Dear it can of many reasons... Get an Ecg and lipid profile done immediately. Consult a physician for clinical corelation. For acidity try the tips...1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Dear Lybrateuser, - Your heart rate is below the normal range - it may be normal for you if you do not have symptoms like giddiness, lethargy, headache - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables, wholegrains, protein foods, lean meats, nuts - have 8-10 glasses of water for proper hydration - do not take sugar more than 2-3 teaspoonful per day as it only raises the blood sugar, has no effect on low heart beat unless someone has hypoglycemia (low sugar) as in a diabetic person - get checked by a cardiologist as you have sinus bradycardia which if not controlled may have a harmful effect on health.

All these are myths. Excess of everything is bad. No soft drink lead to diabetes. Eating egg yolk in excess raises cholesterol. Bt along with eating eggs you are doing good physical activity and a balanced diet it will not raise. Expecding many hours infornt of tv may cause problem but watching only for one two hours per day with proper sitting position will not.

There is evidence that certain dietary supplements and vitamins can help with certain types of pain. Fish oil is often used to reduce pain associated with swelling. Topical capsaicin, derived from chili peppers, may help with arthritis, diabetic nerve pain, and other conditions. There's evidence that glucosamine can help relieve moderate to severe pain from osteoarthritis in the knee. Do reply back for private consultation. And detailed treatment plan.
