percent decrease in symptoms such as anxiety, sleep disorders, unexplained feelings of sadness, suicidal thoughts, and decreased sex drive. Omega-3 fatty acids can also lower cholesterol and improve cardiovascular health. Get omega-3s through walnuts, flaxseed and oily fish like salmon or tuna.

I'M 20 years old n m in a relationship from past 1.5 years. My bf was nice to me. Did everything for me like it was a perfect fairytale story. He used to talk to me while day. Left all his friends. And drugs. But due to some reason 1.5 month back he asked me for some money which I failed to give him. N I don't know other reasons. He started ignoring me so badly. But as this happens he again next day does the same ignoring me. He says he can't be with me 24*7 but actually he doesn't even stays for 2 mints. N this hurts the most because he used to be with me from day to night. Then he comes back n again cry for hurting me. But again n again does the same. He says he's not able to keep me happy he has spoilt my life n I should get my happiness back n leave him. N keeps on crying. He comes to me only when he s home or not going anywhere and still blames me for everything . He hurts me a lot and still doesn't feel anything. He takes me for granted every time and when he feels like he wants me then n there but whenever I ask the same he says y do you want me at that particular time only. N all such things. I probably have to wait for 2-3 days to talk to him perfectly. And then he starts his emotional drama and again goes back to the same. M very much depressed about this as even after fighting telling him lovingly. That this is ignorance n he should at least for my sake take a decision. But he only cries n settles things. Pls tell me how do I handle him. Why is he doing so. What should I do?

First of all you need to tackle your own self. You have to take a stand to protect yourself from immense hurt you are getting. Put yourself in a virtual chamber so that his drama, begging, pleading falls on your deaf ears. Be nice but not emotionally involved. Distance from him is best till you take control of your own emotions and be able to decide to continue with him or part ways. Donot feel depressed, be calm and confident and surely you will find the best way.

Hi Lybrate user Now is the right time for your daughter to gain height. Tell her to engage in streching exercises like taadh aasan in yoga daily (stretching your arms above your head and standing on toes). Also start playing games like badminton, basketball, swimming etc. Give her a diet rich in proteins like dals, soya bean, egg whites, sprouts. And most importantly give her ample sleep about 10 hrs atleast as the height increases most while deep sleep. Also you can start homoeopathic treatment for height it will help her alot. Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. There are no proven benefits of marijuana over cancer. It use as a treatment for depression or alzheimer's is questionable just for the reason of risk benefit ratios. It's illegal to use marijuana sine it is a psychoactive substance prone for dependence and association with other drugs and antisocial activities. Also marijuana or cannabis may precipitate psychosis with long term use. Hence it's use for any indication is simply a leap in the dark, unless we have evidence based studies for active ingredients of the substance.

Dear , you should start with isometric exercises for your back along with stretching. Preferably, these exercises has to be done right before going to bed but you should learn all the movements from a expert professional. Also try to sleep on your sides.

I am a 74 year man with diabetes since 25 years and it is under control by medicines and insulin injections. If I make long travels by car, I want to urgently use toilets on the way for passing stools. If I could not see a toilet I usually passes in my underwear and pants while in the car itself. It has become a regular habit now resulting in difficult situations. Kindly advise whether it is due to irritable bowel syndrome and what is the remedial measure I can follow before or in a journey. There are many potential causes of fecal incontinence, including: diarrhea (possibly due to an infection or ibs) impacted stool (due to severe constipation, often seen in people of your age group) inflammatory bowel disease (crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis) nerve damage (due to diabetes or spinal cord injury) more than one cause for fecal incontinence is a strong possibility. Alot of cases of bowel incontinence, occur without a clear cause. First things first is to figure out the cause, if at all possible. This is a process, no single simple test will be able to figure it out. You will need to see a gastroenterologist and discuss your entire medical history. During a physical examination, a the gi may check the strength of the anal sphincter muscle using a gloved finger inserted into the rectum. Some of the tests that may be needed for figuring this out are: stool testing endoscopy anorectal manometry. A pressure monitor is inserted into the anus and rectum. This allows measurement of the strength of the sphincter muscles. Endosonography. An ultrasound probe is inserted into the anus. This produces images that can help identify problems in the anal and rectal walls. Nerve tests. These tests measure the responsiveness of the nerves controlling the sphincter muscles. They can detect nerve damage that can cause bowel incontinence. Let me try and give you an overview of what kind of treatment options you have. Recommended treatments vary according to the cause of course. Often, more than one treatment method may be required to control symptoms. Diet changes may be helpful: eat 20 to 30 grams of fiber per day. This can make stool more bulky and easier to control. Avoid caffeine. This may help prevent diarrhea. Drink several glasses of water each day. This can prevent constipation. Medications. Try these medicines to reduce the number of bowel movements and the urge to move the bowels: imodium lomotil hyoscyamine methylcellulose can help make liquid stool more solid and easier to control. For people with a specific cause of diarrhea, such as inflammatory bowel syndrome, other medications may also help. Exercises. Begin a program of regularly contracting the muscles used to control urinary flow (kegel exercises). This builds strength in the pelvic muscles and may help reduce bowel incontinence. Bowel training. Schedule bowel movements at the same times each day. This can help prevent accidents in between. Surgery may be recommended for people whose bowel incontinence is not helped by noninvasive treatments. There are many different surgeries that can be done. But I don; t want to get into this unless we know its really necessary. I strongly suggest you look into instituting the dietary changes mentioned above, after that medication may be needed. But above all, you need to be in touch with a good gi. I hope this helps. Feel free to follow-up and I will do my best to talk you through all this.

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.
