If you're otherwise healthy, you can look after yourself at home by resting, keeping warm and drinking plenty of water to avoid dehydration. If you feel unwell and have a fever, you can takeparacetamol or anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen to lower your temperature and relieve aches.

Dear lybrate user. I can understand. Chest pain is due to anxiety. You can be health conscious. But you should not think about your heart health always and be apprehensive. This leads to obsession, obsession leads to chest pain, pain leads to anxiety, anxiety leads to acidity and hyperventilation and this leads to chest pain, anxiety etc. These are cyclical and one leads to another. I suggest counselling and cognitive behavior therapy as a cure. Take care.

Hello, I'm 28 years of old and my weight is 50 kg, i am suffering from back pain from last 2 years, and also have a epilepsy problem. I have to take medicine daily i.e 4500 mg total. The breast is made up of glands and fatty tissues .Since fat determines the size of the breast you can conclude that the one way to enlarge your breasts may be to put on more weight .If you are underweight, having foods rich in proteins and carbohydrates may help. Creams of sex hormones such as estrogen have been massaged into the breast but without success. Plastic surgery or silicone injections are not recommended as they leave the breasts very hard and stone like. It is wise to not interfere with nature. If you feel too self conscious about your figure wear a well padded, wired bra .Above all, remember that your bust size does not define who you are. A healthy body and a bright mind are far more attractive than the most perfect vital statistics.

Take 1 tab sporolac thrice a day with water. Take one teaspoon of Isabgol (psyllium husk) with one cup of yogurt. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger to water and boil the water. Drink the mixture when it is lukewarm every one hour Eat home made light food like dalia, khichadi and moong dal. Avoid milk instead prefer buttermilk or fresh curd. IF problem persist consult a physician clinically.

Your sleep disturbance may be due to sudden change in your life style, increased stress levels, interpersonal relationship issues, work related etc, try meditation, yoga, do not think about any troublesome issues before you go to bed, try to listen to some soft music, read something, keep your mind free from all matters that seem to disturb you. in majority of cases , it is totally treatable, you need counseling , need change in life style, leave smoking, avoid alcohol, keep your bp and sugar level under control, reduce your wt, go for morning walk for 1 hr, do exercise regularly,you will be alright, it will help. Thanks

Hello, Regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, cycling etc) 2. Reduce weight if overweight 3control diet#11;a) avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta#11;b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food, include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume.#11; avoid sweetened fruit like banana, mango, litchi, chickoo, sapota, seethaphal jack fruit, grape etc. Can have fruits like guava, pineapple, papaya, orange, mousambi, strawberry, watermelon, pomegranate, jack fruit, sweet potato, a handful of walnut daily (akhrot)#11;e) avoid white/polished rice, take unpolished rice like brown rice/wheat/jowar/ragi, moong and chana dal.#11;Flavoid ghee/ butter./coconut oil/excess salt intake like papad/pickle.#11; avoid red meat. Dear Lybrateuser, -Do regular exercises likebrisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, outdoor games for 30 min, also do yoga & deep breathing exercises for 5-10 min daily these will help increase your lung & cadiac reserves & capacity -do warming up for 5-10 min before starting any exercise ,if you want to do jogging thenwalk for 5 min also do stretching exercises before doing a workout -increase your exercise & workout time gradually over a period of one week, if you do things suddenly then breathlessness & discomfort are bound to happen -also have a well balanced, nutritious diet withfruits, vegetables & more of proteins if you are building your body or doing a workout -keep well hydrated by drinking 8-10 glasses of water or even more if you sweat a lot after exercise -get your BP checked if still feel discomfort.

Combination of Foods

Combining various food groups to ensure variety and nutrition is the way long back known fact of healthy eating.

The importance of variety in grains along with combination of various groups like:

Starches, Veggies, proteins, fats and fruits are also important.

Different grains like soya, black gram flour, Bajra, jawar, barley, and ragi can be included in daily diets along with wheat to ensure complete mineral intake.

Multigrain chapatti, chilla, various cereals in breakfast, roasted grains as snacks can help to include them in the daily diet.

The food group combination to avoid indigestion and maximum absorbability of nutrients are also important. Since different foods digest at different digestion environment, thus foods need to be eaten in groups that complement factors.

Some basic food combining facts are:

  1. Don't combine starches and proteins together as they require a different strength of acidity in your stomach.
  2. Combine a protein and grain with non-starchy vegetables.
  3. Dried fruits, nuts, and seeds are best eaten with raw vegetables.
  4. Fermented food can be eaten with most of the combinations.
  5. Combine a fruit and raw vegetable or salad to delay sugar release of the fruits.

It helps massage the liver, kidneys, pancreas, uterus and the reproductive organs. 4. Shavasana (Corpse Pose) is another useful posture to try. In PCOS, the more you relax, the better you feel and this posture will help you completely relax at the end of your yoga session. 5. Padma Sadhana practice is also considered very effective for PCOS patients. 6. Make sure you don’t hold the postures that put pressure on the abdomen (Bow Pose, Superman Pose, Cobra Pose and Boat Pose) for a long time. 7. A few rounds of Sun Salutation at a faster pace can be good for weight loss; however, it is a good idea to practice only a few slow rounds daily for more relaxation. •
