Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Homoeopathy cures acne conditions like blackheads, whiteheads, skin rashes and oily skin very effectively. *Treatment part for the acne -- 1. Take kali brom 30 ch , (wsi) 3 drops daily morning empty stomach. 2. Take Berberis Aquafolium Q 10 drops with water twice a day. * Management part for the acne-- 1.drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. 2. DEAR LYBRATE USER...A) apply paste of fresh lemon juice and fine powder of turmeric and black cumin seeds on face with gentle massage,two times in a day...B) take 30 ml of aloe vera juice and 30 ml of triphala juice ,at night before sleep...C) take 10 gm of black cumin seeds along with 10 gm of jiggery after meals…D) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyavardhini rasa after meals...Do all these things for 15 days ..it gives you good result..consult to me for further suggestions..THANKS

yellow stains are due to oil & turmeric content of food. You cant stop it but you can minimize it by regular rinsing everytime after meals. Also you can start a whitening mouthwash and toothpaste for faster results.

You can also try having green tea at night mixed with honey and lemon on a regular basis for that. It will take time to show results but it sure helps.

Hey. I am 17 years old. My knee cap was dislocated 5.5 months ago and I am still not feeling okay. My mri report which was done after 1 month of injury showed that I have 1.partial LCL tear 2.grade 1 meniscus tear 3.moderate knee joint effusion. I am still unable to climb the stairs with my injured knee and I am also walking with a lump. I am unable to walk normally .and my knee also does not look normal .its a bit larger than the normal knee .could you please help me out. I am very frightened? U have ligament injury along with meniscal tear. Complete rest knee joint- knee brace. Apply ice fermentation. Mild calf muscle stretch. Partial weight bearing walk. When you sit or lie elevate your leg. Avoid floor sitting. Avoid long standing, walking. If you take proper physiotherapy treatment pain and swelling gone in two weeks.

The only thing that can ruin a great meal is the feel of a bloated tummy afterwards! Usually any abnormal swelling or increase in diameter of the abdominal area is termed as bloating. The condition has become very common and is experienced by people around the world. Poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, high level of stress and need for daily medications seem to be making people more prone to this epidemic. It can sometimes also be a result of an underlying health issue that you might be unaware of. The good thing is that there are signs of it which can be watched out for.

What to Keep an Eye Out For: To start off, there is the sign which is considered to be rather obvious by many flatulence. If a person wants to get rid of flatulence for an extended period, he or she should consider this to be a warning.

Bloating itself can be a sign for other problems which are deeper. The prime example of this happens to be coeliac disease. A bloating of the stomach which is accompanied by pain and a puzzling loss of weight could be signs of this disease.

If a fever seems to keep recurring without a cause which is explainable, it could be a sign of bloating. As a matter of fact, this sign along with bloating also does signal some infection, which should be looked at immediately by a medical professional. Also, too much stress on a person could be a sign of impending bloating issues.

Getting Rid of Bloating: In order to cure bloating which is caused by flatulence, an easy and elementary solution is to eat your food slowly and to chew properly. In serious case, seeking adequate medical help is important.

When a person finds that he or she seems to be suffering from bloating very often, it is a good idea to maintain a food diary. This will help find whether there are certain trigger foods which cause bloating. The pattern can be discussed with doctor and concrete steps can be taken towards a complete solution.

Simple lifestyle changes beyond the diet can also make a difference. These include correction of sleeping and eating habits of a person. You are also required to be very regular with this.

Bloating always has some signs which are associated with its causes so it makes good sense to be aware of the same as the saying goes, 'a stitch in time saves nine'!

My menstrual cycle is of 28 days. According to that ovulation should be around 14th day. But I feel some whitish sticky secretion around 10th-11th day and never after that in whole cycle. Is it possible that I ovulate on 10th day in a 28 day cycle?

Sticky white discharge is not related to the ovulation it is the leucorrhoea which is comes. But ovulation is always on the 14 day of the menstrual cycle. White discharge and menstrual cycles are not related to each other.

1.Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 2.Eat more often. Squeeze in an additional meal or snack whenever you can, such as before bed. 3.Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. 4.Try weight gainer shakes. If you are really struggling then you can try weight gainer shakes. These are very high in protein, carbs and calories. 5.Use bigger plates. Definitely use large plates if you are trying to get in more calories, as smaller plates cause people to automatically eat less. 6.Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 7.Take creatine. The muscle building supplement creatine monohydrate can help you gain a few pounds in muscle weight. 8.Get quality sleep. Sleeping properly is very important for muscle growth.

Potatoes are a rich source of carbohydrates and complex sugars. So, including more potatoes in your diet will ensure weight gain. Eat one serving of grilled or baked potato daily for one or two months. Hello,Dandruff causes hair loss so its necessary to treat dandruff first. Take Thuja 200, 5 drops in the morning, once in a week. Take Arnica Q and Cochleria arom. Q in equal amount, mix with equal amount of coconut oil, and apply this on your scalp, thrice a day. Wash your hair with B&T Anti- Dandruff Shampoo. Revert me after 1 month.

Hi lybrate-user nto gain weight you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.
